Had some complain regarding the tile and conveyed same to the dealer as well as the customer care. But there has been no response to my complains from the company. I am never going to buy anything from them in future.

Approx. 5-6 months back we purchased the wall hanging seat with water tank (inbuilt in the wall). But for the last 2-3 days it's going to be leaking cont. So that we close the flush wall. I already register the complaint thru your toll free number. Kindly send you engineer & sort out the issue asap.

We purchased 19 flush system for the whole building, most of then are now defective, water flow does not stop. Somany does not seem to care for the products once sold. There is no after care service.

Sir i have purchased a wash basin from jain steel sambalpur odisha which is defective. so i lodged a complain in your tollfree number and complain number is 7720 and after 1 month i lodged another complain for same problem having complain number 9490. It is already 2 months but my problem is not solved. So I request you to look in to the matter at an earlier date.

A complaint was booked from my mobile no. 9414001699 on toll free no. Complaint no. Was given 16306. It was regarding non working of syfon of sydtem. I am sorry to say that approximately after one month a plumber came to my house and gone back with a assurance to come again with new required spares, till this complaint no.16306 is put on hold but he has not come again even after 15days. I request to somany customer support to do needful to address my complaint.

I have registered my complain through Mobile No.7065590072 on 15.01.2016 at your toll free No. Mr Rohtas (09599325384) has visited & assured to come with required spare & rectify the problem. After some days received a call from Mr Parwesh Rana (09868784690) asked the problem on Phone. Again I Complain to Mr Naveen (09268575329) on 08.02.2016 through mobile No 7073777244 on next day received call from Mobile No.9311898385 & asked the address, but up to till now problem is not solved. So I request you look into the matter at the earliest.

I purchased floor tiles for my bath room and most of them found in undulation condition due to which faced lot of difficulty and financial loss on account of heavy cost of material like cement, sand, masonry work for laying down and the cost of poor quality Somany tiles. Customercare replied that my Complaint No 29703 has been resolved without listening me. Kindly direct your engineer to carry out check of ground and sort out the matter.

In my whole house in goa fitted somany tiles ,very happy with tiles and service from Goa dealer DucloBhobe from Panjim. But the tiles suggested for bathroom floor the antiskid once are really very bad they absorb all the dirt and just dont get cleaned,some solution may be suggested.

With reference to our PO No. RKSCPL/MH/PO/RVNL/L-01 DATED 18.02.2016 to your dealer, Marble House Patna of Rs. 27,51,964. Our several approach to your sales person Mr. Dharmendra even we have directly talked to Marble House for delivery of same. But there is no response in proper way either on call or mail. We have paid Rs. 2400000 lakh to Marble House but we received tiles of only Rs. 2116290. Delivery of same is not in matching sequence. Our work is badly affected. No any calculation sheet has been submitted to us. We are requesting again & again for Manufacturer test certificate but there is no any response.

We add for your information whereas We talked today to Dharmendra Ji, Patna he has used bad word against reputation of our firm. This is not a good business behaviour. You are requested to take necessary action please. Other wise Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd will now report to tender cell for cancellation of Somany from approved vendor list.

Continuously lying from last 3 months..now he has stopped attending calls, not replying sms. Incomplete order received due to which the tiles we have received not able to fixed due to combination of tiles which are yet to be received. This is a gift time bound project , but company employee like Mr.abhijeet don't care at all and bcos of which company will be downwards in future for sure.

I had purchased a few fittings for my bathroom. it was noticed that the shower and health faucet when used used to give out a stench, the shower became ok after hot water was allowed to flow through it for half a day. But the health faucet continues to give a bad stench even after 6 months. your tech visited my place and ensured and certified that it has to be replaced but it's been more than a month that either your executive who closed the sale or tech just don't bother to even answer the phone. I live in Chennai Adambakkam.

Sorry to mention that this lethargic attitude of your company will not take it places. This only creates a negative image in the market.

No issues I can replace it with another brand but this will definitely create a negative feelings about your brand as I could see that you are going all out to build your brand. I have used kerovit , party ware, Jaguar and somany in the six bathrooms I hv. Pity your product...sorry your service is pathetic.

Lodged a complaint on November 3, 2015. Technician inspected and reported that the hinges of the seat cover is broken and needs replacement. Complaint No. is 16030 dated November 3, 2015. Whenever I contact the customer care centre, i get a message stating that the complaint has been resolved. I would like to know when and who attended the complaint and whether I have signed the service report for having resolved the issue. As of now, the flush tank is not functioning properly and i have registered the complaint now. I dont know how long i have to wait for the service technician to attend the call. Is this the way you support the customer. When I bought the product I was told that the product carries 7 years Guarantee. If it is so, why the technician is telling me that i have to pay for the entire seat cover and not just the hinges. I want an immediate reply.

We purchased REGAL MARMOL BEIGE 4 x 2 said to be stain free. However every tile has absorbed stains, which is looking vary bad. No response from company. Please visit at my home and resolve the problem.

Complaint number 58594 for bath fitting was made on 29-01-2017. The leakage problem was also complained thrice earlier but the visiting person did not bother to change the part. This time the complaint was attended on 30-01-2017 & the person broke the part. He took it away with promise to get the new one fixed in 2 days. We have been following but no response. He is now not picking the phone also. More, he even did not agree to change the complete part as it's complete unit. The phone number your representative is 9871433865. Dear sir,
I have purchased Somany bathrooms tiles of Highlighters pattern. But during its pitching it is found that upper & lower parts of highlighters are not equal in nos. six nos of upper part of highlighters are more and six nos of lower part are less. I requested to the dealer M/s Nalanda C.P. Ceramics Pvt.Ltd. to replace it but instead he convey me, information will be send to Somany office, their official will inspect the site then accordingly action will be taken. Really its very much painful. Please take the action towards change of six nos. of highlighters, so that finishing work could be completed. Please give the reply at the earliest.

I have never been served with this much poor service ever before from this company and from its authorised dealer. The tile which I ordered was not of the first quality. And after fitting all the tiles i had shortage and needed 2 more sets of the same tile. So when i went back to the dealer to order two more sets the person said company does not have this tile any more and you might wont get it from anywhere else and i tries alot to get same piece of tile from any of the somany store or any dealer. This is how you claim to become number 1 company? with this services? I wonder how long would your company last.

I have rented purchased a commode and fixed in my toilet however I have observed that even though plenty of flush it is unable to dispose fecal material inside and if remains deposited over platform may be due to improper gradient or slope inside.we have to waste lots of water and quite cumbersome also.I have purchased it from your dealer Galaxy sanitary wares Palanpur Gujarat it is located on ahmedabad Highway near railway crossing after Palanpur.bill no.is 18 and date of purchase 29-3 2017. I Temple is somany s strap

Please look on to complaint and immediately replacement may bd given along with fixing and all as I have been put up in lots on inconvenience.

I bougt new floor tiles first quality 2*2 ultra charge 12 box color is dacia brown that is perfect fitting. But when I buy 56 box of same first class floor tiles 2*2 ultra charge Dacia White the quality of product is very bad many tiles is broken and the main thing is when mason fit the tile all floor tiles have variation and curve from sides and many tiles have curved from centre. Now my floor have been Damaged and I have lost my money . When I am walk on the floor I clearly feel the difference of floor tiles some tiles have up some is down and I am very upset. Please me my money.
