I book my OLA ride Driver name-WAJID ALI Driver mobile no - 7506632777 Driver car no- MH-03-BC-7193 Booking no- CRN 1306813048 from Kamaraj Nagar Ghatkopar East to international airport terminal 2. while going in a cab I put my phone on charging because my cellphone was discharge at 6:12 PM. I reached at airport and I forgot my cellphone in cab. Then I tried to call the driver but he didn't receive my call and didn't call back continue I tried to call him till 10 pm around 50 calls. I had tried to call him at 10:00 pm he switched off my phone and also his phone and then after I launched a complain regarding that driver in police station. please help me out what to do?

I am not satisfied for ola cab. because ola drivers at jaipur canceled my 8 rides at morning without any reason. so i will use other cab company at jaipur.

I booked shuttle service for 7.19pm on 8th Dec 2017. Bus no: MP04GP996, Driver did not stop the vehicle at Cinemex , Kapurbavadi, Thane. Complained to service centre. No response from OLA Team.

My name jangkhopao touthang i want my cell phone back from the cab driver. I gave him to charge my phone and HE kep on charging. i book the cab wit my two friend we are three person kundahalli gate to Orion mall food court and the driver turn from the marathali bridge he take us to near kalamadil he stop the car he cancelled our trip he wants to pay us full payment but i need the bill so i did not pay him. the bill was aftr cancelled trip it was only 86 i gv him that money n he run away wit my phone even afew mint i cal him back or to stop his Car he did not stop i call him more then 5times lastly he kep swith off his phone n even my phone he kep on three days swiftoff today he on his phone. so plzz i need ur help to get back my phone plzzz its very important to get back my phone. Dear Authority,

On last Friday, i.e. 15.12.17 I had booked an Ola micro cab (CRN 1331751710) for going to Hindustan Club Ltd, Sarat Bose Road Elgin Kolkata West Bengal India from Airport Gate No.1 (Taxi Stand), Kolkata Airport Quarters, Dum Dum Kolkata, but unfortunately the cab driver Mr. Amar Singh neither take my phone call nor received me from my pick up location.

After that such unprofessional attitude of your cab driver when I cancelled that booking (CRN 1331751710) & wanted to book another cab for scheduled journey it had been observed that I had been charged Rs. 50/- for cancel that ride.

Now being a regular customer of OLA I want to know why I have been penalised for cancel a ride when your driver did not provide me the service. Lastly I request you to please cancel that cancellation charge & take some necessary steps on that driver to maintain your goodwill.

Once while booking a cab , OLA app shows Book this ride Rs.30 flat. But after booking i have been charged Rs.54. So i finally uninstalled OLA app. When i saw my Wallet after after making the payment it was showing i had Rs.0 in my wallet. i wonder where my OLA money payment went. Do not being trapped OLA offer the a*hole people are providing worst business policy to take your money away.

I have ride with ola Auto at 21st December 2017. I gave money to auto through cash and through ola money, but I want full amount which I paid through ola money. He told that he doesn't have his account in ola, this is true or lie I don't know, I have to get my money within 24hrs. Otherwise I will severe action against ola.ola auto details are CRN 1348562641 NAME RAJENDIRAN k.

Dear Team OLA,
I have being using your service for the last two years almost daily, however yesterday dated 18-01-2018 I had a bad experience with the Driver of the following mention car no:AS25CC3310 .This fellow when we tried to contact said that he will not go and after that he is forcing us to cancelled the booking to which we have refused,he then came near the location and when we asked him to go with us he said that he will not go as well as he will not cancelled the booking. Also to mentioned that this man uses lot of abusive language and threatened us further. I wonder how you people recruit this kind of drivers in your company, who are so arrogant.

I hope you take corrective action and improve upon your service.

Your driver leave in middle of destination because of 5 people and behavior was rude.. Vehicle no.UP 13 AT 1849 register name kuldeep.

I'm unable to login in my account as I forgot the password of my account and whenever I try to choose forgot password option instead of giving an OTP; it shows a message "Sorry something went wrong try again". I have tried it so many times but I'm unable to do so. Please help.

I am using your app for 2 to 3 years. i thank for yr service rendered to me so for. particularly for auto. i use to go for narasimhar koil regularly even though i face problems with auto, share i.e sometimes i wl be waiting for auto/share after booking all of a sudden they used to cancel .without informing me. some auto use to say yr booking place is distance u cancel it but i wl tell them i wl wt but they themself cancel the ride, they will ask for etc money, app will show an amt. while booking auto use to come same route but te rate will show higher, if ola money auto people will nt be interested or they wl ask for extra money like these even though i face it and i know two wheeler riding i was using yr app . but i regret to say my accout is blocked without informing te reason and proir information. it is ok i once again thank u for the services rendered to me.

