Our washing machine is not working, we send a message on above number but no one replied back. Also called IFB customer call but the number was not reachable. Service is very bad.

I have been lodging requests for servicing for the last 18 months to IFB. No one from IFB has come to attend complaints. Very bad response from IFB.

BASIC DESIGN DRAWBACKS – No heat setting, No load setting, No temperature indication, No independent power switch with light! Only provided with time setting.

PERFORMANCE REPORT – By and large ok for my light requirement of 1 hr x once a week! Not yet tried in rainy season when actually necessary!

BREAK DOWN REPORT
1. After running w/o trouble for about six months, the M/c developed major problem on 8.4.18
2. Complaint was registered on customer service no. 1800-3000-5678 Complaint no. 1001293444
3. On 9.4.18 your junior service person Akshay was sent by Santosh Babar. He managed to get help on phone and set the m/c right.
4. I signed the service card but told him it was subject to actual wet load trial on 15.4.18. I got 2 calls for report on m/c and told them not to close the complaint till 154.18 after my final report. But they seem to have closed the complaint unilaterally!
5. On 15.4.18 wet load was tried. The m/c seemed to work well initially with higher noise. But at the end, instead of cooling during refresh part of the cycle, it suddenly started overheating and failed to stop as per time set (always 60 min.)
6. I have tried to contact your customer service no. many times. But they do not understand anything. They seem to go by original complaint no. which is closed! I asked them to make out a new no. No further response!

We had long ago bought a front loading washing m/c since IFB had a collaboration with Bosch. (which was later terminated). There was a major breakdown (bearing failure) after a few years. Same was attended efficiently. After some more time the service response became poor when m/c was given away! [The LG m/c is working smoothly for many years.]

Despite this I took the drier since your local dealer Mr Karnik convinced me the improved nature of the company + service and of course 4 year warranty! But now again I regret the decision. Unless the unit is set right and works for 6 months smoothly, I will have to junk it and take a much better make. This matter will have to be given much publicity to protect future customers.

Yesterday that is on 19/5/18 my husband bought an IFB front load washing machine from sakthiram agencies, arcot, vellore, tamilnadu. Till now nobody have turned up for installation, demo etc despite our repeated phone calls. There is no response from customer care. Is this the way such a reputed concern treat ur customers? Very poor service. I shall surely inform all my friends and relatives about this and caution them not to get trapped with such a poor servicing company. Very bad experience with u.

The number aren't valid and they don't respond to email and even sms. The worst service experience I have ever experienced.
