We bought a refrigerator 2 days back but its body is heating. I am unable to contact the Koryo customer care through the number given here, so provide me a different number to contact them. Purchased the said KORYO product online through paytmmall. Surprisingly the product is faulty as its battery doesn't get charged even after plugging the same in mains for 4-6 hours. Now, I'm made to run from pillar to post for rectifying the situation. I've already lodged a formal complaint with the KORYO customer care. Hope they will get the same replaced at the earliest. Really a horrifying experience.

Last month purchased 2.1 multi media koryo speaker but after a week it was not working so called up customer care and i took it to big bazaar and after 3 weeks got back yesterday and it is not working again so i want to replace it whom do i contact?

I bought this product from big bazar Darjeeling but till now it's not working. I don't know what's the defect is there and I call customer service also they are not lifting the call very bad service.

I bought a new koreo led 55 inch smart tv ,it's av is not supporting ,if connect set box ,or DvD player on tv screen displayed as no signal,i already registered a complaint, as per technical side he says that board complaint ,our retailers says that replacement consent is required from your side. kindly give consent to replace the tv from big bazaar trivandrum outlet.

I had purchased a 43 inches Koryo LED TV from big bazar Lucknow in December 2018 and along with the product purchased an extended warranty for two more years. All of a sudden it stopped working since last five days and after many efforts I got my complaint registered at Koryo because they have to search their records to find my extended warranty and this took almost 24 hours and after rigorous calling and follow up they raised my complaint ticket but still after 24 hours they had not alloted any service engineer not did they send any message providing the details of service centre etc.It is so embarrassing that buying a product of such a reputed company is no less than a curse if the consumer had to run from pillar to post just for claiming warranty and service.

I have purchased Koryo TV from Bigbaazar.
TV had Display problem. Authorized service person came to checkout the problem and he told this LED TV we have to take it to the Service Center they took 1week to repair and after they delivery the LED TV same day found Display Was Broken The Service engineer agreed for the Panel Replacement After So many days we are following with the Engineer to get Replacement te Display Now is Not picking up the Phone Always No response Kindly take this issue needs my LED Tv Display to be Replaced with new one

I had purchased Koryo VC KVC1400 from Big Bazaar Virar West on 17th Jan 2021 within a week the product stopped working so i went to big bazaar and asked for a warranty claim later after 10 days i had been given the demo piece which had a burnt odour whenever used which was only once or twice so i went back to big bazaar and returned the demo unit back and till today nothing has been done about it i deeply regret buying this product.I would like you to provide me a solution to it as i have tried everything hence i am writing this mail to you

Refrigerator issue
Service Transaction ID - 21100775131 .

As per the above I’d no one has visited the place and I have been contacting twice a day daily to Koryo customer care team for the resolution.

Next time I am raising this to consumer court and I have got all evidences that for last 20 days you people are dragging the issue and have cancelled the last complaint with out informing us .

As the product is under warranty and we are facing issues with out refrigerator in home. Hope necessary steps will be taken asap and will close the issue .

Bought koryo trimmer model no KGS963 trimmer on Dec 2021. 2 month is pass but not get any solution. If you are not solve my issue please take your product and refund my money. And also remove 2 year warranty.

Please give finial answer to me because 2 month is already pass one months pass by your customer care and one month by you.

Never ever do the mistake of buying koryo product in like. It get damage very early and u keep mailing,calling customer care for months and months but no result. Never do this mistake that i had done by byuing koryo product. Its the worst service that i had seen in my life ever. Better you buy local product than koryo, it will work for long duration than koryo.

It is informed that i have koryo Air Fryer KHF 4415, Digital advanced touch screen controls, digital healthy fryer. But from few days its LCD touch screen is not functioning properly.
