Greetings!!!
I have booked Uber Pool today it showed 10 min waiting time on the app when contacted the driver he said it will take 1 hour i told him the app shows 10 min he said it will take an hour and started using harsh tone and he cancelled the trip and i am charged Rs 60 cancellation charge. please look into it.

Oh ho! So this seems regular for Uber! I faced same, delays and some drivers are hopeless in reading maps! Uber only knows charging penalty with the fault of their drivers! And yes, their drivers know talking rude too! Uber will never look into it... Let's uninstall Uber.

Absolutely right! It is time to uninstall the app as they are least bothered to solve the issues. I had an experience where the driver made a smart move to cancel the trip because it was heavy traffic and he had an advanced booking somewhere else. He was constantly apologising the customer addressing him as "Sir" and asked me if I had cancelled the trip. When I told him I didn't and showed him the app which was still on, he did something with his phone and cancelled the trip. Which idiot will cancel it in the middle of the road? I was charged the fare. When I reached out to uber, they sent me a ridiculously automated reply both the times.

Its really hurts the customer sentiment, as since the day one of using Uber i am not getting a single discount for any rides. Since last 11th April17' i am using Uber, i should get discount on my rides. Giving discount to the customer will enhance the customer satisfaction.

23/5/2017 at 10:04 booked a uber cab, due to some reason my train got delayed by 15-20 minutes. i reached parking lot by 10:25pm. then i called up driver on phone , he shouted at me as if I made a big crime by making late. if i have to pay parking fees then he has nothing to shout, also he could have charged waiting fees. please take action against driver Dhiaraj. I was charged cancellation fees 80, driver left parking place without any information.

I have been out of the country for more than 5 months and when I returned and ordered Uber Taxi last week, it said that I have not paid some Rs.176 or so several months ago. This is totally incorrect as I have always been settling my fares by cash although i have kept the option of my Credit card. Until this is resolved, I am unable to use your service. I took a uber ride at 9 pm on 5/8/2017 and left my mobile phone in the cab. As the cab was booked using the same mobile phone I am unable to contact the driver. Also I am unable to retrieve my trip history from my gmail account. Please help. The cab was a Datsun go car with no. 9516.

Your driver Mangesh did not come to my pick up location. Infact when I saw the car wasn't moving I called him he said he was 4 building ahead and on the other side of the road. He asked me to cross over to which I told I could not cross because there is a high divider with a flower bed which I won't be able to jump and cross please take a U turn and come. To which he ask me where was my drop because he has another passenger to drop in Andheri. I told him Shivaji Park to which he cancelled my trip.

I find this was very unprofessional for an Uber driver and I think he should be fired from his job and penalised for this unprofessional conduct. This the third time I have had bad experience with Uber and though you have cancelled my cancellation charges I wasted my time and I was waiting in my location way before he arrived. If this will continue I will stop using Uber and also spread this experience with my friends and warn them not to use Uber and use Ola instead.

I just traveled from uber cab the price was showing Rs. 106.00 from Milan subway to santhosh nagar Bandra West. while closed the trip it was showing 156/- why there is difference and earlier trip cancelled charges was waved and it was showing credit. Please explain it happens every time why? please arrange to credit the excess fare collect from me.

I am not getting my invoice in my mail ID for the month of September, 2017. Moreover an amount of cancellation charges of Rs.60/- that will be adjusted in the next ride, you mailed me, till not adjusted. Please solve my problem. I think now I am charging more than normal charge in evry ride. If it so done, take care of it.

Hi, I booked a uber yesterday at around 8.55pm to go to goregaon west. A driver contacted from no 79490092. Asked me where I wanted to go, when I explained he was very rude and said, he can come only after he fills cng, waited and then tried to call him again, no response. This guy was rude and I have never had such an experience with Uber.

I have been using uber since somtime and was satisfied.. but now suddenly iam not allowed to book a cab as it keeps showing i have to pay 47/ to a driver who cancelled as he was waiting at wrong address. So why am i being asked to pay this amount.. i even wrote in support got the message that it has been credited to my account but everytime i try to book cab this message pops up and asks for payment.. i will not pay as its not my fault.. amd theres no way i can contact anyone to complain further after much searching iv got here.. customer care uber sucks.. and if you dont do anything about this i will cancel the uber app from my phone will never use it and also never recomend to anyone else..please look into the matter.

