I had filed an issue regarding refund of product but instead of working on it , they have blocked my account by providing such silly reasons that your purchase history has large number of unusual returns but the truth is there is only one return out of 20+ orders i have placed and that too was due to wrong size. After replying on it, i am getting the same message from the last two days. Can anyone genuine here who truly have a customer relationship values.

If I ordered in bulk then it should mention the order number with payment details in order summary which is not available. Flipkart should be learn from Amazon to understand the customer and their requirement.
