I the owner of yzf r15 v2 my is 1 5 year my serviceing has not complete. i go to service centre for a bike problem but they not shut out my problem and also he changed the parts and take charges when my bike is warrenty period. i change the parts but my problem is same. the dealer is no worried for my bike the dealer technician also repaired the hero bike and unnessesary out of service bike repair in charges. plz help me sir i am so helpless. I am owner of Yamaha ray-zr. it is the very bad experience I go in service Center but they are not solve my problems. this is very bad company bajrang sales corporation sona vihar alwar rajasthan. my scooter mileage is only 20kmpl and company claim the average of 66kmpl and full body noise problem. I complained many time in company but they are not solve my problem. please help me yamaha.

I purchased Yamaha Ray-ZR on 8th december 2016. vehicle no is TN39 CA 4383, engine No. E3N8E0451210, Tirupur. Dealer ULTIMATE BIKES, TIRUPUR. Almost 3 Months completed now my vehicle is crossed 3800 km till now i did not complete my 2 nd service. At the time of scooter purchase Marketing people said with in 3 hours your service will finish. Now i am visit to service center they said 2 days for 2nd service continuously 3 days i went to service center again & again they said same answer and very poor response. I don't know their only motive in sale not a service.

Really i feel now why i am choosing yamaha scooter. 1st service also doing same thing. Kindly take a immediate action to this problem other wise i did not refer any one buy yamaha.

I purchase Yamaha fascino walters dealer in kilapuk 15/04/2017, vehicle no tn01bc0613. Self start is not working, iam taken bike to walters dealer they will give the delivery bike is not good condition. That service person told me rectified the problem but after one week same problem occurred. Then I took bike to walters dealer service but they kept the bike 10 days in service station and then that service person told the self stater is not working its you have to pay. Is the way to treat the customer?

Hi sir,

My Yamaha alpha met accident on 100 days before i have give the bike to SS motors in hosur for service. they said we dont have the spare in stock so we get the spares from delhi, so it will take time to correct this problem minimum 20 days. After 100 days also they are not ready my bike if i asked we dont get the spares so they are asking frequent excuse. so please give back my bike as soon as possible to me.

Hi... I have visited at Yamaha authorised dealer (Kings motor)at Baner-Pune. No staff were available since 1:30 to 3:00 pm. Staff was very rude they are not responding properly and Services are very poor. I’m very unsatisfied with the service and it’s my big mistake of buying a bike of Yamaha. I have submitted bike at 3:10 and they said to handover the bike next day at 4 pm.

My bike is Yamaha Saluto 125CC black colour and its not working properly. Gave the bike in Yamaha auto agency on 3rd Apr 2018 but haven't received the bike till today. They are saying the spare part has not been send by the company, they will give the bike once they receive the parts.

I bought a Scooter Yamaha Cygnus Ray ZR. I have driven it only 2600kms. I need spare parts like leg shield and back panel bt when i went to Yamaha dealers in srinagar j&k no part is available. They told me parts will come after 1 week but nothing happened.

I have purchased Yamaha saluto on july2015 & it's running is only20000 KMS. Presently there is 'head overall' maintenance? Is it quality of Yamaha? This maintenance work cost is 6500Rs. Is it Yamaha the brand? And what about warranty / guarantee?

How should we trust Yamaha? Your promise is 78 kmpl milage but now I get only 30kmpl due to head overall maintenance. What should I do ?

Hello sir am Deepak Bose from Karur (TN), in karur Krishna mobikes. I do service in the show room but they did not do properly I do my full service on feb 27, 2018 but they did not check my full service and I have a complaint in my bike they did not check the lube oil on disk brake.

So I do again service for Disk lube oil, in than show room I was there and am seeing how they work, they go out side and by a lube oil and fill the lube tank and it’s is a not a Yamaha product and after I paying a money they did not give the lube bill they cheating the customer in karur show room I pay the bill for 600but they give the bill for 453 and I not satisfy the full service. pls take immediate action.

In this I attached my 2 bills copy pls refer and take immediate action on Krishna mobikes.

Dear sir,

Myself Sivabbalan from Chennai, i had bought the New Yamaha FZ FI V2.0 bike on the Month of November 18 in Madurai. I already had 1 Service in Chennai at Vijay Bikes Sriperumbudur. I had given my bike for 2nd service early at @2100 km on 9th feb 2019 and insisted service engineer regarding noise in rear end of the bike. After servicing and again i heard the abnormal noise at rear end while running at 60km speed of my bike and i have shown practically to the mechanic of the showroom, then i leave my bike at Yamaha showroom on 13th Feb 2019.

As per showroom mechanic suggested that the rear wheel hub is slghtly bend. But i have not crossed 50 KM speed but as per suggestion from mechanic the wheel has been bend due to over speed the bike rear hub is bend but without any damage in front wheel hub how will the rear wheel bend i think this is the quality issue of Yamaha. Request you to clear the issue as soon as possible because i referred Yamaha in quality aspect only.

I have found oil leakage problem in front suspension Left side of my cygnus ray ZR which was purchased on June 22nd. 2020. this problem found in Dec.2020 .Problem rises After five months from purchase. I ride the scooter safely. Now I told the dealer about this problem he advised me that he will order the seal and it will changed. I want to know how the suspension leaked without any hazard. If it leaked why the dealer ignore to replace the suspension. Give me solution soon other wise I will take Another leagle step.

I talk with Showrooms service manager that I showed them the bike twice they have given the engine Valve centering both time. steel same sound starts immediately after 10 days. I am disappointed with the rusting issue on my new bike despite regular maintenance. Urgently seeking resolution, I request either a replacement or appropriate repairs to address this.

My bike was damaged and handed over to Yamaha showroom (punjab hotel junction skanda moters) in Visakhapatnam on 5th Feb 2022. but till now my bike was not repaired. I was visited showroom more than 20 times but every time staff saying spare parts not available worst yamaha service centre. please take necessary action.

I, Vishnu R Nair ( Vishnu Bhavanam,Erathuvadakku, Pattazhy,Kollam,Kerala ) have bought Yamaha FZ in March 2022. The bike is having many issues from the time of purchase itself. I am approaching Daiwik motors from where I purchased it , for resolving the issues. Not only that they are not able to solve the issue, also not willing to consider my concerns. I have taken extended warranty. But now they claim that warranty has been cancelled. I have done all the free and paid services on time. But their argument is that my first service was not on time , as they have not written the date in which service was done in the service book. As that bill is not available with me now, only way is to check their CCTV visuals and GST invoice to prove the date in which service was done. I have given a complaint,but no response in return. I will have to approach the consumer court if it's not resolved properly. Hope you will resolve the issue soon.

This is a mail regarding my bike servicing which was not carried out proper by the authorized YAMAHA service centers (Visakhapatnam). I am not getting proper response from the service center. The complaints are not being rectified and more over they are asking me to go another service center for the rectification of the complaint. When I approach to the suggested service center those persons are saying it can’t be rectified here asking me to go back to the same service center from where I have come. The complaints are not being resolved and new complaints are being arising like engine check lamp after 3rd service.

Moreover it’s just only 1 year old and I have driven only less kilometers as well.
I am facing complaints from second service
1. Engine vibration (Service done at Murali Nagar Vizag)
2. Engine Check Lamp (Service done at Dondaparthi Vizag)
The way of behavior with the customer was absolutely worst. Being a Yamaha customer and buying a bike worth of 2 lak INR won’t accept this type of behavior from a service advisor. Even Baja service advisor respond to their customers well.
I kindly request the Yamaha India team to take care of this and resolve my bike complaints at the earliest.
