I have a complaint of Dr Batra's clinic in kormangla, Bangalore. I request anyone looking for a treatment on this clinic should avoid it. The service is not what they claim to be, its a total waste of time, money and you have to compromise with your health.

I am very disappointed with my hair fall treatment as I was assured that I will get my bald hairs back but the situation has gone even worse since then. I have lost the hairs which I have gained through other treatments monoxidal before and become more bald which is very embarrassing as my marriage is happening soon. Please look into this matter urgently or else stop fooling the customers .

Hello my name is Mandeep Chouhan (Patient id: 968373). I am taking treatment for hair loss from dr. Batra's clinic since July 2017.

I have been given false promises and assurances that hair fall will decline and stop and treatment will give positive results. Our medicines will stop hair fall and it remains your hair as they are. Even your thinner hairs become thicker. As of now it's 6 months but i don't notice any difference in my condition, instead hair fall has increased and situation has gone so worse that it's leading towards balding. I am regularly taking all the medicines and measures referred by the doctors there but there is no improvements. The worst part is the therapies, Growhair, please dont advertise as you are the experts in the treatment.

I have paid nearly 58k for 3 year treatment and i have not got even a slight improvement. Therefore i would like to have a full refund of my paid amount.

I dont want be a experimental practice for Dr. Batra's, I just want my full amount refund.

Dr Batra's — hvt treatment and refund

I am Asha and was undergoing a treatment for hair thinning since 2015 at Dr. Batra'sAundh Clinic. I didn't have any benefit at all for the first year and I wanted to stop the treatment but Dr. Pallav convinced me to go for HVT Treatment and I agreed. I paid 10000 and a post dated cheque for 25000. But soon after first treatment I got allergy with the solution applied on my scalp. I got severe itching, swollen face and dry skin. I also had a nose bleed. I stopped the cheque and when I met him today, he simply says he cannot refund. He says the allergic reaction must be coincidence. I said I ant to stop the treatment. He says it's my wish but there is no provision to refund. Trusting on Dr. Batra's treatment and doctors, thinking you have some ethics I didn't took the allergic reactions forward otherwise I could have done that. But now I am disappointed. I want my money back, the 10000 I paid as advance. It is hard earned money and purely on confidence basis on Dr. Pallav, I paid. I need it back.

The clinic seemed as a business enterprise rather than a healing clinic.

I am suffering acute asthma. I visited to DR. Batra (Barasat Branch) after having medicine for 7 month but no result. Please refund money.

Please refer to my email dated 13.04.2018. It is very bad to see that your office hadn't responded. It seems that you & your organisation is just for making money and not caring your patients. Neither your clinic responded nor provide me contact details of seniors who can sought out the matter.

I had called to your clinic but Mr. Gaurav replied that you cant talk with me. You are not having even a single minute to talk to your patient. The reasons for the same are best known to you.

I am sorry to mentioned here that during time of dr pankaj such things never happens. He is very cooperative and understand patient's pain. But things got worsen when you took the charge of chandigarh clinic.

I had already requested to kindly send me my all case details such as treatment joining form, prescriptions/ medicines given to me, names of doctors treated me, payments received from me, pictures taken of me from time to time etc date wise from the date of start of my treatment. But till date i hadn't received the same. You are once again requested to send the same at the earliest.

I am taking treatment from batra for my allergy issue from december 3 2017. Even after 4+ months i didnt get my allergy issue sorted out not even 5%. On top of that i got daily acidity issue and headache in different interval and i got SOS for that in my 2nd month onwards.

I am informing the same for every visit to teh doctor (DR.RASHMI) but no care has been given and my allergy issue become worst day by day and on top of that i got ACIDITY and HEADACHE after this treatment.
I lodged a complaint in bharta and social media about the same, i got a call from HSR Bangalore batra to have an appointment with senior doctor KSHITI SHETTY from Mumbai. I am more of convinced to continue the treatment for couple more months though i didnt get at least 5% results in 4+ months.

The meeting was something looks like marketing meeting for me. How come i can continue when i am not having even 5% relief with my initial issue from last 4+ months. And there is no guaranty that the issue will be fixed. Hense i would need refund for the same.

I am getting other issues after starting this treatment. I was not informed about the 3 months, 6 months treatment they had. The doctor has asked me to take onlyt 1 year program and she said i will be getting relief after 3 months which didnt happen after 4+ months. Please arrange for the refund. Thanks.

I have been taken acne treatment in 2017 from Dr batra (kanpur civil line) with dr vishal my patient code 214600988697 worth rp 15000 for 12 month, after passes few month i get relief in my acne but in the last of my treatment this tym its 11 month i have again acne on my face m very upset with this i feel he Fully cheat me, when i told it to dr vishal he said you take again 1 yr package why i take again package when i see no any result on my face its too costly and fully waste money around 30 to 35000 with package, product, test. I'll never recommend anyone to take treatment with dr batra he only cheat her patient. I want to back my money.