I have brought vouchers worth rupees 100 from nearbuy portal and added to the promo code section. I can see the promo code added to my account. When I request the trip the promo code are not getting applied automatically. I have provide the snapshot of vouchers brought, vouchers added successfully to my uber account and the test trip request that show's the promo code not getting applied. Even after all this details the customer support team is not able to help. They simply ask provide the details, I have provide the details with snapshot more than 12 times. Not sure whether they understand the mail or not. Uber should look into the tickets raised from my account and take action against the support team. It's more than 15 days, they ask the same thing again and again.

They are not trying to correct the bug in the application. From past 10 days I am taking OLA because of this issue. The support team want the uber to go under loss, their reply shows their intention behind this. They want the customers to get fed-up from uber support.

on 2/2/18 I booked a uber and opted for pool for going to burrabazar fron sreebhumi, v.i.p road.after confirmation I was informed that I have paid less of Rs47.25 on 31/01/18 which is abslutely false . However, I paid the amount on reaching my destination including the excess amount,After 45 mins.again I booked a Uber pool and surprisingly I was again asked to pay Rs.47.25 in addition to the displayed amount reportedly not paid by me.

This is really curious. I would like draw the attention of the management to please look into the matter. and ensure that this type of harassment of the bonafide customers are stopped.

Don't know at what rates you people charging such high rates. Also saying that you have a disc and then added the disc on fare and fooling us around. Whats the matter with you guys? Just go and correct yourself and compare with the other service providers. When my fare is of Rs 159 how come you deduct Rs 466. and without any intimation message or nothing.

Yesterday, 06/02/2018 I had booked a cab from Jyoti Sos. To Saket-3 but the driver doesn’t know proper location & I monitored the same in google map, the ride has gone another location thus I had contacted him, he told me the time is over, So. Wait for another ride or fresh book. I had managed and reached But when I returned and booked cab you have charged extra Rs. 36/-. When the fault, not my side even-though you have penalized me and recovered fare plus Rs. 36/- the same is totally wrong, unlawfully. Pl, refund the said amount.

I just booked the cab with pool the driver waited five minutes at my pickup location I said sorry for the delay and get into the car.later at the dropping point he didn't dropped me at my pinned location in middle of the way he stoped the car and said get down madam this is ur dropped location I had told him just check the address what I kept and where u stoped he started talking rudely shouted on me and started arguing with me.I got insulted infront of others even though its not my fault.we are the coustomers are behaving politely with them they are behaving without manners.with this unsatisfactory ride I just want to complaint u to take necessary action on his behaviour.

I have booked uber pool today from sundarnagar colony hyd, to karkhana sec bad. There was one more pick up - sushmitha. Then the dtiver instead of going in the right direction went upto banjara hills chutneys which is completely out of the way to sec'bad. Uber pool pick up is on the way here and there. The out of the way pick up could be avoided. Driver is Naresh. Mahindta verito TS11UA7536.

This is extremely disappointing and annoying, that I can’t make a cash trip. It always says sorry something went wrong. I am only left with PAYTM option in payments section, as I feel unsafe to update any cards, there has been fraud charges on my credit and debit cards.

Sometime the situation is such that there is less money in Paytm /Bank Account and the phone battery is dying. In such a situation i would really want to safely book a cab and pay by cash in end but i am unable to book ride by cash.

Please resolve this bug,issue!!

I have booked the cab from Vijay Park location, but due to some network problem or any thing else driver reached at my destination location. And when I cancelled this cab RS.42 added in my next trip, I want to know when I don't receive the cab on my location so why I pay cancellation charge RS.42. unless driver told me to cancelled it.

I am quite disgusted with the uber service. I am trying to book cab through Paytm and it is saying to reauthorize the Paytm. I am trying to reauthorize it again and again but not a single SMS I have received for OTP.

I have tried to send mail to uber support but every time I am receiving message as request not received. If there is any way to contact with uber support, please let me know.

I used to book Uber pool everyday while coming to Office. Today I did the same. But when I was going to pay, it showed Uber X and charged Rs 180 instead of Rs 55 of Uber pool. I am a lower middle class lady who works for living and Rs 130 means a lot to me and I dnt have the capacity to book Uber X. Because of the problems of Traffic Jam I am bound to use cab while coming to office. Please help me in this regard. They may have a technical problem. But is not admitting. It changed to Uber X instead of Pool during the journey.

