My parents went to Goa some time back and stayed in one of your Mahindra Club's Resort. There resort people organized some games and my parents participated and they won the gift voucher (2 night/ 3 days free stay at Club Mahindra Dharamshala) which is valid till 30th sept. 2014. I received a phone call from ? Member relations on 11th jan 2015 asking me the details of my member profile. Phone no is 91 22 61675000. Since it was Sunday, when your offices are closed & do u need reconfirmation of profile at times. I think it was a dubious call. Kindly check on your side & let me know . The calling person knew about my ID & also my reservations, tel, address. i m bit worried since it may be used otherwise.

i had taken ur club mahindra membership on 6-08-2014 by ur relationship executive her name is HARSHA SOOD & my id is 2582970. she has given me the assurance that by getting the membership u can avail one abroad trip and she told me fr the one year membership against rs 52000 against of this i had paid some dues in cash and rest by cheque. After getting membership she changes her words, after that i made a stop payment against my cheques, i feel so cheated by this and from last 3 months i m getting an email dues call , please cancel my membership.

As Mr Puneet Jagga approximately same thing happened with me also. Company sales peoples told that the ASF charges will be approximately Rs 2400.00 per year but in the documents the ASF is reflected by market now it is raised more than 12000.00 per year. Hence i am also feeling cheated.

There are few more issued of false commitment done by company or the company representative. In nut shell the company is not having positive business ethics.

We would like to inform you that taken membership on 14.02.2015 and your member Kamakhya of Lucknow told me that at the time of booking payment of Rs 22200 will get seven nights and nine days package free after receiving above mentioned amount but while receving document no opportunity given this is cheating to investor member and yearly charges of Rs 12569 also told to us kindly wave this also. My membership I'd is 24886870 of white studio. In 2013... At that time the relationship executive manager I don't remember her name she assured and convinced us to take membership, but later we didn't get holiday.. When we wanted.. So we stopped the emi.

Again in nov 2014 we were contacted and this time holiday was arranged.. Resorts are so far that if we don't have any personal convenience reaching there is impossible, at few resorts nearby we didn't find any other place to eat, the price is not affordable for everyone.

The overall experience was not so good for us, felt like we have been cheated so, we have stopped the emi and we are receiving email, sms and call regarding this. We want to cancel our membership and don't want any more email, sms or call.

My membership id is 2615067. 0n 24th 0f May I contacted Chennai Office customer care regarding this. but the response is very poor. More than that I want to complete my down payment within one year. So I request you to stop the monthly EMI plan for a long term. Stop for the month of June 2015. please do it immediately otherwise I do not want to continue to be a member. My membership id is 2576411 of white studio. In 2014... Mr Pradeep Bist assured and convinced us to take membership, later we did get holiday to Munnar but after rigorous exercise.. At Munnar ,they asked us to shift the room within 24 hours, when i was on my sight seen tour as if we are on their mercy. So we stopped the emi.

Again in nov 2014 we were contacted and this time holiday was arranged. Resorts are so far that if we don't have any personal convenience reaching there is impossible, at few resorts nearby we didn't find any other place to eat, the price is not affordable for everyone.

My membership ID is 2514333. I have been granted 24 EMIs of Rs 6502/- each for my membership in 2013 and the last EMI is due in AUG.2015. All my previous EMIs have been regularly paid by way of Credit Card. But due to my misfortune the last EMI which is due in this month has been rejected by the Credit Card Dept due to insufficient balance in Credit Card which i got to know by way of SMS. I tried to call on tollfree number but could not contact. Now i am ready to pay my last EMI of Rs.6502/- Kindly guide me by which mode i have to make payment of my last EMI of August 2015.

I want to share my worst experience with the customer care department of club Mahindra. I am a member of red studio and also introduce three members. the customer care department is making me fool from last month they put on hold to my call for long periods and then disconnect it. They refused to give me the number and email id of their senior. I have spend rs 5 lacs in this company but now I think that all my money gone waste. I advise all members to raise their voice strongly against this dictatorship. And I am also thinking to pursue a case against the company and also want to aware the people against this rude behavior of the company through social media.

I have taken your Club Mahindra membership on 28.3.2015 and my Id is 262 3446 by your relationship executive Divya and nominated by Mr M.A Tauheed. Actually when Divya was explaining the policy to my friend M.A Tauheed she asked to nominate some body down to continue the chain, they suggested my name and contacted me over phone and without explaining anything they asked details of credit card and payed online for Rs. 49000/_.

After that she came to my house to explain the membership plans of club mahindra membership plan holidays but I was not interested and told her to refund my amount which has already been paid without knowing anything about the policy. She had cheated me over phone and without explaining / convincing a customer she should not have debited my money. Then she assured me to refund my money but for that I have to fill membership form first so that she could initiate the steps for cancelled. Also she took a cancellation letter.

But till date she has not cancelled and refunded my money. she is not picking up calls also.The friend through I was nominated was also cheated by her. they too cancelled the membership because of false commitment. I was no interested from the beginning but also deliberately filled the form took the payment and now not responding. Hence I request ur goodself to view this case seriously and return my money back.

