We purchased a swift dzire by name of mrs. Prem lata baldi, & the vehicle no. Rj06 ce 0171 from Lohia automobiles, bhilwara in october. My car met with an accident and I took it for repair to lohia automobiles on 01/07/2015. My car's left front & rear doors were damaged badly. They told me that your car would be repaired in 10 days. After 10 days, when I went there they made excuses for the extension of one or two days. Day by day passed but my car was not repaired. The owner of the Lohia automobiles, mr. Govind lohia told me to talk to his staff and mr Lohia told me I am unable to do anything. On 28/07/2015, I received call from mr. BhawanI singh (staff of Lohia automobiles) that your car is ready but it was not. On 29/07/2015, I call to mr. Govind lohia & he told me that your car was ready. At 12.00 p.M., I went there but my car was still not ready. When I complained about it to mr. Govind lohia he told me nothing. I enquired my car in workshop & then to mr. Lohia. I told him that it's a very shame that my car would not be repaired & made several excuses. But he abused me & told that I will throw you out of my showroom premises. His father also come to fight with me. They made several changes in my car. They took away so many parts & equipment from my car,than they removed new spare parts & load old spare parts because of that I am facing too much problem while driving. They have damaged my rear veiw sensor camera, cut all the wiring of the right portion of car that was not damaged. They changed rear glass with old one , paint working very poor.

We make complaint at your toll free no. This complaint no. 5955356994 I received from your staff but still till today we did'nt receive any response from your's side. We are not satisfied from your dealer lohia automobiles bhilwara. For your kind information we purchased two vehicle at same time & same day from your dealer. Kindly take quick action in above matter. I am going to legal process also. We are waiting for your response.

Not at all feeling sorry to say maruti suzuki is worst in after sales service and satisfying the consumers nowadays.No response from local dealer , only fooling people. No feedback from complain launched in 2013 by mail . No feedback from corporate office at times when called. recently launches complain no 6870274547 is still not taken into consideration nor even given any feedback. hope this will soon degrade your products popularity. 90% people owing maruti vehicle whom I know feel the same. I am really regreting on my decision of buying a maruti car.

They are cheat customer, insurance company and you at same time. I am telling to you your dealer GanpatI motors are making false insurance policy and given to r.T.O office for registration purpose they are also issuing company invoice bill they cheating customer and company. ganpatI motors are submitted invoice bill to rto office and issuing customer is a different amount that mean customer are given amount bill is more than rto office how is possible.

I have two Maruti Suzuki cars Ritz(vdi) and Ertiga (vdi) chasis no: 0268175, eng no: 5068931, reg no GJ15 CD 5151. My Ertiga was purchased just one year back and already the clutch plate and pressure plate need replacing. I don't understand that part that is suppose to last 50-60K km wears out so early. The biggest problem is i just crossed 40k km and now the service network at vapi gujarat is saying they cannot replace the clutch plate under warranty as the odo reading is above 40k its around 40.5k. I mean this is ridiculous considering this is my 5th Maruti car. Really ashamed to see such a great company using so low quality parts that wear out before time. And Maruti Service network unable to help a loyal customer.

I own Maruti Suzuki Swift V.D.I. ;Model: January 2013 from LOVELY AUTOS, Jalandhar. The PROBLEM arised in the FIRST week of November 2015 when my car did not start. I contacted LOVELY AUTOS as I have been going there for the regular services of my car since purchase. They examined the car and concluded that there was a problem in the injectors. Then they cleaned the injectors from BOSCH Company, MOHALI / CHANDIGARH for which I had to pay a large amount of money; i.e. Rs. 14,000 + ; even though I have EXTENDED WARRANTY. I got my car back on 13th November,2015. It worked well for two weeks but today, my car did not start in the morning and I faced a lot of Problem. Again the same problem has started. COULD YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO ???

I am really very disappointed that such a reputed company is neglecting the problems of its customers. I hope that you will understand my problem and take a quick action. Also, I advice you to instruct the dealers to avoid such attitude as it may lead you to LOSE CUSTOMERS.

