Dear hero motocorp,
I have done my splendor bike bearing reg no DL3SER2983 IN auto need dealership Gurgaon sector 14. After servicing engine warning light is glowing. I have two times in workshop but didn't fix my bike problem. I am suffering from problem but workshop manager told me I don't have BS-6 diagnostic tool, wherever you want to go you can. This is my worst experience with auto need , I have never seen this type of disgusting system in hero motocorp.

I am an old customer. I am in Coimbatore, Taminadu. Here customer service is very bad. Now I bought a passion pro i3s last month. But this bike's head light is lighting all times (day & night). I asked & changed the head light mount , but no response in the service. I want the details and how to replace the mount. That's free of cost or chargeable.

My bike Hero glamour i3s service maintainable for give a service center in vijayawada, kanuru branch in last october, changed new suspension bushes, at that time they forget chain pad, no one is telling about that complaint, after 15days chain noise is coming, I think chain is loose, that's why the noise is like that, I take my bike a local mechanic to check that sounds, after checking he says suspension bushes changed that time they forget chainpad, after my bike talking to service center noise complaint, they agreed to changed that pad, but oil changing and service after complete your ready bike.at that same time I will checked, but still complaint is pending, I asked service person about that, he says part not available, when will we part available that time we will call u, I asked how much time will you taken, he says three days.

Today I asked about my bike complaint, he says irresponsible answers, and one week time to take again. Then I said I complaint to u and your service center, he replies to me what ever u can, i don't care. So please tell me is this service center, service center is in responsable persons. What is it?

Surprisingly, you are informed that Hero company being one of the top companies in India, but its authorized service centre (Lajpat Nagar-II, Central market) does not wash the vehicles that come for service and they are handed over to the customer only dirty and it is not even known that the vehicle has been serviced.

Yesterday (30.06.2021 at 10.30 AM) I went to your authorized service centre Lajpat Nagar to get my Scotty Maestro Edge service and when the service is done, I went to get the Scotty and I saw that the Scotty has not been washed and only the dirty Scotty returned to me. Not only my scotty but also all those customers who got their vehicle serviced yesterday were not washed. When I opposed it, I was told that whoever has to complain, do it and nothing will happen. Do not know how many days this service centre is looting money by fooling customer.

In service, we are charged full money but the work is not completed. This attitude of the service centre is tarnishing the image of the hero company and losing the confidence of the people. Please take the matter seriously and get the service centre investigated and action taken against the guilty. Keep people's trust with hero company.

Sir,
Jai Hind I am soldier in IAF and purchased Hero Glamour last year Oct 2020. After first service I couldn't got chance to go for second service due covid. When in Jun 2021 given bike for second service at Northern Hero motors GT road kanpur, they told second service waved off and they could do the third one. Within a week bike started giving multiple problems. I'm completely upset and the bike gone unreliable. The poorest service ever. Very bad. Totally unsatisfied.

I purchase a new scooter, pleasure plus from main road Ranchi near sujata. They handover me a scooter without mobile I run it for 20 km than a curiosity inside me force me to check the mobile and when I checked it was dry. Please take a strict action against this.

Dear sir,
I have brought Hero Xtreme 160 r, last year November month sitapur, I m getting more problems due to irresponsible Service center in sitapur uttar pradesh. I want to mention Narendra hero, their is no skilled staff to resolve Xtreme complaints, it continuously second day I spent more den 1 hour but no one is going to even touch my bike. Exactly they don't have any skilled staff. It's my humble request to you that please stop manufacturing these type of automated and advance bikes if you people don't have higher service parameters, I am really dissapointed after this kind of scrap, and you people named it, "HERO XTREME 160 R"

हाय सर मेरी बाइक स्प्लेंडर प्लस जो 19 फरवरी 2021 में लक्ष्मी ऑटोमोबाइल tyc रामबाग rambagh agra से उठाई थी जब से बाइक खरीदी है tb से ही खराब चल रही है उसका hab or laider शुरू से ही खराब चल रहे हैं service के टाइम पर कई बार शिकायत कर चुका हूं लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं की गई है
