My bike Apache RTR 160 got serviced on 12/1/16, in navyug service center in nelmangala, i mentioned that their is problem with speed o meter (reading variation automatically) but service person changed speed o meter cable and told me that problem is solved.

After one day i noticed the same problem again, and i took my bike back again to service center but they not willing to look through the issue and also their behavior was not good. Their service adviser them self told to raise a complaint against this issue, so i request you to solve this issue as soon as possible, my mobile no 9964629192.

Very bad bike Apache 200 RTR bad service. KK TVS, Najafgarh. I bought my bike on 22/8/2017, since then i am facing problem with it. I take it to the service center and they repair it but the problem comes back. Mechanic Vimal ji and Mohan my bike problem is not solved.

I want to buy Apache RTR160 RD. What will be the on road price of the bike in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. How much i have to pay to take the bike to my home, pls tell the price including all taxes.

Very bad scooter jupiter bad service. I bought my scooter on 20/05/17 since then. i am facing problem with it. i take it to the service center and their repair it but the problems come back. seven months scooter battery changed and five plug changed. your service center mechanic not solve my scooter problem. Jupiter scooter rating is zero.

But i have bad experience in service & battery. i have raised the problem twise at the service center they have recharged the battery and gave me, but i am same issue not able to do self start & kicker also. I bought the tvs zest in September 2017 itself, why we are buying scooter for ladies self start bikes & tvs scooter. so i already raised the issue to showroom to replace the battery. I bought a TVS Apache 180CC bike in September last year but i am having problem with its speedometer display. I have complained about it in the service center and they repaired it but within few day the issue started again. I complained several times but the mechanics their can not solve it permanently. I am really frustrated now with their service.

My new TVS jupiter zx scooter bought 4 months back gives very low mileage. I complained in the service center but nothing was done to improve it.

Yesterday I have given my Jupiter vehicle for 4th service at SKANDA MOTOR Bangalore HanumanthNagar. After taking it from service showroom right after 1km while driving back side of the vehicle tyre got detached in the busy traffic. I have complained this to Territory manager Mr Vadiraj and owner Mr Ramesh is not ready to accept this fault. Since this is an question of life and death I could have lost my life on road side, Mr Vadirar gives an silly reasons for the incident I think they are not suitable to handle such situations.

Anyways I have returned my vehicle to them and asked them for the solution and further action for this.. where they have no answer for such TECHNICAL FAILURE cause. I will take this to media and legal action on TVS pathetic service in all aspects.

I took TVS Ntorq on last mth. Its speedo meter is not working. I got mileage 20km after using 8ltr petrol. Really painful.

Worsted experienced with the staff of Ahinsha Automobile TVS agency, Adchini, New Delhi. I have purchased TVS Jupiter Classic from last week and faced many problems. Staff not installed vehicle properly and handover to me without checking. Documents works is also very poor.

After one month when battery become down and need to change. it must be change in maximum 24hrs without harassment customer but I have troubled till now near about one month. marketing manager and dealer so irresponsible.. so never purchase any product of TVS....REG NO-WB30AA2617 MOB NO-7551825293.

Hai this pavan. really I don't y the service quality is not so good as well as there responses are very rude and rash. not even proper information do they guide or they don't even fallow the policy what they have just they work as for their comfortablily. this is really not a the way to be or carry on the service they are very irresponsible way they react on us. please do look into that please tell them to not to spoil your brand name please it's my sincere request.

HI Am vijay, I gave My by Apache RTR for service on 2 Aug-18 by 6th of Aug-18 the vechile gear lever got damage, switches not working properly, nothing is fixed as per the details given every time they will tel air filter and coborator will be changed and general service is done. Finally at the time of giving delivery they will tell if u find issue bring it back do you think the customer will always keep roming to showroom this is nonsense.

No proper response and each and every time when u go back with the issue after service they will show us that customer is not riding the bike properly and your are not maintaining it. what nonsense. we will give it for service for maintenance only.

Thirdly i gave the bike for service in the morning i got the bike back in the eve 6.30 Pm almost 8 hrs still the bike was not ready when i visited the showroom this is called hights of negligency. when i asked for the same they said spares stock is not there. common its a service center from TVS so dont tel me that dam nonsense things. Call will be given to inform that when we get call from showroom we have to give the rating 10 out of 10 Please look in to this and possible take a action. In this even the Service manager is involved.

