I Am very old consumer for hero my bike no is Br 06ax 6550 and mobile no is 9818120819. I have come lauriya om hero service center but service is very poor. they take 5 hour for only washing and then service is too let it's very poor service. why customer like me purchased hero it's jiro...in future I will NEVR buy hero products.

I am an old customer. I am in Coimbatore, Taminadu. Here customer service is very bad. Now I bought a passion pro i3s last month. But this bike's head light is lighting all times (day & night). I asked & changed the head light mount , but no response in the service. I want the details and how to replace the mount. That's free of cost or chargeable.

Hello sir, i own a super splendor (hero honda) bike. I gave it for servicing around 9 am morning to shine moters sonia vihar delhi 94 (aman hero moters). They complete servicing on next day at monday 6pm and they said bike will be washed next day. On next day when i came to washing they said there are too many bike for washing we cant take ur bike today, and gave me next day appointment. I complained to managing director of that office but nothing happened, i regularly visting for washing but they are not washing and giving me next date everytime.

I am about to buy Hero Passion Pro i3s but through news i got to know that Hero would be making its own engine from 2018. If i buy this bike now would the spare parts be available in the future? If not it would be waste to but this bike.

14 months back I took a splendor+ bike on exchange. On that they took 1500rs extra money to transfer bike.they said it takes 3months time. Every time I went to showroom they didn't respond. Sir, I am a hunk user 7 year continuously using hunk. I purchase new model hunk 2016 december last. Now running kilometre 21784. Damaged back shockup unfortunately missing one service so dont recoved my bike. I am irritated by this bike so am selling this bike cheap rate. Old is gold, i miss the old bike. New hunk model is very very very bad.

I feel like very bad servicing of hero motors. i m complaint about speedometer led light doesn't show. but the dealer said its not possible to replace.its valid before 1year. totally im very unsatisfied with hero servicing. i m prefer to all plz do not buy hero bikes. its very worst servicing and im suggest if u buy new bike bajaj is the best option of my opinion.

I am very sad this company ismart is very bad. services center is very bad, alwar.

I too I purchased iSmart 110. it is very bad with poor performance. It have starting problem, very poor service. my money was wasted on this motorcycle.

I purchased One Hero Duet,The next day of purchase i saw few screws are not there.Starting Problems is Continuous. Body Parts are not Aligned properly.I complained the Dealer they are suggesting don't complain to the company.I complained Company they are not taking care of the complaint.The Digital meter is showing wrong fuel Status. On Sudden it's Fuel Bar is changing ans showing different status even if the i fill the Fuel.While Starting engine it is showing one Fuel indicator status and while driving on the way it is showing different indicator of fuel. while some unusual sounds are coming from scooter.The scooter having many scratches in the body.

After purchasing the scooter i am facing issues every day and giving complaint to Hero Motor cop still they are not taking care of.This is one of my First and last experience with Hero Motor Cop.I will never suggest anyone to go for Hero Motors to purchase any of the scooter and Bikes.

If a one to three month scooter is having so many issues from this i conclude that the product itself in worst.

I will Suggest Everyone to go for Honda Bikes and Scooters.Honda is very good in Handling the Customer Issues and Honda will not Cheat the Customers.If one Customer is complaining they will immediately response and taking care of.But Hero Customer Care Service is completely Worst.I gave complaint twice still they are not responding.

Please don't go for splendor + i3smart. I Purchased this bike 1 month old, I am getting 44 Kilometers per 1 litre, better go For Bajaj Platina it will gives you main forest case 60 Kilometers.

I am very old customer for my bike is ismart 110 and mobile no 7503470004, I purchased this bike before 2 months. Its look is good but engine quality is very bad. Its create sound on normal speed and engine heated also. Its timing chain create sound. Petrol overflow problem. We face this problem just after purchasing. So don't buy this bike. Go to other bikes .All bikes in other company in 110 cc than hero services very bad.

am a owner of Hero super splendor (JH10BK9615) yasterday when I give my vehicle for service, they just wash the vehicle and give it back to me. I want my money back it’s worth services given by reliable industries LTD

Please take an action so in future it will be repeat.I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand and now I regret for my self.

