I book an appointment to consult the Dr. Nidhi Naveen Sharma, to get prescription for my gastric problem at Greater Noida Clinic. It was a very bad experience for me and others.
Dr Nidhi refused to prescribe any medicine and forced me to book pay a package of Rs 10500 to Rs. 36000 before prescribing/starting any treatment. This attitude was shocking for me after payment of consultation fee of Rs 500/- Such type of cheating was never expected from the house of my venerable Dr. Batras. We (public) are fully aware of loot by Allopathic Nursing Homes/doctors. But, you have beaten all records of such loot based medical services particularly in Homeopathy. This may be proved extremely detrimental to defame holy treatment through Homeopathy. I feel the visit at your clinic, as my Rs. 500 is snatched from my pocket for no consultation/prescription/treatment. God will never excuse you for this unfair trade practice. Even the receipt of Rs 500/- was not given to me. Please stop this unfair trade practice/ loot and provide homeopathic treatment to needy people as other homeopathic doctors are doing service all over India, for the cause of humanity.
Please stop forcing poor patients to buy your costly packages instead of treatment. Mind it, this is not homeopathy at all but any one can call it, unfair trade practice in an organized frame work to make sick patient as fool.
Dear sir, i am a consumer of your clinic vide consumer no:214600862097. Every month I have received sms regarding the treatment. In this month i have received sms from your office regarding treatment as per your sms I have reported in your Bhubaneswar branch. I have reached there as per schedule. Your reception executive Mr.Kunal checked and advised me to wait there. i have waited there till 20.15p.m. there all staff is already starts to move. In the meantime one person of came to me and asked whether you are waiting for hair treatment or what? I am so surprised and i think I have done mistake to pay the amount for the treatment. When I tried to know whether the doctor is available or not? They told doctor is already left. So surprise thing.My question is-- what is the meaning of prior Appointment. You have confirmed my appointment date was 28th Nov. 2016. After that nobody contacted me for treatment there is severe service lapses found in my sense. You have already taken your charges in Advance but there is no service found from your end.
In This Condition What A Customer Will Do. Why You Have Not Called Me Again For Treatment. Why I Will Penalize Due To Your Severe Negligence. Why I Will Be Sufferer After Paying The Full Amount In Advance. I Want In Detail Inquiry Regarding The Issue. My Mobile No. Is 9437281826. Horrible Condition.
I have undergone hairtreatment from trivandrum (kerala) area. Worst homeoPathic treatment...they are good in "cheating" people. We have to pay adavance and no effect at all..i went for dandruf and hair loss issue..aftr taking medicine hairloss increased and dandruff also increased. Only adds and publicity...very fake people. pls dont go and waste your money.

Worst treatment ever. I paid amount 13, 600 for 1 year but my results is very worst and my skin is becoming more damage. There is no improvement in your medicine.. I complained always for this but they didn't respond anything. What the hell doctors are there. Kindly return my all money otherwise I'll complain further.
