Annoying Ads
Giving ads and trailers for 10 mins is OK but repeating it again and wasting 30-35 mins is not acceptable. Pls change the format or expect less crowd.

Poor customer service
I sent email to [email protected] 4 hours ago , till now I did not receive reply and when I call they say server down will take 24 hours but I need to sort out issues regarding my tickets booked for 3:30 show today.

Theatre closed
We booked 3 tickets for Marmarzanias for 1.15 show at PVR, Nitesh Hub, Pune for today, 15th September. Upon reaching the theatre we were advised that theatre is closed due to no electricity ? My account is already debited by Rs1023+ for 3 tickets and we also spent about Rs190 towards the cab and at reaching theatre get to know, no show?? Least they could have done is send a SMS about no show. Indeed very poor customer care - hope I get refund soon.

Show cancelled
We had booked 3 tickets n a popcorn for after noon show ( 1.15 pm ) on15th September at PVR cinema at Nitesh Hub, Koregaon Park, Pune. Upon reaching the theatre, we were told that show was cancelled ?? Not only that show but all shows of that day and probably, the next day , were all cancelled as theatre had some issues with the power ( electricity ). Obviously, this was known to theatre but they did not bother to reply it's patrons who learnt about it only after reaching the theatre!! As tickets were booked online, PVR had details of my phone number but they chose not to do anything. Moreover, till date ,the money has not been received by me though I was told by the guy who we met at theatre that we need not do anything and our money will automatically be refunded. Today is 11th day n still waiting!!!!

Pathetic Experience at PVR Plaza , Connaught Place, New Delhi
I want to give feedback for my recent experience at PVR plaza Connaught place , New Delhi. I went to watch Andhadun movie (5:35 pm show) on 11/10/2018.Firstly they don't have baggage counter then staff was uncooperative and rude . They gave me reason that it is an heritage property and these are delhi police's rule and ask me to keep my bag at nearby pan shop who charges rs 40 and then above all they allowed 2 backpacks inside which annoyed me more than anything else ..If rules are there then it should be same for everyone. I thin Delhi Police RuIes were different for those two females whose backpacks were allowed inside .I won't visit any PVR in near future if this is the attitude of staff there and will surely file complaint with consumer forum.
Complaint regarding overcharging
I want to give my feedback for my recent experience at Pvr mall of India (Noida) 22th Oct 2018. My movie experience was good but Pvr staff are very very bad. I ordered for 1large salted popcorn and 1large cheese popcorn and 4 regular Pepsi, the guy Who took my order his name is Hari. first of all he did not give me bill and my bill amount is 1610.but I asked to another Pvr staff he told me sir this is your combo and bill amount is 1000and your Pepsi is not regular this is combo Pepsi.
So now I want to why the guy charge me over this is very serious issue of Pvr. this is second time with me when Pvr staff took extra charge for food. so now I want Pvr management take strict action against that, other wise it's very shameful for all Pvr.
Requested for tickets cancellation but no response from PVR
I have tried cancelling my ticket via PVR App but I am not able to do because every time I am getting error “ Try after sometime” whole day on 09 November I am getting same error. Than I called customer care, customer care replied they cannot help & I need to send mail on [email protected] to cancel ticket.
I have raised mail to cancel ticket but there is not response from PVR customer care.
It’s gives an impression PVR is not fare with its practice as I am not able to cancel ticket from App and there is no response from customer care on mail also. So now I don’t know to approach to sort out my issue.

Rude and fraud
Had very bad experience at PVR Singapore mall Lucknow. they charged 100rs per tkt to us without informing me and that too for some food voucher. after asking that person he said that if you buy ticket from counter you have to buy this voucher and that boy's behavior was very rude and he was pretending us as if we are buying tkt for the first time. Instead of apologies he chose to argue with us and make us wrong he just returned our money back. we were there to watch movie not to just return back with spoil mood, this ia really serious matter ro think about if we Didn't had extra 100rs to pay per tkt what embarrassing situation it could be and also it is really a cheating with whom i can complaint to other higher centers.
Unable to book online booking for Tuesday
It has been observed that every week we visit PVR Nanded with my friends. But when we try to book the tickets in advance the site is not showing your schedule for Tuesday. Pathetic service, now going to visit Esquare cinema.

