Kids channel pogo and cartoon network not available - add channel (kids mini tamil package) (my state is tamilnadu not rajasthan).

Very bad DTH service, never buy it. Theirs always some problem with it sometimes there's no signal, sometimes the set top box doesn't starts or or there is something else.

Sun direct's service is not good at all. From last several days we are not getting any channel. The customer care number is not helpful its busy all the time. Even after paying regularly we are not getting satisfactory service.

Hi, I am Suresh Kumar. My smart card No; 41432828378 last 20 days error found on E33-4 service man say set top box not working, Need to be change but no part available. So still not corrected problem. Very very worst, worst, worst service in India Sun network.

my new smartcard no 10446552803 in my name. i hav another smart card 41155232535 in my name which service of kannada value + pack i need to stop as settop is not working and refund my money back or transfer to the 1044 smartcard. your toll free fellows say no such scheme. supreme court judgements and contract act says u cant unduly enrich yourself. in the light of this kindly take necessary action and call immediately 9850461680.

SR171011008801dt 11.102017. your Technical people its not solved but they will talk on over phone call. they not come my house problem not solved, but complaint closed. i maintain sun direct last 10 year. i will recharged yearly once. i am biggest customer of sundirect. but my problem not solved i called your technicians they will careless answered.

I spoken customer care service no of times. I have done payment hd channels recharge before I took the confirmation, after recharge hd channels not coming. spoken to the customer care they said will send the technician as of now no one came but I asked the refund. that lady said will not refund the money what ever you can do do it but will not take the complaint for refund. its very bad network signal problem and customer services not good worst servicing. plz any one dont take the sundirect it's bad experience. they don't no value for money customer care its very very bad am go for high level complaint against the sundirect.

I am not getting VH1 channel since some days.error signal E48-32-no signal. Card no -41169679218.

I got a call from local agent informing me that I have to replace the set top box at a cost of Rs 650.!!! I get all other usual channels as before. Wonder why to spend RS 650 to see a particular channel only?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Today, 23 July 2018 around 5:05 pm i had a telephone conversation with your customer care executive Mr.Sajan Mohammed and I am forced to write my complaints against your services. On 16th July 2018 I lodged a complaint to your customer executive to activate the setup box and check the dish also. As always you people are saying that within 24 hours the service will be available but unfortunately no one responded till 19th July 2018. On 20th evng one technician (Kishor) came and replaced the LNB and try to activate the setup box. He was calling the local dealer or sundirect rep.(Muthukumar) In Malad, Mumbai.

After so many attempts he couldn't fix it or the dealer can give him proper advise. We recharged the subscription for Rs 330 also. Earlier when the setup box installed your guys given a normal box instead of HD box as they are saying that they don't have stock. Last time also we paid Rs 150 for the technician to attend the case and done nothing. Now again if we will call for your services according to your customer care we have to pay. I don't understand the logic. You have to take care your customer till the job finish and both sides to be satisfied and accepted the services.

Looking for your immediate and proper respond on this matter.

Hi my name is Rajender my smart card number is 10521493048. I raise a signal issue complaint many times but your service team is not given a permanent solution. Just they were come and go taken money just it's working 2 to 5 days again same issue coming. Your team just want money but they were not given customer's satisfaction. worst network and lose of customer's money but there is no use of your network.

I request for reconnect to sundirect before 2 days back but nobody can respond. so am going to change the sundirect and going with some other better and ur service is very bad.

The food channel LivingFoodz "LF" is not available in Sundirect. Please do the needful to get this channel in Sundirect . All other providers streaming it, so I expected this in Sundirect, but not able to opt for this. Please provide this channel through Sundirect. This is my favourite Food channel.

Very worst dth service. i can change to another one.

I have installed SUN DIRECT dish in my house on 17.01.2019. I am having MI TV 43 inches Smart TV. Before using Sun I was having local cable service. In order to get more good vision and sound effect I have replaced my cable connection with SUN DIRECT. But actually what happened is, the performance of SUN dish is very very poor when compared to my cable service. I put my complaint to my retailer at Perintalmanna. What they are telling is,all channels other than HD will be of less quality in audio and video. Desperately I enquired whether any return or refund facility is available. Same was rejected . Similar reply was received from your toll free number also.

Few channels like REPORTER, KAIRALI WE, ASIANET PLUS etc are showing weak signal and pictures. All HD Channels are performing well.

I request you to make some arrangements to modify the weak channels with more sharp and clear vision.

IF THERE IS ANY PROVISION OF RETURN/REPLACE, CONSIDER MY REQUEST.

I am used Sun Direct 4yr above. But the last few months very poor customer care service. I have call customer care. But don't attend in my call in last 1months .what happened do that.plz enquiry or rectify in my complaints.

