Hello sir, I had SB account in BOM at hapur branch. I applied internet banking to use. I got message from Bank of Maharashtra Mahasecure on 11/09/2014 details is Activation Credentials- Verification Key 'z4mzbsd9' Activation Code 'U58GBTMM' for user- ID '*******2367'. But this is not enough to operate internet banking. Till i didn't got any mail from branch.

How I operate My internet baking?

We had done online recharge of rs 153. But we didn't get the balance on mobile and the money is deducted from our account though the transaction was not completed.

I placed an order with the online shop älibris using the debit card visa at 8:30 pm on 18 Jan. The amount Rs. 1,733.00 was debited from my account. But it was not deposited in the shop's account. I emailed to the website of the book. I assumed that the amount would be refunded but it has not yet. Again I placed another order with the same shop and again the amount Rs. 1,707.00 was debited but it was not transferred to the shop's account. So how long will it take to credit the amount back into my account.

I have downloaded maha mobile application. Entering user id then selected ATM Method. Entering 16 digit Debit Card No, also PIN no, set MPIN also confirmed. set MTPIN also confirmed but after confirming MTPIN I am getting message that some error occurred, Please try again later. I have tried several times but same message I am receiving. I also called toll free no.1800-233-4526. the executive told me to switch off mobile and then try. I have done several time but the problem still unsolved please help me what to do.

Till first week of this month net banking was working perfectly. Afterwards while making payments I am receiving messages like 1) Server not found and 2) Secure connection failed. What am I to do ?

I had been trying for the past 1 week to log in to my net banking account. But it is not accessible at all. Cant you make it simpler???? The place where I am living is such that I already have so many constraints like frequent power failure, Broad Band getting hanged, my busy schedule, etc, etc. And adding to all these your net banking system becomes so complicated at times that it is most annoying and irritating. Your website itself is not opening and a message says that "server is not found" What is happening at mahaconnect??? I feel I should close my SB A/C with you if this sought of difficulty persists.

I have already register internet banking & maha mobile and when register for mobile banking. I also called toll free no.1800-233-4526 the executive told me maha connecat problem. sir my maha mobile is not active yet. Pls immediately activate my maha mobile connection. I am not able to operate i.b & maha mobile banking, pls help me.
