Hi, I am unable to use Ola as it says that my account is blocked due to violation of terms and conditions of Ola. Would you please suggest what am i supposed to do to resume my Ola service ASAP.

My categories blocked. I m going sanpada office but told me workers go to head office. After this I m going head office I told them my categories blocked. Auditor audited again and told me your id working 24 hour and now 2 days after my id not work and no one help me.

I booked Ola cab on Wednesday (27/6/2018, 5:25 PM) From Lama hospital Jamalpur to Kot mangal singh Ludhiana. I specially mention pickup & drop location. My booking confirm and passed to Harvinder singh (Driver) Vehicle no.PB 10 FH 5602 white indigo. The driver confirm booking and reached at the location. After reached pickup location driver harvinder singh say forcefully to passenger to cancel the ride. The driver did not cancel that ride. When i cancel the ride company have been show me 50rs. Charges in my account. Why the company have charge from me ???

I want the company get strict decision about that kind of driver which dont care of time, money & value of company and customer and misbehave to customers. I shall be very thankful to the company and staff. With regards.

Why my account was blocked?

On 10.07.2018 I booked a micro taxi from T-2 to ARTSD College, Dhaula Kuan, showing Rs. 330/- but at the end of journey the bill was Rs.477. It was shoking.

Had very very bad experience as a contests winner got an email informed that used to get couple passes with mail, registered number verifies by the ola kool 104 event person on 15 July 2018. But after going a far away distance in a hug rain no one is available after an enquiry in the event confirmed that none of them knows about this ola passes why these people are irresponsible for this after spending a long time and money how can be this kind of support for the winners. please look into this provide you answer on this.How can we utilizes those in coming days.

I have book ola cab (rental) on 16.7.2018 for 2.20hrs @Rs.399/-. from Patel Nagar (Indira IVF),New Delhi to saurabh Vihar,Jaitpur, Badarpur,New Delhi. But billed for Rs.794/-. I also went in the morning with ola cab from saurabh vihar to Patel nagar (Indira IVF) with cab (micro) and billed for Rs.356/-. Pl. check it.

Hi, I am facing this issue with ola share where I see many cabs plying in my location but still unable to book the cab. It says services unavailable.

My car's readings are down, what's the matter, while the air freshener in my car and the car is sold on the pls tell a solution.

I book Ola auto. the driver in auto witch was too far he talked very badly to me on phone.the route i told was not coming on rout and my right was not even canceing. He told me that i will go to my own rout which will cost you more money.. he say (chup chaap ph caat ...dabal kiraya degi to chal.. mera time kharab mat kar mene kaha aapko Ola se typs nahi karana chahiye agar khud ka kiraya lena hai to .. usne kaha tune mera auto nahi khareeda hai ph caat chup chaap)Had a very bad experience with the cab service, the driver was very rude Would never book ola for my travel needs.....ever OLA IS DECREASING ITS BRAND VALUE BY TY AUTO.

I have booked a cab from Koyambedu, Chennai to Puzel at 10.12 am vide your CRN No.2117217879. On receipt of your confirmation I spoke to the driver in turn he said with loud voice that he has not recd any confirmation. In reply to that I have told him that I have recd information that is why I have called you why you are shouting. He immediately talk very impolite etc and uses very bad words like calling my mother etc.,. I am 62 years old and I have shocked to hear the words. Due to which my day work spoiled and I cannot come back normalcy till writing this message to you. I want you to take necessary action in this regard and the driver to apologize for the same. Other wise i will take necessary action with OLA. I will go to consumer forum and ask for justice.

I was having a balance of Rs.345/-. It was showing until Mar 2018. But now when I login, there's no balance, no rides history, no ola wallet history. How is it possible? Is this some kind of financial scam?

I added 399 rs to ola money from my account and I got the transaction successful email from the bank with PAYU INDIA but money did not reflect in the App. Please refund the amount or Add the ola money.

You are complicating the scheme instead of simplifying. If I am not receiving satisfactory reply I will stop travelling in ola for ever. Please revert the amount paid to the driver.

I wanna raise a complain about my item. I came to jp nagar 7th phase by ola and that was my last drop. the driver details are...manjay gowra ..#9901718447 and his auto number is KA05AG8063 and the phone was left in cab. from that phone I did booking and after reaching home we tried to call both the driver and that phone but both his phone was kept switched off. when I called him today he said his number was 24 hr open. then I need a explanation that y did he kept both the phone switched off. I called to police about that and he told me to go to nearest police station. it was a short travel and it can't be that he didn't see it.it was going ring n later he took out battery...that's y it was not reachable and after that it became switched off. Before also I lost my phone and wallet but didn't get back...again today the same. please call me in 7629950816. the mobile number registered for that ola app is 8296204188. please call us back regarding the problem.

OLA account blocked for no reason and I have money in OLA wallet as well. This is a really disappointing behavior.

My ola account has been blocked for few cancelled rides, I want to unblock it. Tried after 24 hr and many more times but couldn't. Either unblock my account or return my ola money.

Just for sake, tell me if we hire a cab from ola app and then the owner does not picks up the phone then after how much time cab gets cancelled automatically

1) My very first question to you are ladies safe in ola auto RIDES in late night??
2) Do you give destination visible to any kind of ola drivers??
3) Why do you give license to unknowledgeble rickshaw driver??

A very bad experience i came across is in pune city illiterate and ignorant driver.

When drivers are asking u to get down in middle way in night hrs without completing the rides nd ask me to book the new ride and in addition to that they give multiple reasons of -destination is not known , map is not seen properly incorrect direction showing in map, try to take off their hands from the current situations.

Can you not train them properly they don't know how to use GPS. Argumental tone of driver,slang words using is this the way you run your business??? Very disappointed am now if you can see the rides of mine you could see am the one who uses ola regularly every now and then.

My mere request to you is to take action against that idiot unknowledgeble pathetic worst driver who has no manners to speak no sense of driving, ignorant about roads and refund my half way amount to my account as I had to come 25 to 30 mins of walk.

Need your intervention. I need to discuss this kindly take this an escalation or request of a lady who travel late night unsafely.

Today I have booked ola Cab from Badpaur Radico building to New Delhi Railway Station. ovarall fare was showing 281 rs for journey and driver has taken 440 rs from my destination and will take so many KM and Hours. I am extremely disappointed with the casual behaviour of stupid driver. He know the simplest way to reach from destination but he has taken a long from to reach to new delhi . I have assured will never preferred ola cab in future and i know this will not done any effect the poor management of ola.

i had booked a cab yesterday and accidentally pressed the wrong address. Since the driver had arrived i requested to change the address. He refused but forced for taking cash and left me with no ride and my pocket emptied of 131rupes. I am left wondering who to contact since the driver called for help and was asked to collect the cash and the lady on the phone refused to listen to my point of view and asked me to art with my cash immediately.

Last week I need pick my train 7'clock. I believe your service & i had booked auto 6.40. fare rate was minimum charges 40. Driver was cancel my booking because of low fare.Then why you advertising your service every where. Its not happen 1 or 2 time it's was happen many time for me. Some non-educated peoples booked some emergency time that time it will effect some serious issues. How we trust your service. I 'm very disappointed your service.some drivers are using bad words its not good thing.please provide good service otherwise no one will trust your taxi services.
