I am trying to fill the form but there it is not showing year option and payment amount in the form. so please help to fill this form.

From last 5 days... i am trying to fill the application form for assistant post, in the 3rd page, date of birth year drop down menu is not opening, hence i am unable to fill the application form. i tried diffenent computers in different locations... even though its not working, tomorrow is the last day. how can completed if this problem continues. i tried even company phone no. but some ph no are not working, and one who lifted expressed his helpless regarding this. sir please look into the matter, correct it. as soon as possible. thanking you sir.

I have made online payment to renewal my policy payment got deducted from my account but policy not renewed....I contacted customer care but they told it will done on my policy expiry date customer care exe again told me to do pay online to renew as it was last date of renewal I have made payment again but same problem occurred. My policy got expired and and payment still not got credited back in my account.

Customer support is hopeless the customer care exe dont even know about any information for company's "refund" policy. I strongly not go further with oriental insurance and not recommend this to anyone. Very bad experience.

i Pramod kumar.R owing two vehicle, number-KA04-ED-9455 pulsar. I hereby in form the oriental insurance company that i am a customer of your company from past 4 to 5years. That my vehicle has insured in your company, Policy Number-423300/31/2015/16987 and number-466233543, and will expering on dated 19/12/2015. However, the policy is not getting registered and is giving me the below error. Kindly look into the same. Two wheeler Vehicle policy no.of my Vehicle is 472108/31/2015/11641, insured's code: 60426357. This was due for renewal on 24.03.2016. I have renewed ONLINE on 10.02.2016 through my HDFC Debit card Account for Rs. 1269.00. The amount has been debited from my HDFC debit card. There was display that " the transaction is being processed" on my PC for hours together, meanwhile my PC shut down due to power failure. Until today, I have not received my policy document online or through my given Email ID.

Two wheeler Renewal policy no. is 433890/31/2016/837, insured's code: 69172346. This was due for renewal on 15.09.2016. I have renewed ONLINE on 12.09.2016 through my ICICI Credit card Account for Rs. 712.00. The amount has been debited from my ICICI Credit card. The the police document for the year 2016/17 has not yet been downloaded still now. the last date for the renewal of police is 10/11/2016.

Received mail from the co. that: We’re sorry, but there appears to be a problem loading the email "Oriental Insurance policy creation / renewal failure".

Talked to customer care, advised to write a complain. Kindly do the needful to renew the same. your first page portal is 'bakvas' very poor. kindly make it appealing.

Respected officer, I did online renewal of package policy after payment it's showing (payment status) success but after sometime I got message on email that renewal is failed. As I am not able to go to the concern branch in Solapur & the last date of renewal of package policy is 09/01/2017 so do needful my proposal number is R/16900/31/2016/27674 & transaction id is HSM35030816154 transaction date 07/01/2017.

My Hyundai i10 Car Plate No: XXXX was flooded during last year ( Nov- 2016) at Hyderabad. I contacted your representative he came and requested to send for Hyundai show room. My car was parked in that show room and they claimed quote replace value of 7.5 L. so your representative told me to give resale value of 2L, but our car ID valve has 2.7L. So we requested for 2.6 L . after that your rep never turned up, Finally we took the car from show room and paid all together Rs 15000. still your representative never turned up, i really frustrated with OI.

Now i repaired on my own for a cost of 1 lakh. Finally i decided to go for other insurance for my car and two wheeler, i would requested you to investigate for lazy work done by your representative. Imagine if your in my stage how you will react? because of my wrongly choose insurance, I paid 1.15 Lak

I hold the Universal Health Insurance Policy No.No.441800/47/2016/146 which expires on 20.03.2017. As it was expressly written underneath the policy schedule that one can buy and renew selected policies online at www.orientalinsurance.org.in, on 16.03.2017 I entered the details online and finally as directed by the site I remitted Rs.450/- through internet banking (Federal Bank). Rs.450/- was immediately debited from my S.B. account with Federal Bank and the debit reference No. was given as FN/SHP/IFBK5194875124/IFBK5194875124_ORI. As I wanted to know whether the policy is renewed or not, I contacted the toll free number 1800118485 on 17.03.2017 and I was informed that the policy is not renewed and I will get the refund. For getting the refund, the officer at the customer care asked me to write for refund in this [email protected]. Hence I am writing this letter. Kindly refund the amount to me and my Bank Account No. is 19510100007324, Federal Bank. Thank you.

I am an agent of Oriental Insurance co. ltd. Today I tried to log in online through agent portal but the site didn't recognize my User Id. A notification came up stating that,"User not present in system." I have been working offline with the same user id from the last 5 years.

Dear oic my father took his policy from oic , there is tpa called raksha tpa the people are very rude and unprofessional even after complaining to oriental people in haridwar office they have not settled my claim and also they use very bad language. i must say you guys are fraud my policy num is 252900/48/2017/2051.
