We received a LED monitor from flipkart at 27/05/2015. But due to its display problem we complained about it on same day. Your reply was to do something in 24 hours. But the days passed 28-29-30-31 & Today till 4.00pm you have no further proceed. We gave many calls on your customer care no. You have ensured us via e-mail to make it to do till 28th. We are waiting.....I am not satisfied by your services. We are sad and tensed about it. solve it soon.

I would like to inform to inform to everyone, It is a worst company and sending a duplicate item, I placed one order on 1st june shipping is good but the order was placed at my door step on 6 june, It was Nokia Bluetooth BH-503 gadget an Order number is OD103012165271816000, I used that gadget till 10 june and then i felt, There is battery problem in this gadget and due to some reason I could not return because i was out of delhi and i did not get time to return till 14 of june. When i called to flipkart customer care they suggested me please visit to nearest service center and they wil check and help with this. When i went there they denied to handle this product they begun to say there is not any serial number printed on the gadget and It is local product, i went not only visit one nokia center but visit to two nokia service center, They told me same thing and got frustrated i called to flipkart customer care and they told me it is a local product and it is not a nokia's product, It had been closed two year earlier.

They are not ready to listening my problem and I think I paid my 12 hundred rupees to very worthless company. Flipkart customer care is not supportable and which product they are delivering they are also not believable, it is branded or not, I starting time when i saw on flipkart site it was showing,It is nokia's product but after some time I got to know it is not a nokia's product, it is local brand customer care employes informed me this thing.

I would like to inform everyone those are purchasing they Items from flipkart, I would request to everyone don't purchase such Kind of item from flipkart If they don't want face this kind or disgusting problem. I am awaring all of people those are shipping product from flipkart, I am preventing them to purchase such kind of item from flipkart. It is ridiculous and disgusting company of India. It was blunder mistake of me I purchased item from them.

I got selfistick after 7 days which is not working. 3rd bad Experience with Flipkart.

Flipkart has just outsourced completely they do not check the product simply send, Flipkart is not bothered about their reputation. The vendors are just cleaning their garbage thru Flipkart. I got the product of poor quality in poor and damaged packing. I have to wait for another 3 days to get the replacement. Better I would directly purchased thru the market of my choice. Here the e-commerce fails

Also Flipkart did not returned my money against the the books returned.

My worst experience of flipkart shopping, which in itself first online shopping on this site, I had booked Lenovo K3 note in urgent delivery, which wasn't made on time, Moreover the delivery that was made had the scratch on the phone, which was said to be replaced. On the other hand as i shifted i had updated the flipkart my new address with technical department and customer care since 2.5 weeks and everyday from 10 July and today is 28 July, but since 2.5 weeks the flipkart is fooling and playing by saying we made attempt of delivery, some time logistic problem, we will update your delivery. I am updating and crossing everyday with Flipkart and it seem not worth to do so. I would suggest everyone not to get on flipkart.

i hav motog2. bought it on dec 2014. the battery is very problematic. shows 100% wen plugged im for charging and the wen unplugged it goes down to 0 and switches off. the camera also has some problem. aftr clicking a few pics it starts hanging. i hav uninstalled all the apps. the phone hangs a lot. not even a year is completed till. plz do the needful.replace my phone. it has disappointed me alot.

i had order lenovo k3 note on 5th of august still now it was not delivered. i was see review there are telling with in 2 days product was delivered. i was waiting for 6 days but product was not delivered. How much time i must to be wait or i must go to another product. FLIP-KART should be delivery at the on 11th on aug still now not delivered.

I ordered moto 3rd gen it took more than 16 days, after 16 days i get a reply your item has been shipped back to origin yaar 16 days for a damn phone itney main toh 4th gen bh launch ho jata and customer care executive says well refund. what about days i waited and refund will also take 5-7 working days, worst site.

I placed order for moto g 3 on 19th august & online payment was done and same was expected to deliver by 25th august and now today they are making excuses. it feel so frustrated to eagerly wait for something and then u come to know they are not paying any attention to your product. they even don't bothered to make regret call/email, rather they have extended the date of delivery to 28 august.

I would just say that its not "FLIPKART" its just "FLOPKART", worst experience, worst public dealing. pls look into the matter & resolve the issue as soon as possible. i want delivery by tomorrow.

I bought a new Micromax Unite 3 (Color- White, Model- Q372) from Flipkart.com Order Number- OD203297241883773400 for my son who is in USA.

My daughter was to carry the phone to The United States of America. On opening the sealed Micromax box my son switched on the phone to find that the touch screen is not responsive. It does not register any touch input what so ever.

