I got wrong delivery second time. First time when i complaint they told that you only ordered these product. Next time with I properly ordered the product what i need but again wrong delivery and they are not at all supporting for their own mistake. I probably think that these was my last order on flipkart.

I ordered onida led 31.5inch tv on may 26th after long delay they delivered it on last friday. even after 10 days there is no sign of making installation and we are not informed about the delay even after making complaint to the toll free customer care number which is taking minimum half an hour to attend the call. we made complaint every day it seems flipkart knowingly well that product is not installed as per their promised time limit of 3 days not interested to respond . It is worst thing and very worst service.

I have ordered a Philips 32inch led TV in Flipkart. They delivered the product within 12hrs, but no one is coming to install the TV. I even called to customer care and delivery guy also, but no use. No one is responding properly. Without installing the TV, what is the use of quick delivery. Keeping product in front of us and looking at the box. This is not a good service.

The main problem/issue is shipping or delivery. when i entered my address for an order of home delivery, it did not accept the address and said that , the item is not deliverable at such address. Please focus your attention on such issue,and try to sort it out as soon as possible.

Its for the first time I shopped from ur app and the service was very bad, I purchased a phone Mi 4i, ORDER od-303147227228828100 and product no. is WSRC4082281771. After use of some days it started switching off itself and many problems occurred like one screen appears again and again. I had done complaint many times but there is no proper answer and no action is taken. They said to replace the phone on 24th july, 2015 but no one comes for replacement, it has crossed 30 days bcoz of ur delay not from my side i had made a complaint after 15 days of purchase of phone only and they are cancelling the complaint again and again now. Now either replace my phone or refund my amount otherwise i had to take legal action against ur app and u. so take some action as early as possible.

Flipkart has a very poor service. I am not satisfied with it. if u contact me. My no 9092672063

Flipkart customer care no is not working therefore I cancelled my order from flipkart. I booked xolo era 4k mobile I got very poor feedback about your customer care service. I tried to contact your customer care since 2 days but I am not reachable there.

I ordered Anti Money Laundering and KYC IIBF book from your site. It showed mrp of rs. 265 with 36% discount. So the actual cost was 165 + 50 delivery charges. But in fact the actual mrp is rs. 165! I want the book to be returned and my cash back. You cannot fool customers by charging excessive prices. Or else give me an option to buy another product with the same amount. I am very disappointed with your service. You are misleading people and extorting money by these cheap marketing gimmicks.

I had ordered DIY wood metal engraver power mini tool. But it was found to be a pedicure manicure tool and cheap made in China. I requested for its return but instead it was not returned but replacement sent at my address which i did not accept. Please return the item as it is of no use to me.

I just received my mohawk office and travel gear from flipkart, the bag looks dirty and the flap of the handle is ton apart. Flipkart please respect our money because I paid 1000 for this bag. So show some respect towards me by providing neat item not a dirty one. If not for the fact that I am traveling I would have returned this bag. Thank you.