Regarding privilege membership benefit
Ver very bad experience with the pvr cinemas i am really very disappointed with the pvr cinemas as i registered my number for the membership and the confirmation mail was sent to me by pvr cinemas. But when i called to the pvr cinemas for the benifit they completely denied and told me that the number is not registered with us but the number was already registered with the pvr from where i had purchased the tickets. They told me to talk to pvr cinemas customer care but the pvr cinemas completely denied my request and i am really very disappointed with this behaviour. Also i request them to do something on my behalf but they completely denied and told me that nothing is in their hands. This was their very rude behaviour and i will never visit pvr again.

Request for refund of amount INR1686.24 against booking

Sir I am a student in bhilai, durg, Chhattisgarh. And here number of students living in bhilai is more than the local people we are waiting for the movie John Wick 3 Parabellum to appear in the pvr cinemas bhilai but this doesn't happen. We all are very disappointed right now because it's only cinema in local which shows Hollywood movies and we are really expecting this movie to be appear in bhilai. Toaday when I reached to buy 6 movie ticket around 10:45am your staff was saying that you can not buy movie tickets without buying combo. Can you explain it. When I don't want a combo. Why are you guys forcing to customers.

Misbehavior of staffs

Greetings of the day.
I want to acknowledge you with the fact that the PVR cinemas of Ranchi (Nucleus mall) gave me a very bad experience, one of your staff named Shahid, misbehaved with me and there were other staffs who asked for my ID several times..I told them that I already have shown them the ID but almost 3 staffs asked me for my ID. They were judging me on physical appearance and I know showing ID is a protocol but there clear intention was to disrespect me. I have been regular to PVR cinemas but this horrifying experience will no longer be tolerated.

The audio is not clear so audience are complaint but from your pvr cinemas management side no response
so audience are coming out from the screen. Then management says they refund money. But we are waste our time. I want a proper answer from pvr cinemas.

I went to Phoenix market city Bengaluru and saw movie.. More than the movie the theatre was awesome thanks for experiencing me a wonderful thing thanks to PVR CINEMAS.

Just one feedback some clients comes on two wheeler to Watch movie and there is no Option to Submit their helmets. As helmets are not allowed in PVR and also no option to submit so where should we put our helmets. This is serious issue please solve this.

Bad customer support
Myself Joe (Advocate) (9790309921) i went to watch movie PVR SKLS Mall @ Chennai, a guy named Mani who was wearing specs ,wearing black shirt, was behaving very rude to the customer and myself.
And i requested him to speak polite to the customer then he started arguing with me, And said go and complain where ever you want, this kind of employer is making a bad impression to your reputed company. Moreover he said if you don't want to see movie get out from PVR ill face the consequences.
Even though i am an Advocate i don't want to take any action towards your company so take this mail as a final call and teach him how to behave to the customers in public.
Complaint against staff bad behavior
Yesterday am come elante to watch movie when went to take the ticket first they add meal without my permission. she told me collect ticket from second counter when am ask to her she refused to give ticket without meal. its not first time few month ago when friend came their to watch kabir singh on that time also they add meal without permission and told us this is compulsory to take meal. if i didn't need or am not hungry why am take the meal both executive are behave very rudely and said to collect from where penelope machine are hanged. this is very serious concern. you are work with a good organisation this is not the way to attend customer.am feel very bad Experience this is the last time when am visit Elante PVR.

I had been to Mardani2 movie on 16th Dec, 15:45 show in Elements mall, Thannisandra, i had faced a problem to take ticket and wasted my 15 mins of show from your management, The auto ticket generating system are not working by gods grace there are 3nos and the 3 are also not working.
And more over there are three ticket counters in front of the systems in which only one counter is opened and there is a Que of 7 to 8 customers,
The PVR staff security nor the counter person are informing us that the systems are not working we were wasting our time nor any update like out of service or not in use was available. as i started shouting to the person who was sitting in the counter there was no action taken by them. after some time the 2nd counter was opened but it was already late for 15mins, i have missed the starting of the movie, i am very disappointed by the service of this PVR, as i visit Phoenix mall i appreciate the response from them i will give them 5 out of 5 , but for Elements i will give 5 out of 1.

Your sytem is slow and your staff behaviour his very bad
My show time is 9:00 am and your staff is standing me on 15 minute and his given me ticket after 15 minutes. its not good service.
