I have ordered 02 cloth items on 30th Apr 15 and ordered No was 150430635290339 & 150430635290339. I used both items after 18-20 days from receiving the items. On first use, both the cloths were get defaced and there laces get also torn. I made a complaint on your customer care through on line and off line ( 0124-6128000) but no response have been received from your side. This is completely unfair.

Sorry to say bt this time ur company made cheating with us. i hv purchased gini & jony products and i got palm tree products. i have purchased lots of products earlier but never faced this problem. so i want gini & jony products not palm tree. ur company done big cheating with us. kindly support and give actual products.

Hey they are actually fraud. They are not there to help customer. I am very much disappointed by their services in terms of delivery of products , they keep you excited about product to get delivered for 15 days and ultimately they return it to origin. I request you don't go with this fraudulent brand.

I have ordered product worth rs 2000 and i received wrong product insead of what was shown in jabong site. I had raised complaint and made return option but nothing helped me. They didn't provide any solutions after many calls or refund. Very fraud and cheaters are there!. Please beware.

ORDER NO- 160601710800507. This order i have received on 03-06-2016, one pair of boots. Today also i have received the same product, vendor handed it to my mother, [today delivered ORDER NO - 160601709675151 one pair of boots]. so plz take the boots and i want money back.

I did not receive the item for which i have paid money through debit card .On package delivery day, courier person did not make any call to me nor ant text message. i donot know to whom, he delivered the package. And the next day i got the message that Package has been delivered to me but its not True. On contacting the customer care of jabong, I was advised that after investigation they will only give the proof. I asked them what if package is delivered to someone else but not to me.They said it is not the company's responsibility. More than a week has passed. They are not making any arrangements for the item to be delivered to me nor they listen to refund my money.

Firstly i am very much annoyed with customer care service they never pick up the calls better shut down that service soon. Secondly they don't even reply to mails. I want to know the status of my refund when will i get my refund its been 10 days.

I want to return a product. If I click on "My Orders"... it says no orders in the website. If I click on details in apps, page is freezing. I sent several mails to CC... no response.... Tried calling CC... end up listening music. No one speaks... Jabong Cheats... Where can I complain about this?

I am highly dissatisfied with jabong service. I shall say poor customer service and i did a blunder that i chose jabong for shopping. Infact nobody picks up the call at customer care number. You dont value your customers unlike other sites.

I think Jabong is a Money-laundering Company that make money while keeping the money of customers in their account (take order with money) for more than 30 days and once they get interest for that period, start the process of refunding (say that the product is not traceable). Some action should be taken and the top management held responsible for cheating.

Please help me how to proceed with this complaint so as to teach a lesson that no other customer should be a target for such fraudulent activities.

I've already escalated regarding my order 161214337925309 to you guys but i haven't heard back yet and i've called several times on the customer care no provided in your emails. I did not receive the item for which i have paid money. And i got the message that Package has been delivered to me but its not True. On contacting the customer care of jabong, The raised a complaint and for investigating the issue again they took 5 days.

I am very sorry to write this email as an escalation to your attention. I have placed an order on 5th Jan 2017 and it was commuted to get deliver on and before 13th Jan 2017 but it was not been delivered and i can understand logistic issues ( logged complaint ) and later it was re-commited to deliver on 14th Jan 2017 and again it has not been delivered and now i can get a surprise message and email stating that the product has been delivered.

Bought a shoe from Jabong. Website does not say no returns but when i want to return, they are not accepting it. I do not see a logic in it why can't they take returns (its not a lingerie or a socks). They market saying they have returns for all possible products which is not true.

I have bought a Madame Sweater 170227474299751 with L size but when I placed the request for picking it back, no one is responding properly and making false statement that i denied for pickup. Now its been 5 days to the return request, am still waiting for the guy to pick the product. Kindly suggest how long it will take to do the pickup.

Despite your mail confirmation, and confirmation on phone I got a stupid phone call confirming my down quality products would not be returned.

I strongly feel this is a prank from Jabong to sell below average quality products to customers and minting money.I was a regular customer of Jabong, with this unpleasant experience I am never going to return to site and strongly advocate my colleagues and friend never to use the site.