Subject: Complaint regarding poor quality of Tyres supplied with new Maruti WagonR VXi car.

Respected Sir,

In this context, I would like to draw your attention towards the unknown inferior quality of tyres supplied with my new Maruti WagonR VXi car, resulting in facing of unpleasant situation during the visit of a famous religious place alongwith my family.

I have purchased my new Maruti WagonR VXi from ‘Standard Auto Agencies’ Jabalpur (MP) on 09th November- 2015 and from the date of purchase I am regularly enjoying the driving with observing utmost care i.e. after ensuring the proper setting of all mirrors and recommended tyre pressures etc. On 28-11-2015 I visited a famous temple with my family which is located in the city itself and only 08 KM away from my Home, but unfortunately during my onward journey at one stage my left side both the tyres get punctured and badly damaged. On that stage first of all I approached to the authorized service centre but due to weekly off, show room as well as workshop, being a Saturday were closed and they were helpless and suggested to manage the situation by your own, then somehow I changed one tyre and take second tyre for repairing to the nearby roadside mechanic who refused to repair and told that tyre is beyond repair, the same remark was passed by 7-8 mechanic to whom I approached and finally I changed the tyre with new MRF tyre and returned back to my home after 4-5 hours. On the very next day I approached to the show room and reported the matter personally and as directed by them on 30-11-2015 reported to the service centre located at ‘Deendayal Chowak’ Jabalpur(MP) who has shown their inability to do anything in the matter as stated that this has happened due to some external hit by some sharp object, the possibility of some external hit has not be ruled out by me also.

On my request workshop officials approached the ‘Maxxis tyre CO.’ with photographs of tyres but company has refused to replace the tyres. But my only contention is that when I took utmost care, drive the car with proper trye pressures, despite of taking all the precautions such type of incident happened in the city with brand new tyres whose life is only 300 KM shows that tyres used in the car are of inferior quality. It is relevant to mentioned here that all the five tyres fitted in my new car is of “Maxxis Co.” During the discussion of the incident with my friends & collogues all informed that all of them heard the name of ‘Maxxis Tyre’ first time. Meanwhile, I have enquired from my 4-5 friends about the tyres fitted in their new Maruti car who have purchased between Dushare and Diwali festival and all have confirmed that in their car only reputed tyres such as Goodier, J.K tyres are used. I was shocked when I personally checked all the tyres of the cars which are available in the show room on 01-12-2015 and found that in all cars either ‘J.K. Tyres’, ‘MRF’, Appolo’ or other reputed tyres are fitted and not in a single car except my car ‘Maxxies’ tyres found fitted.

Sir, in view of the above, I feel that possibility of conspiracy of changing the tyres at some level before the delivery of car cannot be ruled out. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and kindly inform me that whether Your Company has made any tie up with ‘Maxxis tyre Co.’ for supply of car tyres for new Maruati cars at any time/period? If yes, please intimate me in which lot maxiss tyres are used. You are also requested to please replace my all the four tyres with reputed one and make good my expenditure which I have expended to purchased the new MRF tyres of Rs. 2800/-

Please clarify or do favorable within two days, because in anticipation of favorable action I kept my additional tyres in the damaged condition which requires immediate replacement with reputed one to avoid such type of unpleasant condition in future, as about two weeks has already lapsed in doing the formalities as suggested by the Maruti workshop and getting response from the tyre Co. Thanking you Sir, eagerly waiting for your reply.

I have registered a complaint last time on 05 dec 2015, but I didn't get any solution from that. This kind of behavior is not expected from such a big company. Your franchisee employee behaves badly dont look after the problem seriously and the take problem as granted. My music mouth is kept in MAGIC AUTO since 12 days but they are not doing anything. Unwilling i am forced to take help of consumer court.