I purchased new appche 160 RTR. First time I believe tvs bike in life. My experience is very bed with tvs company and there showroom and service centre because not proper service given by customer. Bike after service many problems. Services centre not any experience machinic available.i was sell my tvs bike only 6 month and purchase Honda bike.and I suggest all friends never buy tvs bike this message I was uploaded social sites.

Shri Shakti TVS showroom Neemuch (MP) has an offer to give free helmet with every TVS scooter purchase, but i havent received it. First they told the stock was finished and now they are asking for 450Rs, which is wrong.

You always says that 1st 4 services are free but i talk 2 till now 1st on 193km and 2nd on 1500km but time, they charge me about Rs 300. They said that they change oil, so why you says services are free.

I bought my TVS Jupiter ZX Disc (BSIV), Chassis No MD626EG41J1A19242, Engine No.EG4AJ1772845 on 04-02-2018 from Joy Motors .On 23-09-18 suddenly my TVS Jupiter self start had stopped working. I take it to the service center of Joy Motors and they said that the battery has low voltage. They had charged the battery for 8 hours but then they said that the battery is not able to take charge. They asked me to take the battery to the service center of AMCO battery which is about 30Km from my home.

Very kindly I want to know why I should have to go for battery replace or service when my TVS Jupiter ZX Disc (BSIV) is still under warranty coverage.

I bought this vehicle with the extend warranty and i ll done all service and repeat repair in authorized centre but chaudhary tvs declined my extend warranty.

I always done all works in service centre in fact my chain set loose so i checked in the centre but they opened wrong job card and after this result is my vehicle record is goes wrong and poor so help me and give instruction to chaudhary tvs.

I tell about chaudhary tvs, Some technician of chaudhary tvs Who vehicles comes are in hand so they opened wrong job card and the bill amount is distributed to each person and i am always vehicle enters in centre and told then the work and return at home and in evening takes my vehicle from the centre but they opened wrong job card. so please takes action and give them instructions to retain my extend warranty.

DATE GIVEN FOR SERVICE: 28 – SEP -2018
Date of delivery: 3 oct 2018.
Service given for : Mirror change and General check-up since vehicle gives out a noise.

Otherwise vehicle was good in running condition with self start when I am giving to service.

COMPLAIN:
1. very very poor service (Bike after service it is dead now),
2. Don’t even lift customer phone and
3. very poor response and commitment from service person .

Service person committed to give deliver the vehicle the next day but failed even to lift the phone . We went in person on Saturday bike was not ready we came back. Again when my husband went to check and take the vehicle on 1st oct 2018 ,Bike was in horrible condition it is not even starting. After taking 6 days on 3- oct-2018 , I went personally and collected the bike. On the way to my house, when I was using the break the head light was burning and beep sound was beeping automatically if there is any jerk.

WHAT A POOR SERVICE?? (Some wrong wire connection they have made.) After informing to the service person, My driver (babu) again taken for service on 6th oct 2018.

The mechanic examined the bike and he told us change complete wiring set (which cost around 1500+500 rs) and told us to bring again after 3-4 days saying they don’t have stock now. After bring the bike to my house, complete ¾ tank petrol was on the floor leaking. ( it seems to be some wire cut ).

I DON’T REALLY UNDER STAND WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY WERE GIVING INSTEAD OF GIVING SOLVING TO ONE PROBLEM THEY MESSED UP ENTIRE BIKE AND PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS.

Ask your service person to come and attended the problem immediately.

Note:
When I am giving it was working perfect and why your service team have created problems?? To grab money from customer I doubt, kindly clarify.

I booked Ntorq on 21st of aug in indian moters, madiwala, bangalore. they told they will deliver in 20days (max 25 days) but still not getting delivery. even their charges are also more as compare to other showrooms.

I have purchased the Jupiter Classic Edition in Ramkay TVS, Velachery. They didn't make the fittings perfect, when I was driving a new bike, I have got a feel of driving an old vehicle. Also, they are giving irresponsible replies. When I have given to service, they just did the water wash, not at all listening to our complaints and without doing proper service, blindly they call and tell my vehicle is ready. When I was asking all these, they simply tell "we will do now". Worst case, they didn't answer my calls as well. And I tried to showroom landline number and finally spoke with the service manager and boy. They giving the bull shit replies like mobile was in reception, I was driving on that time, mobile was not in my hand and all shit reasons they are telling.

Overall both showroom and service center of Ramkay, Velachery is very worst. Also, I experienced very good service in Honda. But here I was fed up like anything and advising others to not buy TVS or not in Ramkay TVA, Velachery.