Please help me out.

Got off at the airport RGI and found my goggles missing. I could see the cab going but no driver's number. What if had to be my passport bag? I sent complaint mail ten days later uber support team connects to the driver only to be told to come check if your lost item is there at the Hitex office. No assurance at your own luck. On 01.04.2018. at 04:09 pm I called a Uber cab in front of Park Circus 7 Points but after arriving, the driver noticed some mechanical problem in the car and for which we could not move from there. Driver immediately cancelled the ride from his device. Since then a cancellation charge of Rs 47.25 p has been imposed on me. Several times I selected the option that the driver cancelled but every time I request for a new ride the above mentioned charge is shown on my screen as credit amount in my account will be changed with the amount of my next ride.

I would like to request to the concerned person to waive off my cancellation charge as in no way I am responsible for it. I would be thankful if you do the needful and would gladly go for a new ride ahead.

I have booked one ride with driver Gopal, vehicle number: TS05UA9345 on 12th May 2018. He was completely drunk and was speaking ruthlessly. so I had to cancel ride for which consequence was deduction of 47 rupees from my paytm. So I request you to take serious action on him because had this been an emergency ride I can leave to your imagination the consequences and also I request you to revert my money if possible, as I had to cancel ride in a no choice situation. Hope you understand my concern.

For the last three days I am being charged almost double. I have made a complaint on help desk but of no use as there is no response. Don't know when to contact. I think I should go to the consumer Court if I will not get response within a day. This is really irritating.

I remove the uber app in my phone, when I reinstall the app with my phone number app is not installing. please help what to do?

You have sent me repeated messages stating that 50% off upto Rs50/on 5 rides can be availed by me valid until 1st July by using Code:SAVEBIG-50.Accordingly I booked a Cab yesterday I.e 6-6-2018 from my home to Vaisakhi Jala vudyana vanam, Visakhapatnam and when I applied the promotion Code it was not materialized. I sincerely feel that this is nothing but cheating the customers. Please see that Rs 50/ is refunded to me otherwise I will file a suit in Consumer court.

I travelled today from chitpur ghosh bagan to belur math, car no 0772, Maruti suzuki car. When I booked car in mobile price shown rs 186.95.

When I reached belur math, fare price rs 97 has been shown in drivers mobile. Driver said to pay the amount which shown rs 186.95. And also said technical problem arise for difference in fare price. I paid the amount Rs 186.95. But receipt received through mail. Rs 97. What should I do?

Sir, My account is showing a overdue balance of Rs 36/- Because of this I am unable to book rides. In fact this was the problem with a ride I booked which was cancelled by the driver. He never reached my pickup spot. I dont mind making this payment but suggest you add this to the next ride rather than payment by other sources.

Kindly investigate and advise on a priority basis.

I was travelling from tangra to Howrah with uber go car no 0599 maruti suzuki desire on 29/08/18. Before reaching the driver got the wrong route came late and at the time of reaching total fare was 176 apprx and we had Rs.500/- note. We approached him and all of a sudden the driver started shouting on us and when we told him to keep his voice down he just increased his volume and told "gali de rahe keya apko mai aise hi baat karunga". He demanded Rs.200/-and when we gave that he replied "200 hi rakh lenge denge nehi return. "My husband got offended and he went to nearest police for help and then he returned the balance in a hurry but less amount and shouted infront of traffic guard. He was so unprofessional when we were asking him to talk with minimum respect he just increased his volume even didnot know how to talk to a woman.

We agree at morning this is tough to give change and it can happen not only in morning but at any time. But driver deals this in a very good way. We also understand the issue.This driver was so badly behaved and shouted is not actually expected. Uber team should train their driver of how to behave with a customer. This is completely unacceptable.

Today morning had booked the pool cab for vile parle from starting point driver was continuously on phone also air condition was not working near Andheri gharware house RTO coughed him where he was not having few documents also he asked me to lie in front of RTO saying that he was not using phone at all ... I had meeting meeting n such things was unnecessarily consuming my time... Was really furious because of unprofessional behavior of driver and I deduced Rs. 60/- . If someone threatens to go something unpleasant to you or they say or imply that they will do something unpleasant to you we as ur regular customer can take such steps against driver.

