I vishal puri lodge a compliant for my non availability of PCB for my videocon refrigerator . I made a complaint on 4/11/2022 on videocon customer care. Than on 14/11/2022 the engineer visit and told that the PCB is faulty so we have to made order for pcb in company and it will took 7-10 working days. i also paid the visiting charge to them. Now i called thrice to the videocon customer care as well as the engineer regarding the status of my pcb but every time customer care will tell please wait and engineer said he dont have any updated status. This is very harassed to me for waited so long for this. I hope you can understand the importance of refrigerator for daily life so kindly do the needful and take some serious action on it and provide the part asap. I also write the messages i received.

Videocon customer service is totally bulls*** if you gonna call them for registering complain about your refrigerator it's simply mean they fooling you by saying "we are understanding your problem" they are wasting your time nothing gonna happen. I literally call them more then 10 times and register my complaint and guess what no one come check to refrigerator this is why I am posting here so everyone know about how this company fools you by selling their third class products and after even product is in warranty period they are not responding properly they saying same line all the time and at last they ignored. Worst company ever. Govt should banned this company for selling fake product and not following proper norms.