I would like to draw ur attention that I am a owner of Celerio.(AMT) about 5-6 months. Its milage is poor. Now I am facing a major problem for which my car is in the maruti workshop for last 4 days. The workshop authority told that they will release my car within 2 days. But they unable to release and extend for another several days due to inability of knowing what is the problem exactly and why the noise is occurring at the moving condition. I am completely handicapped without my car. The engineers has told that there is some manufacturing problem in the car.

Sir my request to u to replace a new car instead of this troublesome car or do something as far as possible. Otherwise I will knock the door of Consumer court against the franchise workshop Maruti suzuki unit harassing a loyal customer.

I have just bought a new ciaz zdi+ from maruti suzuki. Till now the experience with my car has been very good but there is one thing that i am concerned about is that the smart phone connect feature is not working from the day i have purchased the vehicle. My moto g3 & iphone both are not getting connect with the system, call feature is getting activated but this smart feature is not getting connected. please help if someone knows how to get this resolved.

I have purchased new Alto K10 from your bhuj autho .dealer K.D. Motors. But R.T.O. do not allow auto gear car at the time of tests prescribed by R.T.O. FOR LICENCE. We have to give test by the car with gear. The govt. did not have given any official instructions. to R.T.O.should we wait? is there any action taken by u?

I purchased maruti swift from your dealer Khivraj, Guindy, Chennai in May 2013. It got drowned in the recent Chennai floods. I left the car for service in Khivraj, Guindy, The insurance clearance and claim process went on for 1 1/2 months. In which I decided to take back my vehicle with 60% of IDV paid by National Insurance. When my wife and a friend if mine went to take delivery of my car,they were made to wait from 10 am to evening 7.00 pm in the yard at a deserted place. The parts and accessories of my car were thrown in different directions. Hence the people in the yard took long time to collect the parts.

Moreover my Sony music system of cost 32,000/-Rs and some other accessories were not able to be traced. Upon our compulsion they ie.,(Mr. Raghuraman,Workshop in charge,Mr.Gopi,Assnt.Manager,& MR.Gopi) gave a written acknowledgement promising to return my Sony music system and accessories in two days.

But so far they have not traced my music system and accessories and declared that they have lost once for all.I suspect the role of employees of Khivraj itself.Hence I expect the Maruti management should consider my situation and direct your dealer to issue me a new Sony music system which I feel the genuine solution.

This is pramod handa, i have purchased swift vdi on my dad's name" yatinder handa" 8 months before, i am facing wheel problem every time it had always minor punctures in front left hand side wheel and rear left hand side. i complained for this problem verbally and in written also but no revert by your dealer. in starting with gud relation i purchased swift vxi on the name of deepak joshi who is my friend he wanted to purchase santro but i recommend for maruti, this all depends on relation sir,,,, but this time they r not reverting me,,,, thats why dis the bad experience, thank u so much for this experience.

Respected Sir,

With due respect it is intimated that my grievances may be resolved at the earliest.

I am a defense employee and wanted to purchase a car from Maruti outlet through CSD canteen.Therefore I approached M/s Vishnu Cars Pvt Ltd , No. 161-133A, G.S.T. Road, Chrompet, Chennai – 600044.

Before going into purchase order I made each and everything clear to their marketing manager. The marketing manager vouched vehicle before I practically send Rs.5000/-by internet money transfer (records may be checked).

I wanted to shift my option from Alto 800 lxi to Alto k10 lxi (which is more costlier than former) but the marketing manager is reluctant to do it and repeatedly advising me to purchase Alto 800 lxi.

Even he is telling that if I go for Alto k10 then I have to wait for minimum 45 days for purchase (whereas I am ready to purchase at any time) and that to whether I book vehicle at the time of present offer, he will not give the offer i.e. Rs. 20000/- at present in Chennai). He is not attending my telephone calls and disconnecting while conversation (I don't know is it technical fault or he is doing intentionally).

He is telling that if I convert my decision then he will deduct Rs. 2000/- from my booking amount i.e. Rs. 5000/- even he will not give me “Body Cover” of vehicle which he will provide me if I go for Alto 800 lxi.

