Den is very bad service. Channel settings is not clear. Our favorite channels are hidden of other languages.in prime time, weekends always security problem. we are not satisfied about your cable network. Chanel manual setting not possible as our favourite,picture quality is worst.govt better to keep traditional cable network. pleas reply immediately. in kannada chanels polimer btv, hindi news channels are not available. PAYING FOR THE NETWORK IS FULL WASTAGE OF MONEY.

I submit that cable operator is charging rs.330/- (rs.Three hundred thirty only) from me every month while contacting your customer care I have been advised by them that charges are rs.305/- or rs.362/- as per plan. There is no such plan of rs. 330/-.

With reference to above I made a complaint. Complaint no. Is 4215607 your representative assure me of solution but no avail. Operator representative is asking rs.330/- when I denied he misbehave with me. I have made another complaint on 04/03/2017 at about 11.A.M. My complaint no. Are 4223845 of misbehave and complaint no. 4223843 of overcharging.

Since considerable time has lapse but there is no solution of my complaint. If you are not listen to my complaint then who? Why should I pay more. Is it possible to pay you direct. Hoping a favourable action.

Its very bad... from last 22 days customer care and cable operator are making me fool. They keep saying you will get your box within 24 hours. Every 24 hours they repeat the same dialogue. Never seen such a careless attitude.

Den Cable is not working, customer care service is not working. I am next week this miss den cable very poor service local or operator is not working. Any time signal not found in Sun TV view.

This is not currently working. Not responsible cable operator. With in two days no signal. Den is not arrange very bad.. cable operator not take my calls. What are you doing this.

Hi DEN team,

This is to inform you that I am getting very poor service by DEN local service provider Raju cable in Lucknow rajajipuram E block. I asked to stop my service of cable for only one month but it's being 2 months they stopped my service. Once I called those people for activate my connection they said you have to pay two month rental first then connection will be activate. Why they are asking for 2 month bill. However I am not using connection since two months they why will I pay for this. If I will not get proper resolution of my complaint then I will go to consumer forum for this and will try my best to close this operator. If your team will put efforts for solve my complaint then I will be highly obliged and take action against it.

I am a Den NEW customer for last 1 Month at BADAUN (UP) location. I jad purchase set top box with RS 1750 + 200 Monthly. They gave us OLD SET TOP BOX Which is not working on 1st day. They don't pick up the call... wont turn up for any problem but only for the subscription money every month. For the last 4 days the set top box is not working and nobody even cared to visit my place for a moment which is just a little more than a stone's throw away from their shop. Called them numerous times, visited their place 3-4 times but only they are giving false assurance to visit my place. Numerous times caught them lying and giving absurd excuse for not coming. So please change my set top box.

Hi,
I am using Den Cable network from last 3 years,After digitlization of network, I got the set top box from Service Area Provider, but from last 6 months the service of den and service area provider consultant going to be worse day by day. For problem in set top box card, many times inform to cable operator, he charged the Rs 1000/- for repairing of Set Top box. But after that problem as it is, as earlier. In every ery 10-15 days few channels does not work most of the time English Channels, when i call to service area provider they didn't pick the phone 13 out of 20 times, but when they came for monthly payment they told me the service will be start today, after calling again and again they told again and again issue will be resolve in 1 hour, 1 day,2 day and sunday they told we can't do anything in sunday. Many times i called to your customer care when my cable network got down they told me we didn't get payment from your side that's why your service is stop. But This is going to be very bad condition day by day and from last 1 month english channel service is stop, and before 15 days service will start for 10-15 minutes and again goes down with voice cracking.

I am paying 220 monthly but i have seen on den network site top package is 200. Also i asked to other neighbors and found they are facing the same problem. Now i am fed up and going to be switched to another network. I will just wait 1 week more for this service, if it will be resolved then will think about it to going forward with the same network. One more thing if the service is stop for 10 days then why they are asking to pay full payment.Now this is the time to move some other network. Good bye

6/8/17, this is regarding Sangeet Bangla channel. Enjoying this channel for the last 02 years but for the last 02 months it has been closed. I have post several complain to the den cable network customer card deptt, they gave me assurance that it will be restore but till the date it has not been restore. I have purchased HD SET TOP BOX 2 week ago. Now it is not working.. i cant see even SD channels. I have called cable operator... He is not picking phone. Customer service center not picking phone. VERY BAD SERVICE.... BAD CUSTOMER CARE.... dont go for DEN network.

