Worst service. Every month they increase money but service is bad, lots of channels are not clear. Every month 5-6 days there's no reception and it shows error. Den is the worst,its better to get Dishtv.

On of worst service from den. I was calling den customer care number 18001232535 for five times. when I explain the problem suddenly that ladies are disconnected my call. I suggest everyone do not take den cable service. I never had worst experience like this

My cable is working but number of channels are not showing. I will not give any money to you this month as channels such as zee, sony and star tv are not working.

Since last one week zee network channels are not working. We are sick of this. Neither customer care is responding nor local cable operator. Please do the needful.

Local operator at ravi nagar,mgs charging extra money for transferring set top box, set top box not getting activated in 11days at new location. customer care not giving proper reason. DTH is a better option.

It is a request that my set top box which has been damaged in which I am facing a problem while watching TV, please take it to its full information and get it done and try to take advantage of our entertainment.

In Delhi at dariya Ganj your cable service is very poor. The wire of the cable are not placed properly. Every time when monkeys come here they break wire and when we call our local cable operators they don't pick our phone and make excuses. Please as soon as possible or I will change my cable to Tata sky.

What the hell are u people doing, always technical error, doesn't even care about customers, but they want payment the earliest, worst cable ever.

This is to inform you that the Den cable TV service was interrupted since 15.7.18 at our home. There was a continuous message on TV screen which reads – System update Please wait! We didn't call the service provider for 2-3 days assuming that the same would be rectified automatically as it was a system update process.

Finally, we registered a complaint on 18.7.18 telephonically. A technician came on 19.7.18 and informed that our Set-top Box is out of order and can be repaired at a cost of Rs. 300/-. For us it was surprising as this System update issue was with our neighbours too which we shared with him, however, he was adamant for repair on cost. Then, we advised him to re-activate our another set top box (we took 2 boxes simultaneously for another room). As per him it had to take 3-4 days, we said “ok”. Till a week further, nothing happened. As per them, the request was still under process and would inform as and when active.

Observing no progress against the complaint, we enquired about returning the boxes and refundable amount. They straight away rejected the request saying there is no such condition. Again a surprise as while issuing these Set top boxes, it was informed each user in the area that the cost of the Set top Box i.e. Approx. Rs. 1200/- was refundable. We were not in a situation to fight for this as there was nothing in writing.....and also were under loss of approx. Rs. 2400/- + Rs. 125/- of advance monthly payment for rest 15 days of the month due to “no cable service”. We all know, a local cable agency works only on verbal communications.

After a month of this problem, the agency sends their person to collect the payment...what rubbish!! A complaint, against which the issue was discussed 10 times in a week wasn't updated in the office. Even after explaining the things, another person comes after 3 days asking for payment with an update to us that there was no such complaint in the office yet and harassing the parents at home.

The concerned agency details are as below;

i.e. Rana Cable, Mahavir Enclave, N. Delhi (Ph no. 9289494055, 9210840580).

Note – These are the only contact nos, they don't even provide the details about owner of the agency.

Losing a single customer may not be a concern for DEN but DEN Management must know about the service, being provided to the customer by the agencies down the line at DEN.

My cable operator hardly provide network and whenever we complaint about that they kept the call on hold and if we are not available at home for a single day to pay their monthly rent, they cut the signal on the same day without any prior notice. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

Your cable operator not responding from 5 days. It's a worst of worst service I have seen. Feeling so bad of your service.

Hi Den team,

This is regards to the rude behaviour and refund of security deposit. Also channels are activated after so many reminders to my cable operator which is located in kurla east near buntara bhavan. Cable operator name is Badsha cables he is not providing us the channels and straight way asking to disconnect the den setup box connection not refunding the securuty deposit. There are so many user here facing this issue.

We need your intervention here.

Jo channel me chahta hu us se jyada ke liye aap agree nahi ho so pls ullu banana chhodo.

My local cable operator in spite of repeated requests is not giving the details of free channel and the not accepting the list of channels for which I would like to pay. He himself has activated a package of star channels. I reside at Marine Drive area in Kochi. Do revert me for the details of my set top box and cable operator. Hope my complaint will be resolved at the earliest.

Waste of money... If your cable company is not able to give service, we will remove your cable from our house. Your company cheat us by giving poor service in a month many day channels not available. We are paying money at time so you have to give full service if you can't, we can remove... Do your work properly.

Due to your cable operator, the cable has touched to electric line and all the TV and set top boxes are burnt. Your cable operator is not giving any service since last 7 days and not responding.

Using den cable for 4 yrs but service provider not supportive. for every service they charge during recharge 10 times has to call for reconnect 3/4 days per month service not avail due to servicing but payment taken full and disconnected on perfect date.

This is how DEN service providers are.

I am a Den consumer from last 5/6 years. From last one month no Bengali channel is provided to me instead of that oriya, telegu, tamil, gujrati, maharashtri channels are aired to me which is baseless. Please look into the matter otherwise i will disconnect den connection from March 2019.

I am a DEN user for 2 years and during this time I have encountered a new problem at least every 6 months. Sometimes, the network does not come for 2 to 3 weeks and sometimes channels are automatically unsubscribed without are permission. The staff are especially rude and arrogant and do not take our complaints seriously. Whenever I call them they either cut the call or say that they will solve the problem but dobot take any action for weeks.

DEN cable network at ETAWAH UP west is horrible and quite irresponsible in his service. Every now and then it is disconnected and local person looking after it is not picking phone calls. Over and above he threatens to discontinue the service instead of improving it. Today from last two hours there is no service and person looking for it is not picking phone . I have rang him more than 20 times in last two hours. Just horrible and hopeless . He is charging Rs 350/ pm but not giving services.

2 महीने से केबल कनेक्शन सही नही है लाइन में खराबी है ऑपरेटर ठीक नही कर पा रहा है ये तुम्हारी कम्पनी फर्जी तरीके से लोगो से पैसा लेकर सर्विस नही दे पा रही है तो इन ढिबरे सेट टॉप बॉक्स को वापस ले जाओ या सही सर्विस दो।

I am from dumka jharkhand. in our tv no channels are provided after recharging also. In all channels you are not subscribe to this channel is written. i submitted rs to cable operator. kindly start to provide all channels of rs 360 pack otherwise we and our citymen will leave den and buy tata sky or other dth.

Waste of money... If your cable company is not able to give service, daily DEN network cut 3 or more time for 2 3 hrs. Some time they cut network for a full day. But they charge me for full month.

Local distributor are very rude and barbaric. Despite regular complains no action has taken yet. In response only answered if you have problem switch to another set up box in a very irresponsible manner. Not know why company keep all these animals as it's service provider, as they engage only in harming company. Not know how to interact with customers. In one month recharge, not more than 4-5 days the quality of tv programme is good. Hope for some positive action from company side.

After calling continuously for 3-4 days they are not taking action against complain.. For payment they come on time but when customer required service they are not even responding. I must say very bad network and cable. Unsatisfactory services.

I am from ahiyapur, muzaffarpur. The service is very poor. There is always technical problem shown in my tv. The den setup box is not working properly. The cable operator also does not pick my phone. This problem continues from 10 days till now. Either you find a solution or i am going to switch my service.