Auto drivers in India are not confirming ride even if they are available. The are just keen to take medium rides i.e upto 10 Kms ride only. And they are not Either confirming small rides(3 Kms) or long rides (20). I request Ola to take actions regarding this issue else the Ola would loss be it's Reputation in India.

Very bad service provide by Ola ...is that Ola's driver's Don't have talking since.... he was used the abuse word on me for opening door issue.

Why is that drivers are cancelling the ride without giving any intimation. I had to book ola auto for 5 times where all these 5 drivers had cancelled my ride. Certain drivers disconnected my call when I tried calling them some of them gave a lathargic answer. This happened to me on 25th Jan 8:pm I had to wait till 8:30 due to this issue similarly on 26th Jan 10:am cancellation was done by 2 drivers. Later I booked in jugnoo. Why is this happening, request you to look into this issue, if this proceeds u will be loosing lot of customers. Later on I got a account deactivation message. Why I should I be penalized for this, I have been using your ola autos and cabs from past 1 year. Kindly take appropriate action.

I have used Ola cab on Jan 25th 2018 .Invoice for my Ride CRN1453288885 for Rs 272/- usually Rs. 110/- to 140/- will be charged for the same travel.. I have contacted the customer service no and they that they will verify and refund. But till date no response. Pl help me.

I a resident of Madurai. I have booked auto threedays back, I was received message that i have to pay cancellation charges of Rs.15/- though i have not cancelled the trip. further most of the auto drivers are demanding extra rupees ranging from 10 to 20.PLEASE ensure proper charging by yours drivers.

I booked ola for Mumbai darshan ,its show 1899 before booking , BT ola take 2211 and ola doesn't give time condition for ten hours.

Sir, my ola account is blocked, i need my last ride invoice copy so kindly i request to send the ride invoice immediately.

On 5th I got a message that you will have to pay Rs.75 on your ola ride towards cancellation charges. I did not book any ola. This happened twice with me. Is this your way of duping people. I am also working in MHA. If such things continue then you have to face serious repercussions. Be careful and delete the msg of charging Rs.75 from message box. Earlier to this I paid Rs.50 towards cancellation charges without any rhyme and reason.

I forgot my mobile in ola cab and driver is not pickup the call. He also cut tha call.

I was looking for cabs from Secunderabad railway station to miyapur. Ola employees team was there at the station premises helping customers to book cabs and promoting their services.
Lie 1. They said 8% discount . Discount not applied.
Lie 2. Pay by Paytm accepted. Ola driver didn't accept .
Lie 3. After boarding into Cab.Driver drove a bit far and said his Ola app is not working.
Lie 4. He demanded more money than usual or else asked me to leave the cab.

Last time i booked the driver said he wont b cmg to the area which i had to go so driver requested me to cancel. I didn't know this that there will be cancellation charges.... Anyways i paid the cancellation.

Yesterday i went to hospital for an emergency n while cmg bck frm ulsoor again i booked n the driver said he wont cm n it was cancelled automatically... Now y the hell will i give cancellation fee again. Either u wave my cancellation fee which is thr or tell me u cnt n, i will uninstall this app forever.

On 21.01.2018 on recharge ola money my debit card no 4216xxxxxx876756 from SBI debited twice for RS.623.00 but only one credit was in OLA Money account. Refrence no of credit was 802105008946890502540121103725 and 802105232540890502540121103507. As per your site any failed transaction was to be reversed with maximum 7 days. Here 16 days already been passed but neither money credited at Ola Money or refunded to the debit card. Look into the matter and refund it immediately.

This is sunny on second time I'm facing same issue. Just today I add 200 rs from hdfc net banking money deduct from my account and showing a message of duplicate transaction and failed to money load. What is my fault where is my money gone. It's not reflect into my ola money. Please refund my 200+200 rs.

I added some money to ola money but it will not showing, my money was debited from my account what should I do now?

This is third time cheated with me.
1st time due to some network issue I was unable to cancell. But it was charged in my next ride. Yester day I booked from borivali to kandivali charkop. I dont know how it is changed as andheri in system. When I entered the car driver directly asked otp number and took money Rs.222. After taking money he is telling it is not for kandivli. He told me to get down. Otherwise he take andheri and not returned my money.

This is not fair. Again I took another cab. He himself booked from my phone gave him 5 star. This is not good service. If any thing goes wrong I have get back my money. Driver mobile no. 9653204798.- please take action.

I booked a Indica white today for picking up my mom & wife from Sumangali Jewellers (Raja Street) to Hopes college. the bill cost is only 148rs but the driver claimed it as 180rs and got the payment and don't show the bill as well to my mom or wife while payment (cash mode). I tried to call him back and asked for the details but he did not responds properly.