I expect Uber will not deduct any amount from my account. Kindly look into such matters.

My Uber account was disabled on 17.10.2018 at 9pm. I am a regular rider at Uber with an average of 10-12 rides per week. I was more than satisfied by Uber and it’s help support but this time it’s not just disappointing but extremely inconvenient and frustrating. My account was disabled on the ground of outstanding payment. So l will detail that to you too, on 17.10.2018 I booked my first Uber at 9.50am from Gole Market to Lajpat Nagar. As I use uber through card payment, when I booked my second ride on 17.10.2018 at 12.20pm, the payment pop up never appeared but I could book the ride and got to my destination. Similarly on the same day I took two more rides at 3.30pm and 7.15pm. Now I could not make any payment for these 4 rides due to a technical glitch on the app where the payment pop up never appeared.

For no fault of mine, my account was disabled at 9pm on 17.10.2018 when I tried to book my ride to home.

I reported this issue on all possible portals stating the problem that I can’t login to my account and hence I can’t even make the payment. The cumulative total of these 4 rides would be around Rs 1000/-

Some customer service representatives called on 18.10.2018 to enquire about the problem but since then there’s been no progress. I’ve got no correspondence over email or over phone call.

I’ve been greatly disappointed to say the least. I use uber so frequently that I subscribe to uber pass etc.

I would request you to kindly look into the same and provide a resolution at the earliest.

Today while travelling from noida sec 22 to sector 104 it showed me to pay only 60 rupees but I was charged 81 rupees. This has happened me for the 5th time. I had not even discussed with the driver with the route neither was any other problem how can uber over charge me.

मैंने आज कार बुक करवाई, ड्राइवर नाम रूपविन्दर फोन नम्बर 7888784780, 8968477158, वह बहुत लेट हो गया मेरी ट्रेन मिस हो रही थीं जैसे ही में कैंसिल करवा कर चल दिया वह रोड पर मिल गया, मेरे को चलने के लिए बोला, ट्रेन मिस हो रही थी कोई सहायता नहीं थी, में और मेरी पत्नी चल दिये, रास्ते में बहुत बतमीजी से बात की और कार से उत्तर जाने के लिए बोला कोई सहायता नहीं होने के कारण चुपचाप बैठना पड़ा, स्टेशन पर पहुंचे उस को उस की कहने अनुसार पैसे देने पड़े समान रोक लिया पैसे दो समान लो सामने ट्रेन त्यार आप ट्रेन मिस करो या पैसा दो, पैसा दिया।

क्या आप सोच सकते हैं मेरे पर क्या गुजरी होंगे। आप देखो कब बुक करवाया, कब कैंसिल करवाया। में 66 साल का हु, मुझे इंग्लिश नही आती इस लिए हिंदी में लिखा है.

I have been double payment against my Uber driver 1st is cash & other than paytm RS.188.00 & cash is 190.00. Second is not booked my cab driver cancelled cab & cut my charges on Paytm a/c RS 38.00, please send my both refunds. my no.is 9718585611.

Uber, I have booked a a cab (mahindra xylo) on 20/11/18 - at 22.11 PM, I actually wanted book actually at 22.40 PM, I was checking for drive later option -when i choose Ride later the page was getting closed and closing contentiously more than half a dozen times.

Then i thought to go with the Ride Now option and booked that time it was showing total fare of Rs 259.11. The driver came on my mobile line at 22;35 he also never mentioned about waiting charges.

Later when the cab arrived we have checked and driver demands Rs-364.66 when we questioned him he says that waiting charges (Rs-105.55) , We could not chose option ride later he says that is not my fault you have contact customer care or uber office. ( we paid in full Rs-364.66 to the cab driver).

Being one of leading travel facility never expected this kind of a service from your end.

Call and sought out this issue and get in good books in mean while . People - Be Very careful with uber 1000 Nos uber user x 100 extra chages - 1 lakhs just calculation one day cheating in one geo location thing of global and easy money will reach evil hands.

The customer service over email queries does not respond. Unsure if email are automatic with machine language algorithms. Don't bother to answer and needs tries writing bullshit stories.