Please resolve my problem at the earliest (everything can be elicited due to vast computer technology i.e. where one went wrong). In case my problem cannot be resolved then I may be refunded my advance as I have not even got any message regarding my booking so as to enable me to take decision about some another alternatives.

I am shailendra bhati. First I am purchased your car s-cross 1.3 zeta, maharashtra pune, viman nager, nexa kotharI wheels showroom. I paid 25000 rs for accessories but not fit. I said accessories he is not given me change fifth wheel. I am complaint more time but no replied my complaint. After very bad experiences for service. Thife worker worked in service station, bad tritment given to the customer. My s-cross 1.3 zeta pune kotharI wheel pune solapur road fatima nager, hadapser pune maharashtra india first servicing they call me and said that your car is ready you can bring it back. I went there and saw my car was not ready I was waiting there for 2 hrs, and after I checked my car it was not clean inside then I showed them the dirtiness n I tried to convey them to do your work properly but I was already got late for my next work I took the car as it is n came back to home.

Next time a big tree fall down on my car. I called them n said about the accident they gave an insurance agents number I call that person he told me to send me the images of the car and bring your car to the showroom. I done all as he said n bring the car to the showroom. They checked my car and note down all the damages and told me that u'll get the car in 15 days. But I don't got it 15 days, but when they call me to take my car again they told me that it car is ready again after checking my car the back door of left side was damaged n it was totally fine when I left my car for the repairing I even they had noted down that there was not damage on left door.

I showed him and ask about the damage they accepted there mistake and they said it was worker mistake they are poor they are not able to refund for there mistake then they suggest me to go for another insurance. It ll b just of 1200 rs and the repairing cost for current damage was 2500 rs. Just for it they make me fool and wasted my one claim. Again they wasted my 15 days to handover my car to me. Again I went to the showroom as they called me again car was nt clean and window glass was as it is hw they were before. I went there in the morning and I got my car in the evening. Again they wasted my whole day. While moving from there I checked my cars navigation was not working. Then I told them that it is not working. They said let us check they just done little times pass here and there and told me we will check a cctv footage and let you know.

Then they told me, you can go we will report you on call but they don't call me. And even inside mirror was changed and it was reflecting the flashes on drivers eyes. I call them but don't got satisfied reply ans later they started ignoring my calls. 3rd time in parking some one hit my car from backside and der was a damage. And as 10000 km was completed o there was servicing time for a car. I went there with my car I showed them a damage. They said it is not happened in single accident we can't claim you for all cost you have to pay for door damage. As I had got a bad experience from them before I tried to convince them but they was not ready to listen me. Then I think n told them to go for the repairing they again told me to come after 5 days. Again I went to take my car reverse buzzer was not working, I told them about it. Again they told me to wait and they wasted my 3 hrs and later told me to come after two days. They call me after 3 days and said sensor is not working and we had changed it and you have to pay 1000 rs for it. I told dem that you had done the damage in a claim they why you I should pay for it. Then they said you have to pay that amount.Then I checked my car again car was nt clean and there was a scratch on a right side of a car. They just checked it by hand. The scratch was decreasing then they call rubbing system and they clean that scratch. And again there was a damage on the bonut. I showed them and they said it was done from your side n they blame me for it.

Then I call a marutI suzukI customer care, ramkumar received my call I told him a whole problem. They told me to talk with manager. And if u dint got satisfied from the service you can call me back. I talk with manager (nitin khanna). He told me to pay the bill now I ll investigate your case and I ll give you the proper output.

But I dint got his call so I called after 8 days. He received my call and said give me 10 min Ill call you back but again he dint call me. Again I call him after 2 hrs. He dint receive my call. Next day again I called him again he ask me for 10 mins. But he dint call me again I called him after 1 hr but he dint receive my call. Same procedure happened for 3 days. Thats why I posting my complaint here that I am not satisfied from there service. Today's condition of my car. If I off my car autolock stops working. Reverse and 2nd gair gets stuck in middle. At night time light focus in not sufficient. And I checked the oil I am feeling it's not changed by the showroom. And still navigation is not working as they told me that that will repair it. Even they told me that they will update car tape bt it's not done yet
wheel alignment is satisfiable.

