hamne new LENOVO ALL IN ONE PC-19-11-2018 ko purchase kiya or 20-11-2018 ko 2 year warranty ke liye registration karwaya, but abhi tak bar bar automatic RESTART ka problem ho raha he. first time puchase date ke 4 days ke bad hi problem hua to hamne distributor ko call kiya ,to unhone apna engineer bhej kar computer ko format karwa diya, but aapki company me complain nahi kiye or jab jab problem hua unhone enginer ko bhej kar computer format karwa diya,but problem abhi bhi wesa hi he koi solution nahi hua he. isliye muje is PC ko replace karwana he. isliye aap mera PC ka registration awide karwa de, jisse ki me dusra PC purchase karu to usme registration karwa saku.

Sir, my laptop lenovo ideapad A145s AMD A69225 display is broken mistakenly by throwing the remote control. I have purchased on amazon by online and the laptop software was unlocked who will provide the keys because it has only 6 months.

Worst ever service provided by *Lenovo*. I have purchased Laptop 5 month back for my office purpose and since beginning it was not working. Taken to Lenovo service center 2 time and Display, mother board and wiring loom has been replaced but problem not solved. Online complaint also lodged then software updated but still not solved. Very rude and rough behaviour by call center staff, only passing the time (even not telling their name). I have suffered a lot for my office work so demanded for price replacement but not ready to replace this defective unit.so I will go for legal action. Request every viewer not to go for Lenovo laptop purchase due to bad quality and worst ever service and call center experience.