Hero bike engines are not good conditions and also service are very poor not satisfaction to consumer, dealers are not correctly response to consumer. My brother buy the hero splendor+ on 2-2-2016. Now the bike is 2 years old the bike only run 25000 km every 2000 km correctly but the engine is sound badly. so i call the customer care and contact the showroom they are not response correctly. so please not buy the hero bikes this is my experienced opinion.

This is to inform you that I was purchased one splendor pro on date 17-08-2015. At the time of servicing I was complaint to your dealership regarding self noisy but they are not listing my problem and ignore the concern. Today they are saying your clutch set has been finished I was also replacement my clutch set on 31000Km now my vehicle has Run only 35000km. I just want to asked you what is the quality of clutch set? I am also worked Hyundai and Nissan as a Warranty Manager. Now I am working with Apollo tyres as a service engineer. I now very well how to maintain vehicle. I want replace my clutch within warranty.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i have left my Two Wheeler Hero Duet( TN 59 BT 5104) and got serviced and delivered on 03.03.2018 in Sri vari automobiles - Thirumullaivoyal.

I have left service that my two wheeler is not able to start even by kick start and after service from yesterday night the same problem persists. Even it had a ride of only 5 days again i am unable to start the bike from yesterday night. When enquired in SRIVARI automobiles where i have left service they have informed that due to battery weak the bike is not getting started through kick.(What is the link between battery weak and Kick Start).

Then they are saying that we are not responsible for service. what the answer is this?? they are not able to service and the answer was also very rude to me. Even after the service the bike is not starting due to improper service and harsh response from the automobile dealer.

Now for the past two days i am coming through bus and i contacted srivari automobile and they are asking me to take the bike to service showroom. Why, i have to take the bike for their improper service for an about of 8 kms from my home. I need a proper explanation from SRIVARI automobile and apologize me for their RASH behaviour.

WE ARE CONSUMER, WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE KINDLY LET ME A SOLUTION.

At Udaipur VSS enterprises Hero(RAJASTHAN), Customer care officer named - Prakash Tiwari. He did not solve our problem related service issue. When i gave my pleasure at service centre at VSS some of my parts got damaged. They are claiming that these parts are originally damaged. Before i gave my vehicle all things are good. Kindly note that under his guidance mismanagement of vehicles parts are going on. Kindly i request u that do look into this matter. Hope the team is not doing to all of their customers.

I have purchase new bike passion pro i3s but faced lot of issues in new bike and dealer is not response problem and also the service quality is very bad. so don't purchase any hero bike or scooter.

Uni bikes hero kashidih, Jamshedpur service center doesn't work properly. There nothing happens with serial number. And manager behavior is very bad.

I have given my bike Hero Splendor Pro , with Regd no: AP29 CC 2801to HARI OM MOTORS at Jagadgirigutta, Hyderabad for servicing and they informed the issues about bike and i given my consent to go a head for the repairs.

By seeing Hero Automated Authorized service center, I have taken delivery and found new problems which i have not noticed before giving the bike for service even though mechanic.

I spoke with the concerned, in front of me he handled the bike roughly and hammered with hand tools and concluded, Ball races to be replaced. I surprised , how they have not noticed in trail run after completion of servicing. Even i said for go a head for 380/- what they estimated. after completed this they have given additional bill 150/- as Kone set replacement along with 380/-

I took the delivery yesterday and found Speedometer not working which is working before giving the bike for service.

If you look into this entire scenario, you will come to know that the negligence of your service staff, and inadequate knowledge and training. and they are giving a room for some suspicious thoughts.

Request you to attend this and resolve.

Sir i have bought a bike Hero Splendor+, it cost me Rs 80,000 but its rate is only 57k-63k. I have deposited 20,000. How dit it cost so much?
