I've been contacting TATA AIA from past week for new Term Policy. Every time I call customer service they keep on saying sorry & they will ask there concern people touch with me.

I guess you don't have any people working in your company except few customer service people to say sorry. What a Pathetic service. Thank God, I'm not taking plan from you. Cause just to take a plan / new policy no one is responding. I can imagine how well you will process the claim in future.

Worst Service & Worst experience...
