My jio is not working. the calls are not going and incoming calls also not working.

I have reached first 52 rupees again I have reached for 399 but still iam not greeting 1 GB data.

I have recharged with wrong number 7990664427 instead of recharging with my number 7990624427. so look into this matter.

I am using JIO SIM last 6 month and happy with services. I wish to know if am travelling abroad , can i have whatsapp application using overseas wifi network.

I have got the JIO SIM, free of cost almost an year back. First two days, it gave me happiness that even I can use internet. BUT, no such dream came true. It works on its moods... I am literally fed up, my other SIM is Vodafone. JIO does not allow Vodafone to work at all. If you can do something for rectifying it permanently, pls do otherwise, I would rather discard it.

Unable to make or receive any call in my jio no only use data. How can make & receive calls as well

Hi. I am trying to connect with Jio customer care for the past 2 days but the call is getting disconnected when the executive is speaking to me.

I am really depressed from jio. i am not getting any otp nor any important msgs from my jio phone.

My jio call is not working it is saying network busy every time and I can't receive incoming calls also. Bad customer care is Jio reliance company. Not respond to customer care.

5000 people using jio sim. call is good but problem is internet problem is very bad.. 1year complain my area internet connection is very bad but not solve my problem.. why?... Every day my internet usage time is 1.00AM to 6.00AM...and 7.00AM to 12PM. internet is very bad, plz solve my problem.

उपरोक्त संदर्भ में आपको सूचित करता हूँ कीं मैने my jio app से तारीख 8/10/2018 रुपये 399 का रिचार्ज किया परंतु यह रिचार्ज प्लान activate नही होने से मैने दुबारा मेरा current plan expired दिखाने से मैने दुबारा तारीख 11/10/2018 से my jio app से रु. 399 का रिचार्ज किया है. कृपया आपसे निवेदन है कीं उपरोक्त दोनो रिचार्ज में से एकही रिचार्ज प्लॅन activate दिखा रहे हैं. कृपया एक रिचार्ज रिटर्न तथा activate करे.

I had recharge my mobile 9834257710 with 399 plan. But i get free voucher of 50 rs after recharge.How can i use it? Again net speed is very slow only 0.14k/s. So that not receiving messages on whatss app.

Very bad network problem on my Jio sim card. So I hate Jio network.

I recharge 399 rupees plan . but jio gives me only data of 149 .. and message is received as YOU HAVE EXHAUATED 100% OF UR HIGH SPEED DATA ACCOUNT OF MERP 149... ON UR JIO NO. 7972673581....
BUT I RECHARGE PLAN OF 399.... Please give data as i rechrge 399... Otherwise i will potrate jio to idea.

I had recharge my no two time, 1payment is done 22/02/19. buy my no is not recharge, and 2nd,payment 24/02/19- but my no is not recharge , my out going call is stopped . today many time i was called in customer care.
