I have purchased recently new Audi Q3 35 premium plus quadro on 28th August. on 30th August I have faced an accident. My car was damaged than i have submitted my car in Raipur c.g. service center. But after 10 day they are not doing any repairing work instead of commitment that they hand over my car within one week. I am very much disappointed and planing to change my car with other brand.

Dear sir/ madam:

I had bought 2 a4 in 2014 in name of Sidharth Khanna and Mohit Khanna from Audi Ludhiana and after that I had taken 2 Audi A6 in 2015 in same name and same place. I was committed by your sales team and finance team that you will not be charged fort closure charges after 3 years. from your sales team people were sajal Rajpal saggu from finance team there were mr Ravi and mr kranti.now in 2018 December I was planning to sell these two cars and go for 2 q7 but I called your Volkswagen team and please get my loan account closed .but your Volkswagen finance team are so rude they said that these people have left jobs and nothing can be done .you have to give fort closure charges.they said if you have documents give us .

I told them mam if you get financial documents from customers do you give them copy they said no then I told them provide me with contract they said it's not possible and you have to pay these charges and disconnect ed the phone ony face.

Next time I called them to tell them that I want to buy 2 q7 plz help .there answer was we don't give damn you buy or not but you have to pay these charges.

I told them that if I am buying car worth crores and sales team which comes they all from from good family and good package and stature of these people I have to believe on there face value what they say not ask them to give in written all these things.i can't derogatory them. Volkswagen team reply was sir it's your fault and thinking not our problem.

After that I told them that put your emails and these things on social media they said sir do whatever you like to do you please do not have any problems.

I don't expect these answers from such big corporate companies like you and so derogatory things to customers who can afford cars worthCrores. Sir I have 2 Audi A6 one bmwx5 2bmw 3series 2 xuv 500 and one swift .

I just wanted to Audi to know how there financial partners are troubling owner s of there luxury cars owner . And I expect from Audi some self respect for there esteemed customers.(I suppose). I have paid whole amount got my loan off please let me know one thing should I buy q7 or not.and will Audi get my amount of43000 refunded but not under this complsion that if I buy Audi then only.

Rest depends on Audi small customers like us it doesn't matter you have much bigger customers than us.or let's us go for amount of 43000.
