I have taken spectacles from your shop at a price of Rs.11000/-, of progressive crisol three piece type anti glare transition three years back. After 6 months the glass top layer came out like scales. i asked your people to clean it off, but your people told it can not be done you have to take a new one .

Recently same case was happened with Ben Franklin glasses also, but they have cleaned it in a nice way. Check your self... who is giving better service to the customers.

On jan 22 2017 i purchased police frame and lense from gkb city center 2 kolkata and in 14.5.2017 it was found manufacture defect so 15.5.2017 i went to gkb and submitted them and they took it and said they will call me when it is repaired, and due to some medical problem i could not went and pickup the glass so on 28.8.2017 i went to the shop to pick it up but they just denied and blamed me that as a trust they have already delivered me the glass long time ago, and by trust they did not took the receipt and did not made me sign in there registry. When i am telling to show me the cctv footage that also they cannot provide me. Actually they did not have any record or proof that they have delivered me the glass.

Bought two specs frames and glasses for PETRINA Peyang of Kalimpong from GKB Opticals, City Centre, Siliguri. I had paid excess amount of Rs 607/- and sent email to GKB Opticals, City Centre, Siliguri with Bank account no, IFSC Code. Regret to state that the amount is not released. I am in contact with Siliguri regularly. Please expedite.
