I'm user of uco bank from 6 years i want car loan but no body can help me regarding loan. l had several time goes for loan concern but no body me over there at uco bank branch. and I'm also try to call zonal branch there also no response..

Sir,
the person Virendra kumar sah (maneger) uco bank, Purnea, Bihar who misbehave with me and told I never pay you without the B.N.Jha (pensioner account holder 18860100000461). B.N.jha he is 80 years old pension holder. he live with me on Bhagalpur, Bihar. the distance between bhagalpur and purnea is approx 100 km. he not capable to travel. I am suffering his misbehave from november2014. The time to submit life certificate in nov14 I produced B.N.Jha in bhagalpur branch. then after i send certificate on purnea uco branch. but he cant accept, he destroy it. after that i went purnea and contact branch office. Manager (Virendra kumar sah) told me to produced B.N.Jha in my office. then after i produce B.N.Jha in his office on 24-12-2014. that time again he misbehave with me with his cashier Ajit Kumar singh. after few day When i withdraw that time cashier deny to payment. he demand me with manager of 20000. he told me come with B N Jha than i pay it. that time i applied cheque book on 9-4-15. I received massage 12-05-15 . then after i went 18-05-15, manager told me your cheque not delivered. i tell him massage came in my phone and he told i don’t know about that. he tell don’t disturb be n say server fail of all over India and not sufficient staff in office. I am alone so i not do any work. you go. but i check all staff are present in office. i requested lots but he deny and threatened. i do only my wish.

Again i went 26-05-15 to collect cheque book he told same story that time link fail all over India must be come next day staff are not sufficient. I complain ZM, Begusarai,(06243223044) but he can’t respond it. Manager purnea (06454-242836). every time same story is repeated with me.
sir I requested please immediate action on this case.

Today again at date 05/06/2015 when i went jila parishad Uco bank purnia again manager Mr. virendra shah manager told me madam/ staff has not came. She is only handling the account of cheque book this was repeated with me fourth or fifth time again he told you come tomorrow. Then i said sir i am going to Dm for complaining. He told me whatever you do i don’t care. I went DM office but he was not there, sir went at that time. Again i went to Prabhat khabar office then i narrated him the total story which is repeated with me four to five times sir.

Total time that i travel to purnea I lost time, harassment, money, misbehaving and demand. I feel torture by him. Now i will go legal process.

I used uco bank mobile banking yesterday i.e 22nd Feb. to recharge my phone with amount of rs280. The balance of 280 was deducted from my account but recharge did not took place. So kindly help me regarding this.

I am prashant verma & my a/c no. is 0301010001****. my account is in Uco bank rawat para, agra. I am unable to use my debit card as its showing as invalid. Pls rectify it as i am unable to use this card for paytm.

I have applied for internet banking password through your noida branch on 04.04.2016, till today I have not received my password. When contact the bank they say we will give you a telephone call. Please confirm.

I have a pension account (sb a/c no= 17700110020021)in your santoshpur branch, kolkata branch. also I have fixed deposit and tax shaving certificate n that branch. more over it is inform you that now I am complete bed rest for 3rd. time knee operation. I applied on 06.04.2017 to issue early interest certificate of saving and fd certificates. I send the application by some one. that person visited bank 3/4 times for collecting its but could not receive the same and get no satisfactory answer. for that I am unable to file tds an it return but in bob bank issued the certificates with an hour.

My account in uco bank branch, Bhopalgarh (jodhpur) raj. My acc. no. 04513211000792 and my atm card no. 4624950451000412. On 30may 2017 received my atm card from post. But do't receive my atm code. I went to Uco bank branch three times but do't receive. they r say that take more time in processing. Kindly, sir I m student and study other district, so plz notice this problem. I ordered one product worth 15859 on August 14th and I cancelled the delivery of that product on August 24th ,so the quikr people has sent me the message regarding my refund of cash to the source account which is 25390110062968 UCO bank Bidarahalli, Bangalore, 560049 with the transaction id:1504344598231, but it's been a 11 days I cannot see the refunded cash on my account. Please solve this problem as soon as possible cause I am in big trouble due to this.

A/C no 03850110214428. On 15th Feb i tried taking out money from the a UCO Bank ATM, but there was no money in the machine.On 16-17 feb i checked my account and saw that 6000Rs has been debited. Pls return my money.

Sir/Madam,

Myself, ex staff of UCO Bank, having pension a/c with Kasba Br. trapped by the branch manager by opening a current a/c as advised by the manager to meet the exigencies. Initially he advised to deposit Rs.1000, later he made it Rs.5000/-. Finally, the subject a/c was opened with Rs.5000/_ against a lien of Rs.5.00 lac as advised by the manager on 08/09/2017 and the pain started. Here is the statement of the account:-

8/9/17 opening Bal. 5000.00
Dr. Chq. Book chgs.150.00
21/09/17 minimum Bal. Chgs.500.00
26/12/17 ----do-----. 500.00
07/03/18 chq.book chgs.50.00
Now Bal in the a/c Rs.3800/-

Please note that on each and every time I brought it to the notice of branch manager and he repeatedly assured me to take due care. But the problem is still persisting. He also opened my staff pension a/c in SB 103 instead of SB 102. Sir, hope you will feel how hard earned money is this and take due action to refund the money and get rid of this account.

I have given Cheque for NEFT Transfer in my said a/c, which reflects withdrawal freezed.

Dear sir,

I am a valued customer of UCO bank ayodhya since 1991. Last week i met the manager and asked for a car loan he denied in a very rude manner. He behaved not as a manager but as a bank owner. I was shocked.
