Why the charge applied for debit bigbasket wallet without any notifications while delivering the items.

At about 7 PM today i ordered some groceries. while checking out the amount came to be around 1100 rs as 3 to 4 items were out of stock. i could not do the payment and check out sd some screen was popping up again and again to confirm. i did . but some how could not get the payment mode. i rang up to the customer care number, a gentleman answered and verified my phone number and address. (9821045969) said he will get back and just did not bother after that.

Well, how can a big retailer like you can afford to run short of common atems like organic moong dal? Also some interactive user friendly mode needs to be in place for easy dealings of senior citizens like me.

Length of pods is the issue. The product which i ordered recently (JEVA activated charcoal) is not good.

Reference the above Order I wish to bring to your notice that on checking the items I find that two items of vegetables were of poor quality. Beans French Ring were stale and had fungus; and Ladies Finger seemed to be of old stock and brown in colour. I have been trying since yesterday to apprise you of this but without success.