I am writting to complain regarding services you have promised to provide me before starting my hair therpay. I would like to draw your kind attention towards quote of doctor at Allahabad clinic during my visit to this clinic. ' Our clinic is specialized in providing quality services to our client. I assure you must be benefitted with our services and your falling hair must get reduced and your hair will get strengthened with our therpay, doctor at your clinic in Allahabad said.

Although my falling hair did not get reduced and I can feel my hair have reduced since I have started taking your therpay before six month ago. I am a client of Allahabad centre but I have to take your proposed therapy at Kanpur centre due to my posting at Kannauj District.

Every time doctor suggest for blood test and suggest to take only supplement. I have taken your supplement, medicine and so called therpay but result is not zero but negative. I can feel my hair continued falling since your therpay started. During the last six month of your therapy, I gained nothing but I had to pay for everything.

I was told to provide 6 HVT but hardly I could get 2 HVT in last six month of your therapy. Whenever I asked for HVT, doctors, at Allahabad and Kanapur, showed his inability to provide the services due to machinary problems. You assured your clients to provide quality services but you all have been failure in providing atleast minimum services.

Your clinics are known to act on feedback. I called several time to Allahabad batra's clinic but either they did not receive my call or did not respond me to my problems. I would like to know for what I have paid full payments. If I have paid my full payments to become victim, I have to take legal steps towards your poorest services.

I request you to investigate the level of services being provided at different centre across country because I had joined your clinic in faith of Batra's good name. Secondly, I want my full payment be paid back to me.

For first month follow up i went to the clinic after treatment, medicine are not available in that branch for getting that medicine all round i need to traveled one branch to another branch that’s ok but on second follow also their done same mistake medicine are not available now their are saying that after one month medicine will come... So how can i get proper result if this kind of services.

my appointment time is on 3pm after waiting for 45mins then he called me no time management.

Many times I tried to call customer care people also no responsed from thire said, simply there are saying will forward your query and there cut the phone, Same thing I updated to the doctor on next visit, she said next time it will not repeat but what is the use.

Now my 3months course is completed because of worst service no proper medicine at the end there is
no result.

I have started my treatment in august 2020 but i have got no results, my treatment is still due but i am very unhappy with the service, nor the doctor nor the receptionist is bothered for your follow ups or appointments. They do not even consider of calling n checking inspite v have to call n remind them of appointments, no follow up is taken at all if there is some result or not, they just are interested in taking money post which they dont give a damn, this is the worst experience i have had. I have paid nearly 32-35k but i feel its waste because no results plus they have not given any receipts also even on asking 100 times. I had really heard alot of good service from batra but this is pathetic. Highly disappointed.

My concern is I have taken only one appointment as off now which is free from yours side and after the consultation they told me that you have to take 2 years to package for your diagnosis/problem so I paid them after the next day I went to my skin specialist and they told me these will treated in within 15 days

So as of now I don’t want to continue treatment from Batra’s and I want my paid money back see i have to taken any appointment till now after my 1st free consultation that is why there is no such problem to give refund. I am nitin kumar. my hair fall treatment start dr batra clinic in karnal haryana from april 2021 and i have already full payment or treatment of one year plan medicine and include with gro hair session amount of about 28000.and doctor was saying me full guarntee that regrow your hair and ur head full of hair and stop hair fall and dr said me i[censored] will full payment then ur treatment start so i paid full payment rupees of 28000 but after 4 session of gro hair and medicine completed no any improvements in my hair fall but hair fall is more after dr batra clinic treatment .so i want to cancel my treatment and refund my payment i am very unhappy from dr batra treatment i lost a lot of money now i cancel my treatment and my payment refund me .

I have taken hair fall control treatment. I have purchased face wash and cream from there. When i asked to put them in carry bag, they denied rudely that they don't have any carry bag. Very pathetic behaviour of the receptionist of sector 14 gurugram branch.

I have to cancel this appointment and get back my refund.

I had consulted for the treatment of hair in Ashram Road branch of Dr Batra Clinic there Dr. Nilesh informed me about the package of 65 000 and Dr. Nilesh said that this is massage therapy. Hair will come back.

I told them that but I have come only to inquire and even if I get this treatment, I will get it done after 15 / 20 days, and then they told me that if you take this package now then you will get a discount of 10000 rupees now. For now you will have to generate your customer code by giving some token amount, this offer is only for today, so book this package by paying token amount now, even if you start treatment later.

So I paid 5000 rupees in advance to take treatment and got my customer code opened. But later after seeing the positive / negative reviews of all the customers on your website, I decided that I want to go for hair transplant treatment.

I am starting dr batra hair loss treatment and paying 60k. It’s totally cheap treatment 0% result. Kindly avoid this totally dishonestly with customer. Totally west of money i never suggest to start any single treatment with dr batra.

I have complete 7 therapy in dr batra not getting any result, they are making fool people,

I have wasted my money but you don't go there for any treatment, people are coming middle class family don't rob money from people. Really you are earning unethical money. i want my fully money refund.

They are not scheduling my laser appointment despite chasing them form one month. Highly careless attitude and carless staff.
