I am painting my passage and used Berger white undercoat (which was a very good white) I then used Berger pure brilliant white gloss, this has turned out to be more of a cream, it doesn't even look white when in the tin. I have painted two doors frame and now given up as my wife is in tears.

No proper advertisement, consumer do not have knowledge for berger paints not even a hoarding campaign, still had to explain until seller gets wexed with product.

I had got a room painted with berger paint but i wasnt satisfied with the overall finish. The room looked dull because of the paint finish. I got another room painted with the same shade of color from asian paints and there was a huge difference with both of them, the second room was great with nice finishing.

If anyone is going to buy from berger i recommend to test it on a small area before committing fully.

I have painted outside of the house with weathercoat all guard paint during July 2015. After this heavy rain I found some lines formed and it was not removed evenafter washing. IT seems ugly look. we are using firoza blue synthetic enamel paint & Red oxide at NTPC TANDA STAGE II on structural steel works. we are getting trouble in receiving T,C. of paint and red oxide. kindly arrange provide batch wise T.C. of said batch. I am a dealer for berger paints. My firm Name is Asian Traders Near Eldico City, IIM Road, Lucknow, U.P.India. Yours worker of Lucknow Depo is very lazy, product delivery give me in order before 2 & 3 days.

Nobody from Berger visited to check on the work even once. After repeated complaints the work is still incomplete. The painter Tejram has taken complete payment promising to complete the work to no avail. It has been more than 20 Day's and the work still remains incomplete. Refer to complaint no. Sr1606009590.

Colour formula:-3A0252 (Green Gold). I have bought the colours from two different Berger stores, and I found both the colours to be different.The two stores are:-

i. Sitala Paints

According to Sitala Paints the formula of the colour have been changed and it's completely fault of Berger paints.

ii. New Rang Mahal

According to Rang Mahal the formula is changed and now the colour looks different. So I'm in regret that how I have been cheated by Berger paints. Now I want u to give me a Gmail of Berger paints so that I can give you the photos of the colours.

INCOMPLETE WORK, worst work. Nobody from Berger visited to check on the work. After repeated complaints the work is still incomplete, THEY RAN AWAY AND LEFT THE WORK INCOMPLETE . Complaint No SR-1712002129. Asian Paints is far better service.

I have painted my home in May 18 with Berger paints. Within a month quality issues started. After so many follow ups with Mktg Guy from Berger as well as contractor no positive response.

Consequent upon my online inquiry the Berger Co. deputed Sri Amar Rui Das the co. representative to get the work done. Sri Das did my flat colouring & paintings with his men within the time schedule which is as per my choice & idea. Sri Amar Rui Das is very positive,cooperative & reasonable in his action.

Only thing I have observed is that the Berger catalog is not updated. Various paintings & drawings are old & is far behind in comparison with other Cos. I suggest to get it developed.

I happened to purchase the Berger silk and anti dust products from a big distributor in Faridabad. The paint was not good at all and on complaining the distributor he dont seem to be interested in hearing our problem.

I have purchased Berger for my independent house. i had a bad experience with this company products. different shades for on one code even in website also. i have ordered on code of paint but obtained from machine different shade.i also faced different shades of paint are mixed at different batches. the house becomes worthless due to painting. no response see from the company.

Berger Express Painting contract was given to be hassle-free. Now after paying 90% of the amount, the labor is not coming. Work is lagging greatly. The supervisor is not picking up the phone, he is just not helping and harassing a lot. He is just not cooperating. Just not ready to complete the work.

The colored wall shows two shades not mix very well it shows the mixing Color, Clearly giving the view of an Unprofessional wall painting. The wall has the patches of Roller everywhere, No proper cleanup was done. It's the worst painting experience

No tools are being used in painting after complaining the service provider assure me to use them afterward. Still, no tool provided to the painter to rub the wall. What is the use of giving the company contract if all the work is to be done by hand?

It was a very exhausting experience with Berger paints. I will definitely not recommend Berger to anyone else!

I have booked xpress painting services with id no.LD-2308-050155. The quotation was raised for Rs54,193/- on 12.08.2023 and accepted on 16.08.2023. The work was initiated on 17.08.2023. The paintable area as per the quotation is 3803 sq.ft. The supervisor promised to complete the work in 6-7 days time. It took almost one month for the work to be completed. On 16.09.2023, the supervisor called me and said the work is completed and he would come and inspect tehe site on 18.09.2023, but did not turn up till now (6.50pm). There is not even one promise as per their mobile app fulfilled. As per the app the following are the benefits;

Mechanised disinfectant tools - No mechanised tool is used. The entire painting is done manually with an old brush. Not even a roler is used for the painting.
Accurate quotation - Accurate measurement - The paintable area in the quotation is approximation. The guys did not bring the measurement tools and have not taken the accurate measurement.

furniture covering - Furniture & floor covers to protect from dust & paint drops - They have not used any covers to protect either the floor or the scooter and car parked inthe lobby. They have never bothered to clean up either the floor or even the car and the scooter. The paint drops are still there on the car and the scooter. They are not going by ordinary cleaning. I even gave them some card board items to cover the floor and told them to give even more, but they never bothered to cover the floor.

Floor disinfection and cleaning to remove any spots/stains on day to day basis - The site was never cleaned at the end of the day. We had to engage a servant to clean the area every day Leave lone cleaning on day to day basis, the workers have not bothered to clean the premises on the last day of the work. As the spots and stains are never cleaned, now the entire area requires a deep cleaning job, to be done by experts.

I raised the issues in the app support. The first time I raised an issue, the company sent the same supervisor, with whom I had an issue was sent for resolution of the issue. He stood his ground and I stood my ground and there is no resolution of the issue. For subsequent issues, there was no response at all from the company. The supervisor was reporting site visit for supervision on daily basis and uploaded the site report without actually visiting the site. When this was raised in the support, he stopped coming to the site and stopped uploading fake site inspection reports.

I rate my experience with the company as 1 on a scale of 5.
