I bought a shoe of Size- 10 bearing Article No.8744026 of MRP Rs.1299/- on the 17th of July 2017 but just after two weeks the Insole of the shoe is damaged. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt of the purchase. Pls ensue the replacement of the shoe.

I had purchase a wedges on dated 30/07/2017 from Footin Bata store v3s mall laxminagar East Delhi, on dated 01st October. My wedged was broken and i request for repair it, after repair with in 2 week its sole was broken. this is defective piece 2 time with in a month it was broken kindly replace it as soon as possible. Hope for the best

I bought one belt from your store at SFC MALL Sangli, maharashtra. unfortunately being a product of bata i did not retain cash memo. Now the belt has split open from layering. Please advice me what my next course of action should i take. I am one of your regular customer.

I bought one pair of Dr. Scholl shoe (Code: 6744759060) for Rs. 1699, after 50% discount - Rs. 849.50 on 31.3.2018. (Invoice No. CM0005170041710) from your showroom at 204, Rashbihari Avenue, Hindustan Park, Kolkata. The shoe is completely rotten and torn and not fit to be worn in future. I shall be privileged,if you take necessary steps and do the needful at the earliest to replace the same or refund the amount.

Dear Team,

I have purchase Bata shoes for M/s Henil enterprises Dindoli. After purchase the shoes I have used only four five days after using the shoes, I found on top side of shoes peel off and air bubbles. I have submit the shoes to respective dealer but after 8 days today dealer has denied for warranty. Please help for replacement.

Sir/Madam,

I am a one very old customer of Bata. I use bata shoes and chappals for all my family members for years and i never had a complain. Your product's are durable and always satisfied our foot.

Last month on 13th Sept. 2018 i purchased a pair of sandal (chappal) from your Dadar, Kabutar Khanna Store. Which cost Rs. 625.11 I wore this chappal for few days and the chappal started becoming looser and looser for my foot. The golden strip which added its beauty is also half out from one shoe. I am very disappointed by using this chappal.

I personally feel the Bata started producing fancy sandals and chappals but overlook on the durability. Middle class people like us Rs. 625/- for a pair of chappal for daily wear makes a huge loose.

I will be very thankful, if you consider my complain and do the possible needful.

I had purchased a Power shoes..but with in 2 months of purchase..the sole was torn, complained to the showroom..but the person in bill counter behaved baldly..and did not respond saying buy another shoes.. ruthless service.

I have purchased few items with total cost Rs. 7652 from one of the Bata outlet in 33 B. T. Road, Dunlop Bridge P.O Alambazar, kolkata., West Bengal. with invoice no:- CM0035180015847.

In between the purchased items I purchased one footwear for my 10 months baby. But the problem is this item is not as required size and I need one larger size but from the showroom they are not exchanging this as they are saying that only item is under some discount scheme so it cannot be exchanged which they not intimated me during purchase.

But my question is if I'm purchasing other 2 items cost above Rs. 7000 and not asked for any discount so why they sold this item to with some discount without informing me such terms and condition. I want this kids item replaced with one larger size if you want you can take extra money for that as I suppose people in the various Bata outlets misusing brand name to fulfilling some sales target and earn money.

I would like to request you to please do the needful and solve my issue ASAP because this item is for my little baby and it will be a sentimental issue for me if I can't get proper item for my baby.

I had called up the customer care. The call center executive promised me that they will give promised 50 loyalty points, but when I called them up today they are saying that they cannot give. My complaint number is 1533098. I have called them up for more than 5 times, but these people have not resolved the issue. Please do not become cheaters or issue false promises. Request you to please issue the promised 50 loyalty points asap.

I ordered shoes from bata and payment through net banking next day I saw the status of shoe delivery that has been showing your order is in refunded state.

I did not any modification in order. I was expecting the delivery and tried to call helpline number but that people did not answer my calls and I have send many emails regarding this but no response any of them and don't even refund money.

My complaint BM-88767 for order number : OS39321912424256 is pending at your end from 02/Oct

1. Faulty product has been sent. Two slippers for one foot.
2. Secondly when I returned neither product has been sent nor the refund.
3. When I called on 31/10, CC agent told me refund done hence shared credit card statement where refund is not reflecting.
4. It is just matter of Rs. 500/- but for this penny amount you al ruining the brand image of BATA.
5. Please also see how your customer service is being handled. I have not received any call/email for my grievance till date.

Resently i purchase a shoe. I used it only 2 days and It's started faded the shoe color. I want to change the shoe but the bata showroom people behavior are so rude and they started yelling on me. while say ing we not change the shoe at all and he didnt given any guarantee of shoe while taking shoe. And I says I want to talk to manager they say now manager are not there and tomorrow also we will not come. After that they says you go and directly talk to manager only. I'm so disappointed to your service this experience is worst and branded things happen like this who will believe you're brand.

I buy this sandle 28.07.2021 , 8:00 pm in ghitroni metro station Store. I attached my bill. I faces size problem this products, and step has been loose in one times, I wants small size. I went 7:30 pm on 29.07.2021. then mr baljeet says, no exchange and talk to me rudely. Only 1 days , no exchange , I want small size . Bad service and rudely behaviour ghitroni store .

Bata ek branded company hai Mei normal store m bhi jaunghi wo bhi ek din replace krdega but bata refuse?? I am regular customer with bata. I faces bad experience ghitroni store.

My mobile no 9445409923. On 24-01-2022 I purchased 3pairs of chappals at bata. Show room situated at porur Chennai 600116 one chappal instead of 8 in size I got 6in size within an hour of purchase I went to the show room and requested for the change of size which was refused. Immediately I gave mail to the customer cell and responded me that my grievance will be addressed soon. till this date no response.

I had purchased a power shoe from a showroom but they did not give me any purchase bill. Only said that I would get the bill by msg but till now I have not received any msg. Two days later I found that the shoe was in dispute. After that they replaced my shoe, and at that time I was again asked to give my bill. Again they replied that I will get a msg link and the bill will be there. I was going to outstation for office work. When I wore it after 2 days again I found my one shoe was not perfect and there was a problem. Yesterday I returned from outstation and visited the showroom, then showroom incharge refused to receive my complaint.

Request to everyone kindly look into this matter & share the customer service email id. I was sent the mail to : customer.service @bata.co.in but mail sent failed showing.