Dear sir/ man,

My name is Shakshi Garg. I m from ghaziabad uttar Pradesh - 201001 India. I using den cable services.
My problem details hereunder:-

Under wating TV any time showing no signal. I tell my problem to my area Den cable operator. He came and check my problem and resolve the problem. After few days repeat problem. I again and again told to my problem to my area den cable operator Mr. Rajkumar (M) 9310761599 and Mr. Divyanshu (M) 9718029027. He came seventh or eight time and told me Mam your setup box is impaired. He took along my setup box. Then he call me and told me the cost of repairing the setup box will be charged rupees 200. I agree and give the permission for Repairing. After few days he come and install my setup box but I am suffering from same problem continued 1.5 months. Dated 24.07.2017 same problem creating and I inform to my area operator. He will not come to resolve to my problem. I trying to call many times but he is not picking up my call.

Dated 25.08.2017 i registered my complaint in den digital cable TV services customer care. My complaint no is - PAS 43944 - L9TT4YS, timing 11:30 pm around 25.08.2017 your executive Mr. Asif Khan told me Mam within 24 hours we resolve your problem but till the time I m not received any call any activity from your side, Why?

Dated 26.08.2017 I again doing call in customer care and told our complete problem. Your executive Mr. Mohit told me I resolve your problem soon. I tell to he I want talk with your senior, he told me Mam my all seniors are busy on another call. I arrange a back call from my senior side. he not arrange any call till the time. 4 days completed but you are not giving us any solution. I am daily calling in customer care three to four times and tell my problem again and again.

Why your executive did wrong commitments.
I my totally harassed from your company cable services.

Why your company not take any action in my case. I want change my setup box nothing more. So I request to please take a quick action and solve my problem other wise am escalate my case from high level.

Worst sevice from DEN. DEN cable not working.
There are technical problem occur WEEKLY. And customer service center also not take complaint properly. This problem occur 2 or 3 times in a WEEKLY. Very bad service.

Message "11"_ Security Problem, Resolve issue.

Impossible to view news on channels. Signal gets disrupted & noisy. Many permitted channels are blocked most of the time. My woes get worse as local service provider representative turns deaf and no action despite several complaint calls. Please help at the earliest.

1hr to 3hr off a they don't provide service at Ghaziabad. Phone is off the hook. Very very bad service.

I have complained regarding my cable network Ranjeet cable at shakakrpur Delhi 92, which is not working since morning (error-11) today and not getting proper response. Even called up to till free no they have provided me Local no where no one is responding. I think local operators are taking their customer for granted.

Beware of DEN network as they cheat customers by providing false promise.At the time of booking new connection they told me that there internet service facility is available in my area but after making payment they informed me that there setup is not ready in my area. I am facing the same problem from a week, my set up box is showing message your card is not activated. After several times i call to den service guys and i itself go to there office. After 5 days they started my connection again but after 2 days i m facing the same issue but no one is helping, the issue is still same. I think den service is very pathetic and i shall not continue with the den services.

I am using Silvassa Den cable from 2014 to present. At the beginning around or more tha. 250 channels were available at present many news channel, Movie channel, music

Zee turner channels are missing in Den platform for the last one week. Their toll free number is always busy. Do not suggest anyone to take Den cable. Switching over to Tata Sky DTH.

It is clear from all the frustrating comments here from consumers like me that the company does not care about customers at all!!

In all situations where the services have problem the local office switches off their phones to avoid calls!! A rogue company only bothered to collect money, up to them when they want to resolve the issue.

The entire zee n other channels are not coming for two weeks n no one has responded or even bothered to take any action.

No payment for half service n half channels...if the company does not cut the bill by 50% am going to take them to consumer court!!! Of course customers will drift to other other service providers.

Mughalsarai den Cable, two to three months it doesn't come and when I make a call to the cable operator he doesn't pic up the phone and sometimes it tells -not reachable. The remote given by him is old one and the numbers and specific keys written in it is not visible.
