As per our record refund of INR 580.00 has been processed in your same mode of payment and refund of INR 65.00 has been processed in your Yatra e-cash wallet on 1st Nov 20174. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Would like to inform you that as we have checked with our concern team TDR shall be filed before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund. As you have said that you tried to filed a TDR, but you were unable to do it then. kindly share the error page screen shot to check it further because we are unable to find any details from your end in which it showed that TDR was try to filled. And, our executive has sent you an e-mail to you on 10th Nov'17 0755 hrs to confirm about the same but, we haven't received any reply from your end.
