A Titan gift i had received as a gift which was purchesed on 8/12/2014 from World of Titan, card no. 1000140010028460 with the amount of Rs. 1000. I have purchased a watch11-7-15 model number-NE9462AP04j from prime time showroom sector-6, bhilai, durg, chattisgarh my strap has broken within two days. i have given it for servicing at prime time showroom but it take near three weeks and after three weeks they call me that your watch is ready but they not given me my same watch they have given me the new piece of same watch. then within two days the strap of new watch was also broken i have given it for servicing again my watch worth rupees 1859. i am not satisfied with your service and with your company product also.

I bought Titan Watch 9 months back. This watch is not showing correct time. It is always showing delayed time.We got it serviced three times from TITAN service center still problem persists.Why this watch is not being replaced? How many times we can give this watch for service?

I also registered this complaint through Titan toll free customer care.Complaint number is 960093.I have given all the required details to customer care executive.

Now one person named Varun Dutta from Agra Technical assistance team is saying that he will examine the watch and then check why no one is able to correct this and then he will decide whether to replace watch or not. What CRAP is this?As I mentioned I already harassed like anything.What Technical team was doing in last three services? Is there only Varun Dutta who can examine? Did I paid 3220 Rs for experiment?

I need immediate replacement of this watch.I don't want even a single bit of harassment anymore.I never expected this kind of worst service from Titan Brand.