I have sent an Indusind bank check no 845911 by speed post (Tracking No. EE441397653) to Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd., Mahindra Towers, 17/18, Patullos Road, Chennai-600002. As per Speed Post tracking result the same was delivered to ANNA ROAD H O on 15/02/2016 and the check amount of Rs.13,243.00 towards ASF payment was realised on 22/02/2016 as intimated by the Bank. However,so far there is no intimation/acknowledgement in this regard from your end. A prompt intimation/acknowledgement from you is awaited and will be appreciated.

Due to sudden acute financial crisis I am not in a position to pay the balance EMI & ASF. Since I am suffering from kidney disease for which a lot of money is draining out. I had taken your Club Mahindra membership on May, 2016 by your Take Over Manager Sale, his name is MR. VIVEK CHAUHAN ( Mob. No. 9910720104) & my member id is 2695385. He has given me the assurance that by getting the membership you can get benefit of one year ASF free from us & also offer other benefits. But after getting membership he changes his words and now in-spite of my repeated reminder & follow up, this guy is not picking up my call as well as not reply my mails,.

Secondly he didn’t told me about ASF charge will be increased every year at the time of offering the package.

Thirdly he have not completed the application form as there is missing the Signature of the Co-applicant & Stamp of organization as per my copy records.

The overall experience was not so good for us, felt like we have been cheated so. Really such representatives who mislead clients resulting into a mess both for the company and for the customers, as resulted it seems like Company is giving very bad service after selling the product & not fulfill the commitment honestly.

I would appreciate it if you could fulfill the commitment as given by your representatives & also please take necessary actions against this guy. Because I has under the impression that Mahindra Group is a reputable company. I feel this can be easily resolved if Mahindra group would stand behind their product.

Looking forward to your positive feedback in the same as I’m facing a lot of financial troubles.

This is such a company which have no control over its employees. I bought the membership from Mr Ashutosh from Pitampura, Dehi office in a campaign at Bhiwani in Haryana. He promised me a complimentary eight night stay at any club mahindra resort after payment of rs 29600 as down payment and three EMIs of rs 8000. After such holiday I could decide whether to continue or discontinue such membership. I paid down payment and 5 EMIs and asked Mr Ashutosh to book six night holiday at kerala which he after long period of uncertainty, failed to do. Now I have paid nearly Rs 75000 to club mahindra. Now planning to go to consumer court for a refund.

This is to bring to your notice that I had taken white studio membership (membership number 2694504) on 08 April 2016 from your representative Mr saurab narwan. Mr saurab narwan deliberately did not share a couple of important things with us which came to our notice only when we received a call from your side for validation of membership. The things which were not told by Mr narwan were:

1. In case of upgradation from white to red the member will have to make a booking of minimum three nights. If this clause was told to me I might have gone for red membership instead of white.
2. We were given a complimentary five night stay at any of the resort at any time (red white or blue) but he didn't tell us that they will be applicable only after clearance of three EMI.
3. We were forced and misguided to take the membership on that particular day as the rates will increase the next day.
4. Till date we have not received any acknowledgement of the payment made by me although the first emi has been debited from my account.
5. We have received a numerous calls from your side stating that Mr saurab narwan and Mr mohd javed had cleared all our doubts but neither Mr narwan ever called us nor Mr mohd javed after promising a visit to us ever bothered to contact us.

If this is the way to treat a customer than what will happen in the next twenty five years.
In these circumstances I do not want to continue with the membership and would like you to refund all the money that has been paid by me with interest.

If I do not hear from you within a week I will be forced to approach consumer forum for redressal.

last few days back i have taken the membership with club mahindra, and at the time of booking amount will paid and last two month EMI also debit to my account but when I approach to club mahindra team for cancellation of membership and refund the amount at that time they told us it's company policy does not refund the amount, so this is highly hidden information received from club mahindra team because at the time membership they not told us also not a policy told like that if you cancel the membership refund does not paid. Even i have not a taken any benefit of this club mahindra and before that i written mail to everyone but still no one reply on that.

Request to all of you please refund the amount on SOS basis, or else need to take up this issue to other levels.

1. I had taken club mahindra membership of your club in jun 2012 and made the necessary down payment of Rs 27500/- with EMI plan of 48 months. The membership No 2406768 was allotted. However due unforeseen circumstances i could not continue the plan .

2. However on approaching your club representative in delhi, told that the plan cannot be continued and fresh membership has to be taken. He assured us that club will reimburse the earlier paid membership fee amt of Rs 27500/-. Therefore again fresh membership was taken in my husband name Lt Col J B Gurung and New Membership No 2490627 has been given for which we are paying EMI regularlyin time till now.

3. We received the refund cheque fo earlier paid amt of Rs 27500/- (Chq No 466739 ) in favour of Mrs Vijayta Gurung dated 21 Mar 2013. However i could not encash the said chq as it was misplaced. My husband approached for the same through his email quoting present member id 2490627. club mahindra advised me to approach again through my registered email.