Why some channels are not telecasting. We have paid according to the packages. If you want to revise the package you have to give package details in advance to customers.. Don't you have the minimum common sense of how to treat the customers. Why are you providing such a hell services to us.. why did u maintain customer care. Just get rid out it and go to hell. Don't irritate us.

I have recharged my account with a amount of 250 rupees, where the C.R number given by the company was wrong. My amount got recharged to som other dish. When I asked them to refund it or get that credited to my account this customer support says it's my mistake. I have made a mistake my taking this dish connection. Overall the support guys doesn't know any other language rather than Telugu. If I ask them to speak in Hindi or English that simply disconnect the call.. my complaint they are just delaying from 24 to 48 hours.. Now without informing me they close stating it's my mistake.. Pathetic service I ever had come across.

Ref.NO.365336,application NO 20190627013. In continuation of conversation regarding fixing new Sundirect connection, as you know i have paid Rs.2299/-but your company is unable fix the new DTH ,as per our telephonic conversation, you said there is local cable operator problem, your DSP franchise of bommasandra bangalore-100 unable to fix the new dth sun direct dish ,your amount will be refund within two to three days.but even after 4-5 days my amount rs.2299/-has not been remitted my bank account,
I appel to you take necessary action urgently.

I Nanjundareddy BH opted for sundirectHDplus, and have made the payment thro, sundirect website, Ref.No.3653346, and application no.20190627013 and subscribed to HD telugu DPO 2 installation and got the message to my phone no. as the task was assigned to M/S DSP Enterprises. Now the installtion firm telling that they dont have the HDplus sytstem stock, they will fix the system after 10days or more, i would like to ask, if that is the case,what is the need to collect the money. if not we would have go for some other operator

Pl tell your business franchise to fix early as possible, other wise refund the sum Rs.2290/ we will arrange thro , some other operator. I need your early response.

Sir, I have taken Sun Direct connection in the year 2018. Since then I am facing lot of problems with your service. Particularly from October 2019 on wards your technicians are disconnecting channels frequently. I am paying my monthly subscription regularly. When I am contacting over phone your supervisor (Team Leader) Mr. Gowtham is coming into line and disconnecting phone in the middle. Number of times I telephoned to your office No.18001037575. But my issue has not been solved so far. Actually my issue started in the month of October 2018. In August 2019 I paid subscription for 3 months. But your people have disconnected One month before and NTV channel has not been activated for two months. I asked this over phone. But they hve not responded properly. Then immediately I have lodged complaints also. But even today also my problems have not been solved. This type of worst customer service I have never seen. This is the best example to say how you people are looting money from customer and not giving proper customer service.

This month also they have disconnected NTV channel. Today I have contacted your customer care center and asked them to connect to the Manager. But they have not connected to Manager and Mr. Gowtham taken phone and told me that I will not connect to Manager. First I asked your employees Mr. Rahul and Mr.Sai Kumar to connect to Manager. But they have connected to Mr. Gowtham. From October onwards when I am contacting over phone Mr. Gowtham is coming into line and disconecting calls in the middle. Today also he has disconnected line in the middle and asking me to pay extra amount to technician and has not registered my complaint. Expect NTV channel all other channels are coming. in this connecting Mr. Gowtham has asked me to pay amount to your technician. Except NTV channel all other channels are coming Why should I pay and how far it is correct? Is it not possible to Mr. Gowtham to connect the phone to his higher authorities? Why he is rejecting to connecting calls to his higher authorities and disconnecting calls in the middle? Who is this Mr. Gowtham always coming in the middle when I am talking with your other staff and disconnecting phone calls in the middle and not connecting calls to his higher authorities. I have a doubt that this person is creating all the nuisance and disconnecting channels in the middle. When I am talking over phone some times I have bursted because of his replies. These people are asking extra amount to technicians. Why should we pay?

Sir it is our hard earner-ed money. By paying monthly subscription to you regularly why we should suffer. People like Mr. Gowtham are the main persons to my cause. They are not solving problems and not giving proper reply to customers. By disconnecting phone calls in the middle they are running away from their duties. I am suffering from October 2019 onwards. In the months of October/November Ms./Mrs Anjali also talked like Mr. Gowtham. When I asked her to connected to her higher authorities she replied that She is the only person in Sun Direct and there is not Higher Authorities to her and she has not accepted to relay channels. Even though I paid the monthly subscription in advance she bluntly rejected to relay ZEE TELUGU Channels.

Please look into the matter and solve my issue. I am suffering from October 2019 on wards. If you are not in a position to solve my issues please tell me. I am ready to touch TRAI doors also.