Further under RTI I wish to know why on the first place after registering a return request on site repeatedly for 3 days my return request was not getting accepted. Guys, stop duping your customers, its our hard earned money please respect that. If you can’t I better file a complaint against you in costumer forum.

I ordered nike shoes which were not real and made an complaint but it was rejected and than i got some local shoes in exchange of my nike shoes worth 6000. And now nobody is interested in either giving my shoes or money back.

You guys are CHEATERS. U dont even understand the condition of customer or their financial position. CHEATERS.

I had placed the order on 14th of May and it didn't deliver to me, when I asked Jabong to know the status then got to know that has been returned to warehouse. I don't understand why they make a fool of customer, even nobody contacted me for the same and when I approached to them, they replied sorry can't do anything. This is the third instance happened to me, horrible experience with Jabong. They are not helping me out even after many mails and least bothered towards customer problem.

Can anyone tell me email address of Sanjeeev Mohanty or someone else who could help me.

Very poor refund and return policy of JABONG. I have received a soiled and dirty, looks used , curtain worth appx Rs 1400 on 11th Sept 2017. I immediately raised a return request the same day..The inspection was done on 12th Sept 2017 and on 13th Sept I receive a mail that the product didn't pass through quality inspection!! I mean u have delivered me a poor quality product in the first place.. then how come the product does not meet quality inspection STDs?? Worse called the customer care and they cannot give me the reason for not matching quality inspection!! And mind u this so called inspection is done by the courier company and not by any representative if JABONG... disgusted.

I did shopping from Jabong on 21 Nov 2017 but for some reason I did not like the product and I did a courier through my own and I have not yet received a refund so I'm request to you please refund my money. I'm very worried from jabong.

I Placed order for Invictus Brown Checked Casual Shirt Size-S online in JABONG on Wed, 24th January, 2018 at 8:39pm vide ID 180124545832585.The package 1 (1 Item) was delivered on Monday, 29th January’2018. I opened package and found that a Invictus blue shirt with size- 42 which is unwanted one. Therefore I raised return request.

A pickup was scheduled on very next day i.e 30.01.2018. One person named Mr. Dinesh Kumar (Mobile No.9940325264) from shadowfax arrived and picked in the forenoon of 30th January and he has returned the same in the afternoon stating that this is quality problem and it will sort out by the representative of JABONG and shadowfax could not take back. I never thought that your return policy is so poor.

I request you to take back that wrong product delivered to me immediately to avoid unnecessary correspondence and unwanted headache.

A JABONG executive came and pickedup the item saying he will send ACK in sms which he didnt do. I am loosing the amount now because Jabong is unable to trace who picked up the item.

When a random person comes asking for Jabong pickup to the correct address. it clearly shows that it must be with knowledge of the local Jabong executives who shared the information with the person.

This is regarding Complain Id 57284219 against order no 180210611844577... Which ur customer care closed whith out solving. This was a COD order delivered by ekart. I gave my card for payment and entered pin too. After sometime courier boy told that network signal is not coming, so transaction is not done. So i gave him cash of Rs. R4647. He left and when i checked my mobile there after.. The transaction through card was done. I had got msg regarding my account being debited as payment was done to ekart. There after i called ur customer care. Where i was assured that my money is safe and would be returned soon. Even i inquired that do i need to contact ekart... your customer care said.. Do not worry they will follow procedure and my money would be refunded.

After 20 days i got call from ur concern department that ur courier partner is denying any type of transaction. On that i emailed my bank statement too to care @jabong.com and regularly followed by mails and calls. Got same standard reply.. we are working on it. Today to my horror i got a call from ur customer care stating again that courier company is denying transaction. And she cant do anything. To that i said i have already given bank statement, Transaction id, Transaction conformation msg.. And ready to give any proof that my money was deducted and was never credited back. To which she said, She will escalate the matter to legal team. But to my horror she closed my complain.. After the call.. Even my complain was not escalated.

How did she closed without solving it. And even if it will be seen with other department than what is new name of complain or number. Suppose if i want a update.. What will i mention without a compain no. I am highly disappointed. Get my money refunded because. I shopped from jabong with trust that my money would be safe not looted like this.