Could you please advice a course of action to solve this issue? Moreover if this issue is not solvable, I would like to have my money returned.

you flipkart guys are hilarious, when you cant manage to ship a wallet then whats the use. i ordered a wallet but received a ladies watch. I made replacement they came next day and took the ladies watch. now the situation is they have my money and also the product. i didn't get a single call from flipkart saying sorry. flipkart have become totally waste nowadays. guys i recommend to go for other online website instead of flipkart.

I want to say that I booked my order samsung galaxy j7on dated 29.09.15 at flipkart and I received my product on dated 01.10.15. After 14 days of my receiving date unfortunately I found a battery issue on my samsung galaxy j7 and immediately I contacted to flipkart customer care. They told me first we check your phone through our smartapp and finally we decide what we do for you we replace a product or refund. They found a battery charging issue in my phone then I told him sir my phone is based on emI I do not want refund please replace my phone to another new piece. They old me sir we are very sorry we can not provide you a replacement because your retailer is not available at this time then I told him okey sir no problem I wait for that but I am not want a refund.

So they told me okey sir we sure provide you replacement then next day I again contacted to flipkart customer care and they told me sir we forward your query to our senior and they contact you as soon as possible. So next day I received a call from flipkart senior authority and they told me we are giving you your replacement on your phone and your retailer is available right now so I said okey sir do that. Next day I again call to customer care and again they told me sir your retailer is not available but I received a mail from my senior and they wrote we provide a replacement to this customer whatever his 30 days replacement was over. Next days I again call to customer care and they said again sir we check you phone. So sir today is 28.10.15 but my retailer is not available and finally they give a mentally harassment ** to me so I decided I go to consumer court for my justice.

Hi Team,

I have ordered moto g 2 in feb. Since then had some or the other issue with this phone. i keep on visiting nearest service they have flashed my phone and given me some defective phone. when i asked them its not my phone. they said after diwali we will change this. immediate after dewali i visited there service center and height of my surprise they simply denied for any service saying that they have not ever served me. Since i had issue with touch screen. After so many arguments they agreed to give me services. After keeping my phone for almost 10 days they asked me to take back the phone. when i asked then for screen and speaker which still defective they said this will take more than 30 days. you better to take this phone and we will intimate you once we will receive parts. Again main touch is not working. asked my younger brother to visit there service center these idiots did not entertained him instead misbehaved him. when i spoke to them they simply denied so any service. they said jaha se phone liya hai waha baat karo. i have no other option left but to escalate this matter to you. Please provide me service or replacement.

I want Flipkart to replace the above order OD3482745017762501 item Blue bird stainless steel bowl set 5pcs. the bowls are damaged even the plastic lids are so soft. you show pictures so appealing but why cant you guarantee what you sell is of good quality. I think sellers are clearing their garbage and flipkart is least bothered about it this will show flipkart's trustworthiness this made me to refuse another order if the above order is not replaced within 8 days this will go to social networking sites.

I am regular buyer of your website but each time I book a product the courier calls me and asks me to pick up the shipment. All my consignments are prepaid and there is no issue with access to my office. The courier has to come to the 4th floor reception and deliver the shipments however the courier will keep calling me up and will ask me to come down. I am a very busy person and will not pick any calls nor will go down to pick up a shipment. The courier has to come and deliver the shipment at the reception. Today I received number calls from 8585065319 and also received sms asking me to come down and pick up the shipment. Finally I have received a sms saying that the courier could not deliver my shipment as there was no response. But why does he have to call me I will not answer any call nor will go down to pick up my products. I have about 8 products ordered with you which are pending. If you think the courier cant deliver at my reception then cancel them and give my money back.

Flipkart sucks coz though LECO is celebrating its day the mobile is available for limited hours/minutes. It should remain on site/application through out the day like Amazon has the Lenovo K4 note. I have been waiting for GOLD LETV1S and called many times to know the time to be available but no one helped, even the TEAM LEADER do not have any updated and I told them about that LECO DAY but today when I woke up the open sale was over by 11 am with limited mobile for sale :( that really sucks and flipkart should be shame of this. I do not want offers with phones which is very little and for lucky customer(I m not lucky). I want to buy this phone and that seems really hard for FLIPKART to make it available. Please try to start selling the ANTVR glasses too which AMAZON is selling from so long because you should be competing your opponents.

This is in regards to the poor quality and defective product delivered by flipkart. I had ordered "Ditu & Kritu Premium Swing Car" from flipkart for my niece's birthday. I had ordered it a month before to avoid delays in delivery so it was delivered on 25th of february. I haven't opened because it was in a huge packing and tightly packed in a carton and also i have faith on flipkart that it is a reputed e-commerce company it would never deliver a bad quality product and i had never experienced such thing in a past.

