I'm using galaxy j7 prime. Whenever i click on any channel one dialog box opens that is you must be on jio network or have a device with active jio sim to access your favorite channels/programs.

My jio number 7973804838 address punjab Bathinda city. Since 2 feb 2018 my jio number did not connected incoming call and outgoing call. I also complaint jio care but they did not work my matter. So plz solve my problem immediately.

I am using Jio number. The number do not work in roaming. I went Delhi on Jan 24. In morning, I put my mobile on flight mode. When reached Delhi, no connection. I went Pune on 11 Feb. When I reached there, I noticed no connection. Total disconnect. No voice, no internet. Other operators services were functioning except for Jio. While returning on Feb 13, till Mumbai-Pune express way no connection. When I returned in Mumbai territory at Panvel, then only I could get connection. i.e. no roaming worked in Pune/ New Delhi also.

Most surprising thing, as informed by service Adviser of Jio, is Jio system do not have these recordings. Where my connection got disconnected on Feb 11, or when my connection came back in Feb 13. Same thing happened when I contacted on my return from Delhi. Is Jio really interested to resolve problem of its customers, or their Adviser simply pass their time and spoil valuable time of jio customers. I am not ready to believe that Jio system will not have these entries. If they are not able to resolve queries, why they do not raise the ticket and escalate the matter to top management. Or free roaming is only advertisement gimmik of Jio?

Atleast, I am very upset with poor services of Jio/ its customer care.

In adilabad network is very slow. We are not able to utilize our data. plz refund my money.

Kindly cancel my subscription and refund my payment immediately.

I am disappointed to learn from your installation team that the WIFI SIGNAL IS VERY WEAK, and does not cover the full flat with wall to wall distance of even 10-12 meters max. While my current connection with MTNL is covering the full flat, namely Desktop / Laptop in one bedroom and the other smart TV in the wall. The sales person Mr. Abhijit assured us while preparing for KYC that there will be no external wiring, and even the connectivity is will cover whole flat with higher speed from the current set up. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MISLEADING SALES PRESENTATION, AND THERE IS NO ANY SYCHRONIZATION WITH SALES TEAM/ INSTALLATION TEAM.

You are kindly requested to refund my subscription amount immediately, and thank you. I am overall very surprised for the company of RELIANCE REFUTE IS DOING SUCH MISADVENTURES TO MISLEAD THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL. Please refund my subscription of Rs. 4,500 immediately.

No network in home, no network in office, no network in outdoor, no network in open place. But good network i got only in reliance gallery. Atleast 2/4, network bar has been shown.

I have installed jio giga fiber internet service on 10th Feb.2019 by paying rs.4500/- .The internet service has stopped since 16th June Sunday from 10 am onwards till today. Complaint no is SR00000XJ50E obtained on same day. Daily about two times I requested for resuming srevices, I also sent many emails on [email protected]; [email protected] and also on jio [email protected]. But everybody giving only assurance that it is in progress & within 24 hours telling give response. But till today though 10 days have passed nothing has been done to start the internet. I am frustrated now. You people do not take proper care to the customers especially Sr. Citizen like me of 79 years of age. You are requested to the needful & look into this matter ,why they are not doing their work though a technician was posted on 16thJune to visit my place & carry out the work.

Previous day Jio was the best services but now slow speed money waste slow downloading. Very slow network and internet complain several times in a week.

Facing a lot of disruption in my area, most of the days there is no internet. We complained a lot of times but till now no action has been taken.

Jio Fiber Customer Service is pathetic/non-existent. The number, call, everything designed to not let you raise a call... better to stick with known devil Airtel.

Hi,

On 17th Dec'20, I recharged twice for Rs. 1768.82 for my jio fibre account. First it showed me an error and hence I recharged again then I got to know that you guys deducted twice. Now since moving to a different city I called to cancel my account, now you guys are saying that my Rs.1768.82 amount won't be refunded. I really need this money i have to show it to my office, right now I am taking another connection to my new city there also I have to pay the installation charge.