Please let me know the other service station that is near to me and cooperative to the customer. I suggest my three frnds for this car bt they are facing the same problem from the service station. I am confused about that should I again go for the Maruti Suzuki next time. Please take this for grant I am regular user of marutI suzuki.

I purchased maruti swift dzire vxi-Rj19ce-9541 on28.2.2014. I done my all servicing of the car on time. As per owner manual servicing book on my last two year completion warranty servicing my vehicle start problem. on record i give feedback to company lady servicing not done properly and milage problem. then she told come and show the vehicle at Bk-motors silliguri due to service requirement i went to servicing center in april then they told your vehicle start engine problem.

Now i'am not able to understand that my two year old vehicle and not also completed 10,000 km and warenty also lapse last month . You do needful and shortcut the problem it so that it would be helpful for me.

Before some days I had a mattress set of 3 Nos. transparent sky blue Universal, universal in my Wagon R Lxi new car but unfortunately one mattress of left side lost. I contacted several times your local Bhopal dealer My Car (Raj Bhawan & Kohe Fiza), Satyam Motors, Jeewan Motors and as per your telephonically direction also contacted to City Motors, Zone-II, M.P. Nagar Bhopal but they do not have same and could not assure of it's supply. Maruti always tells to their customers to use MGA (Maruti Genuine Accessories). Do you think is it possible due to same poor services? New mattress is more costly than I use. Kindly give the proper solution looking to the customer care services. The required part No. is 990JOM67LAO-040.

My name is Virendra Mishra. I have purchased alto 800 Lxi, 2015 model in feb 2015 from Prime Car Showroom khategaon dist. Dewas (M.P.)..the quality of gaudage (roof) is this model is so poor. My car gaudage has already dent due to fall down a flower pot, may be its weight is so low so for this reason i went to maruti ex showroom of khatrgaon dist. Dewas (m.p.). The showroom name is Prime Car Private Ltd... there was some employ's name are Babber vaise, vinod barragi and some others misbehaved me and my father also they abused us and also gave threat. so sir pls take some strict action against those employ's otherwise i will take some legal action against maruti. i know that, maruti is one of the most reliable brand and its customer services is best in all over in india and abroad also. i am shocked this abusing behavior.. those employ are getting try to harm to reputation of Maruti Suzuki. i believe you sir, you will take to immediate action against those employ's.

I belong to middle class society and u know that a my reputation is so important for me. i can compromise any issue but i will not compromise with reputation..those employ must be liable as legally and morally. As far as law is concerned so our law is given to us take a some action against this kind of behavior. so i just aspect from u will take action against those. my detailed is below:-

Being very polite sir can u plz tell me why maruti is charging 8630 rupees for service charge. it too much for maruti customer, companies like volksvagen Skoda etc charge this much for service. can u please tell me than whats the use of buying this lightly weight box if u are charging us equally like German tech.......very upset with maruti. Worst service from your dealer.. I meet with an accident on 9/07/16. Front view of my car got highly damaged, within 2 hour i reached too Mhow ocen moter showroom and there they have completed all the formalities and promised me that they will take my car to khandwa road's showroom where it will be repaired. On monday 11/07/16 i made contact with ocen moter where Mr. Mayank received the call and made excuse that on 9/07 wr were not able to take your car to khandwa road's showroom and told that they have delivered car on yesterday too showroom and gave me number of Mr. Ankit and told me that he works on khandwa road's showroom. I made call to Mr Ankit who told me that he is on holiday from 1 week so he can not help me. I asked him to give me another no. to whome i can make contact. Then he gave me no. of Mr. Lokend where a lady picked up the call nd told Mr. Lokend is also on holidays. I explained my problem to that lady where she made me promise to contact me after 10 min giving information of my vehicle. I waited for 2 hr and then i again made a call when she told me that she don't know about my car and gave me no. of Mr Manu Saine who told me tht no astar har reached here. Now i even dont know where is my car and what it is going from.