So after a month when i have gifted it to my niece and when she opened it that was such an embarrassing moment because that was an used car with lots of scratches nobody will say it was a new car and when we started installing it one part of it is missing, axle rod of that car is missing because of which it cant be even installed. So that was such an embarrassing moment for me bacause of "The Flipkart". And when i have made complained against that product then they are saying we cant do anything because it is out of our policy it can only be changed or repaired within 10 days they cant even repairing it and sarcastically saying we will like to help you when you shop on our website next time why someone will buy, anything from flipkart, next time after facing such disgusting services.They are not even writing my complain.

So kindly help me into this matter i can understand your company policies but their are exceptional and genuine cases for which policies can be changed.It was the first time i have faced such a poor service from your side that product is defective and of bad quality so kindly resolve this issue. Focus on your customer grievances so as to remain no.1 in the market this is s the suggestion from my side. Kindly look into this issue.

Hi, My name is Rakesh Negi and I have ordered VU 32 Inch, 80 cm full HD led (LED32D6545)on April 1, 2016 by flipkart before buying I have gone through entire specification of this vu tv on flipkart and official website vutvs.com as well. After careful review of this tv, I have placed ordered for this tv on April 1, 2016 order number is OD405634256574725000 and on April 3 I received my ordered at my home and on same day installation wall mount has been done by the engineer.

During the installation I observed that the sound of the TV is very low on full volume which is not coming out on proper manner and I told to Engineer he configured the sound settings but nothing has been done. He advised me call to flipkart customer care for further assistance, then very same day I called to flipkart customer care and I was told that your complaint has been taken and technician will visit your place on April 05, 2016 and he will check your tv sound quality if any problem found then we will refund your entire money and for the time period you have to wait for technician before initiate your refund request but still technician not come in my place regarding this.

On april 05, 2016 I got sms from flipkart stated “ We have scheduled your Technician visit for Vu 80cm (32) Full HD LED TV(for order:OD405634256574725000) with vu. Your ticket number for the same is HO134498 and will be completed by Wednesday Apr 06,2016 “ but nobody has come from your side .In additional I am continuously calling to your customer care and every time they are saying wait another 24 hours your ticked already there.

On official website vutvs.com has clearly written about Sound Quality: “true sound “You won’t need extra speakers or wire jumbles. Vu’s Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) feature means you will experience surround sound in any room up to 20 square feet. But tv has poor sound quality. Therefore, I am not satisfied with this led tv whatever you have mentioned about sound quality on website found wrong. Please give my entire money back to me.

I am totally unhappy with the experience.

First:- It seems link I got a duplicate Headset from FLIPKART because when I compared sound Quality with the same Headset of my friend, I found there is great difference of sound quality. I can say I got a duplicate Headset from FLIPKART.

Second:- My Headset was working till 3 month and after that it started to give problems. till few days, when I was connecting Headset with my Mobile or on my Laptop, but mobile or Laptops were also giving sound from speakers even Headset is connected to the device. And after few days one sides speaker stopped to give sound & now my Headset is not working completely.

I really want FLIPKART to replace my Headset anyhow.

In respect of IME : 869087025498111, of Le-1s Mobile we visited your Service Centre Shop No: 103, Bhagat Singh Market, Nr. CP & got S/W loaded by the technician of call centre, which took about 1 & half to 2 hrs. On return home, the mobile was connected for charging, it is found that the set was very badly heated up & was not fully charged as per the charging being shown on the mobile. Immediately, next day call centre was contacted, & Mr. Rakesh who loaded software, was also informed.

Second major problem being faced is we are not receiving ring tone when the calls & SMS are received from outside. There is no ringtone received at all. Please advice action to be taken by us immediately, so that the mobile is active & we are able to use immediately at the earliest, Since we are losing our business very heavily because of poor performance of new mobile set. Flipkart may have to immediately replace the defective mobile received by us recently.

We request such a reputed organization to dispatch only tested mobile set to the customer in future to ensure the popularity & top marketing by Flipkart online services, in case if mobile will have to be replaced possibly courier us with black tested mobile-set by your technical engineers for the best performance & Popularity of Flipkart.

I have prepaid order for Saree which was required today, Product was received at 10:00 am at my place when I was not there & my daughter was there, courier has asked her to show Identity card of mine which she didnt have there. Than she called me & I talked to courier that please hand over the product to her she is my daughter & I am regular customer of Flipkart, but he refrained to deliver the product because his Hub Incharge told him not to deliver any package with out verifying Identity Card.

Than I talk to his Hub Incharge Mr. Rajiv Jha, at Silver Sristi Complex, Link Road, Bharuch. He rudely told me that we will not deliver the product as instructed by Flipkart. Than I told him to deliver between 1pm to 2pm when I will be available at home, though the product was not deliver, now Mr. Rajiv is telling me to that he will return the product. I am absolutely devastated by his behaviors towards me. Product is not important to me but in this cut throat market of Online Shopping such behavioral aspect will lead flipkart from top to bottom. And as far as my case is concern a big NO for me to Flipkart.
