Our car was damaged while parked in the parking area of Club Mahindra resort, at Poovar, Kerala. Inspite of notifying the Mgt promptly they have refused to compensate me. The car front window shield was damaged in the front. Also the parking area was shown by the security staff and assured to be safe. There is no cctv footage in this area. I have no choice but to take a legal course. Pl assist.

Sir,

I am a retired defense personal, on 23.09.2018(Sunday) a agent from Club Mahendra came to my home at Film city road, Malad East and he discussed about cost and benefits of club Mahindra membership but he didn't cleard about Annual maintenance fees (ASF) and my wife paid half of membership amount by credit card on same time Later after his departure, my wife called one of her friend who's father is also a member of club Mahindra holidays she informed about ASF under which one has to pay 14000/- every year. My wife got astonished and immediately called to that agent on same date for clarification on that. he said it is there and I told you in very beginning but also told that it will be waived off, whereas it was not told as I was also present during the discussion.

She asked him immediately to return the money or waive off that amount. My wife and I called him next day morning also at about 1000hrs to him and his senior to stop any further process of membership and refund the money but yet no action has been initiated from them and didn't returned the money. After a lot of call he told that he will come at our residence on 01.10.2018 and give a written promise in black and white for waive off of ASF but he didn't turned up.
It is requested to do the needful.

I have been struggling to get in touch with customer care team but it is impossible. They do not have any clear cut ID indication. All there is is clubmahindra.com. which takes you on the booking site but it is impossible to write a grievance or queries anywhere. I fail to understand that an organisation as big as club mahindra's system is so poor. Could club mahindra customer care kindly please get in touch with me via email.

Had applied for a club mahindra membership (Membership id =2825655) on 02-Jul-2018 & have paid initial amount of Rs28,930 . Due to personal commitments had to cancel this membership. Had requested for a cancellation of this membership and requested for a refund of the amount. The cancellation request was accepted and acknowledged on 14-Jul-18 and was told the amount will be refunded in 120 business days.

Have not received the amount till now and every time i call i am being told the amount will be refunded in 120 business days and i will be getting a call back - which has never happened
Tried calling the Sales executive - Mr.Vinod @7010316488 ; Accts team - Naren, Vasudevan @0443027740/04430277840 many times they never pickup my calls.

Multiple times have called the helpdesk no 18602101111 and have been given Interaction ID : ID 13076302, 12534931, 12528338 - but no one has called back within 2 working days as per the mails sent.

Can you please look into this issue and pay back my amount.

My membership number is 38824 and we made booking in your Munnar resort-Ref no 3844275 - We find the room as very inconvenient because of too much noise and we could not not sleep for last 2 nights.We are therefore forced to vacate the room and advance our departure date to 16th January - today. We told the reception about too much noise and disturbance but their attitude is very unfriendly. We tried to contact toll free 1 860 210 1111but nobody there to answer . we want cancellation of the holidays booked and credit back the cancelled number of days back to our account . please instruct the resort at munnar not to charge for the cancelled days. pl call back on my mobile number 9092024442 immediately.

Dear Sir,l am a member with membership no.2749139 registered on 16-03-2017 and had been paying my ASF for some time but unfortunately i had massive stroke from which l have recovered but on lifelong medication and have avoided long journeys. l have not availed any of the planned holidays and now in no position to do so.In view of above of above allow me to terminate my membership of your club.

I was contacted by sales team, Mr. Fiaz ( Sales executive club Mahindra ) to buy club Mahindra membership. Just to fulfill his target, he sold the product without understanding my actual requirement. also he did not explain the plan in detail and insist us to fix the deal on the spot without giving us enough time to know about the product, moreover he committed us various lucrative offers, which we never received and availed. before December vacations, when we contacted him for booking, we came to know that we are not eligible for booking during peak season. definition of peak season was never explained. after knowing all the facts, i asked him to refund my amount and since than he started to ignore my calls. we wrote multiple time to mail id mentioned on club Mahindra webpage, but never received response.

Very poor response and followup, by Member relations staff,regarding ASF ongoing case from MAY 2020 to March 2021, has left a Bad image of Club mahindra and its staff handling customers grievances. I have experienced one of the worst experiences being member of club mahindra.
I was not willing to continue to go for membership of club mahindra after giving a joining fee. It is the 2nd time your retention team has given a fake commitment of giving complimentary booking in my Id. This time Miss. Saba from Pune office has committed to give 2K and will give you complimentary booking.

Now she is denying it for new reasons.
I have done flight booking on his commitment of 20K to Goa from 17th Feb'22.
This time I have lost 22k.

Last Mr. Mayur bhujbal gave the same commitment and gave 9k for complimentary booking and couldn't do as per commitment. So provide my complete refund whichever I paid.

This is fake trapping the user of club mahindra and very poor experience.

I would like to cancel my membership from club mahindra as I am not satisfied with the company .my banner EMI payment should stop immediately as I don't want continue further. As I had booked my holidays at Tungi resort on 25 th March 2023 and due to my health conditions I could travel but almost all my points are deducted which I feel injustice to me.

So don't want to continue and refund my amount.