Maruti Suzuki has broken my trust. I will surely recommend everyone not to buy car of this company.

I put my car on service on 19/07/2016 to madhusudan motors, firozabad, 283203. The car is destroyed by them and they are not accepting their mistake and not repairing my car. If they will not reair my car, I will knock the door of consumer court against the franchise workshop Maruti suzuki unit harassing a loyal customer.

Flood affected vehicle taken for service on 14/12/2015. many more times taken for some problem many more times compliant about service center and bad service but no response, no reply at all. Amount of Rs 265000/ paid for service, my vehicle taken by the service center on 11/7/2016 (before four to five times taken for problem) for same problem. not delivery till this time, i think that many more items noted in the cash bill not replaced so not rectified till this time, Next time any problem to be arises i will take legal action through consumer court exactly, this is information for you.

I own a Maruti Suzuki WagonR (version vxi). It is a 2014 model and I maintain it well. But i have been facing a problem since an year. There is some manufacturing defect in the car and mouse/rat makes its way inside the car saloon. The mouse gets inside the bonnet then makes way into the air passage and then enters into the air conditioner system and fan vents. Every time i take the car to the authorised Goyal Motors Maruti Workshop (Postal Code 173025) where i get it all cleaned. They advised me to put the fan vents on recirculation mode and i do the same but still the mouse/rat is making its way through same passage. I neither switch on the car air conditioner nor the fans because it smells terribly bad because of rat. What is this car worth of if it has so many loopholes in it.

This car is so poorly built that cant even resist a mouse from entering it into its air conditioning system. Kindly provide technical solution for this or else i will have to go to consumer forum for complaint redressal. My contact no. Is 7831985756.

This is to inform you that I have purchased one Alto K10 in 28/02/2015 in the name of (Dr.Susanta Mondal , Add:- 2no. Gharikhana Road, Shyamnagar, 24pgs(N)) and the delivery Date was 1st week of Apr.2015. At the time of delivery the Premier Car World one of the Branch which is in Naihati they promise me to give an Car Cover. I have some my balance in their account also I have paid 100/-RS. to the Manager Name Anup Kela. After several of time contacting with them they are just delaying the service and now they are not picked up my phone.

So this is a humble request if you look into this matter very seriously and do me a favor regarding this issue.

Dear Sir,

In regard above subject vide Regd. no. DL2CAU0395, Chasis no. MA3EJKDISOO52881, Engine no. K12MN1402187, Purchased on 16-06-2014 from Competent Automobiles co. ltd., Lajpatnagar, New Delhi, with Mileage as on date is 34, 314 Kms, Swift Dzire VXI BS4 M Petrol.

We would like to draw your kind attention in the above mentioned car having defective clutch plate problem which is very hard to apply since the beginning. On each and every due services we had requested for the ratification of the clutch and average which has not been done. All services were done at Competent Auto. except one at Master service Master as detailed below.

1. 07-07-2014 989 Kms.
2. 02-11-2014 5025 Kms.
3.
4. 20-10-2015 18,994 Kms.
5. 23-05-2016 29,773 Kms.

Rectification of clutch hardness and low average were the main concern that was informed them time and again but of no satisfaction. while driving with the hardness in the clutch has put me in discomfort resulting in sever left knee and thy joint pain.

Lastly for your information the above car was purchased against exchange of VXI ESTEEM after running for over 2.04 Lakh Kms. without any discomfort ( with average of 11.50 with AC and during winter with 13.25 Kms/Lts ) . Based on peace of mind I once again decided to buy dzire and that to from competent auto. This buy has left me in discomfort and trust.

May I request you to kindly instruct the concern sr. person / department to rectify the hardness in the clutch at the earliest.

then i will tell them to take a baleno which is stylish and also has power.
