I am living in gadag i want to take service regarding ur company commode was not working since 2 year. i want to know serviceman mobile number of local gadag area.

Your company provides 10 yrs warranty for the product but your service is very poor. I registered complaints twice. It had been attended two different technicians. They are not skilled at all. It is big foolishness on my part to select the above mentioned product. So please try to provide better service to the customers. Also apply keen attention to chose the technicians.

Complaint on parryware seat cover. seat cover manufacture complaint.we were issued complaint but they were not minding or they didnt take any action.This product is rocca product but they were no emblom were seen in it.we were issued this problem but they havent took any action. This product was purchased from ABC kanhangad, kerala, Ernakulam.

I have parryware cistern cascade fitted in my bathroom. unfortunately it has started leaking and the water flows constantly. The plumber says it needs new washer , which is not available locally because the dealer says that the company has stopped manufacturing which I don't believe.

Will you kindly let me have your postal address so that I could send the washer to you and you could then send a new washer. or let me know the cost and I will send it through my bank.

I had bought parryware European closet 8-9 months before. when it fitted i found that it's seat and seat lid falls with force. on my complaint, after many calls and many months of waiting your service person came and saw my concern and told me that the issue is manufacturing defect, to rectify the problem some materials should come from company. so he told to wait for it. I waited again many months and called him many times. on every calls he reply positively by saying, he would come next week. still it didn't happen. on my last call 2 months back he told me that he left the company. then i got the number of another person who is your then service person. on my contact he told he would come to check but he didn't.

On my repeated call he told me to send the image of the closet through whatapp. i sent it and then 2months passed... still no response. one week before i sent like this a compliant online but no response. what should i do? you advertise the glory of your service. where is it? please do the needful. my phone 9865472418.

Parryware cascade flush tank it's been cracked itself on the back side of the tank. Can I get a replacement?

Complain number CCH25031738 registered on 25th March 2017 was not attended till date. On 11th September i have got the SMS saying the call is completed. After many follow up with Mr. Vijay at local office no one attended to my complaint, he was saying every time about some logistic issue as the reason for not attending to my complaint. But now the call is closed without any action. It is not at all acceptable. I called call center, they were saying a wrong reason for closing the call as the residence is closed. My residence was not closed for 5+ months, no one called me so far in spite of me calling them regularly. I want my issue to be sorted out immediately. Please take care and do the need. Two commode Flush , purchased on December 2010, has been giving problem since beginning(1) After flush water flow does not stop. 2) flush button does not function). Reported the problem several times and your service person rectified the problem temporarily .But the problem continue and we are unable to use the flush .we two lone senior citizen above 70 years feel harassed.

I purchased Parryware products for my new home on September 2015 After 18 months cabin for the wash basin has got damaged and it was made by very bad quality of wood which is totally garbage. After one month basin start to get leaking. Also same product of Fixer and pipes was not able to use because of thread issues. I was complained to the dealer who sell it to me and after a long follow up one of the technical guy came and checked. He told cabin for the basin is not in warranty. Wash basin and fixer and the pipe issues can replaced with in 1 month. Since July I have not get any response from customer care side or the dealer side. And the dealer was not taking any responsibility for my complaints. when I was purchased they told me Parryware products are 10 years replacement warranty.

I had used your products just one year without any issues. I brought the whole items from Parryware which I required for my new home. Today I called your technical person who visit to my home and ask the status of the replacement. He is asking me to contact the main dealer. Here am mentioning my complaint Register number which I did earlier (CCN16081702). Dealer I purchased is PP TRADERS/CHOKLI/TELLICHERRY.

Kindly do the needful for my above complaint.

The product is under warranty. On the basis of my complaints (CPL12071702 dt:12-07-2017, CPL/101117/04 Dtd: 10-11-2017, CPL/201117/02 dtd 21-11-2017) sometime technicians will attend and will close the complaint without any solution. Undersigned also called your customer care number 18002746060 and local office at cochin, keraka 0484-2800541 and manager Mr.Snil-mob:8138015515 and till date not received any satisfactory response from your end. As the product is under warranty your are required to replace the product at the earliest. For past 6 months we are suffering due to purchase of your product. Please arrange to solve the issue at the earliest, otherwise undersigned will approach consumer forum. Please dont give warranty to any product in future, if you can not give proper service.

My bathroom mixer was leaking and after attending the problem the company alpha system of kanpur up charged me 250/- for changing the spindle. The mixer again started leaking the next attending person - prakash of alpha system said that only one spindle was changed earlier so he has to change the second one. What kind of service is this. Parrryware was reputed for its good service and the same has deteriorated by out sourcing the service to third grade service providers. My mixer should be repaired immediately free of cost if the company values its customers.

Hi Team,
I have purchased FLAIR WALL-HUNG WITH CISTERN TOILETS IN WHITE COLOUR on 27th Nov 2020 and same has installed on 7th Dec 2020 since then I'm facing lots of leakage issue with the product I have complained 3 times about this issue, technician Mr. Avdesh Kumar has visited thrice for this issue but problem still persist, he recently visited on 31st Dec 2020 and changed a connection pipes costs Rs. 200/- but leakage again started from day before yesterday. I'm highly dissatisfied with the product and it seems there is some manufacturing defect, I have never expected from a prestigious company's product like Parryware. It feels so annoying.

I request you to do the needful to fix this issue as earliest.

Within one year of usage of parryware WC, the water blockage problem occurred. Despite of so many complaints, no action taken. Only saying wait for 2 3 days. The service centre misbehaved. The other person not attending the call. Even after 6 days of registration, no action taken by the company. Worst product and worst service.
