I got damaged item. when I asked delivery person to cross check at the time of delivery he didn't allow me to open without payment.When I checked the product it was broken. Delivery person refused to take it back. He said the refund process is different. I said ok and placed refund request. Person came to my office and he again rejected the return of the product as its damaged. I need to take followups on email and call to customer care and so on. Still am waiting for my refund. Hopefully I will get refund. I was not expecting this kind of service from Amazon. Disappointed this time.

I had ordered a pizza oven on Amazon from Bhavya Enterprise, Surat. The 1st piece received was defective & replaced. The 2nd piece was again defective. Requested return & refund. Defective part returned on 22 Oct 18. Customer care informed the part reached 25 Oct 18, payment will be transferred into my account by 30 Oct 18. But now when I called customer from my same mobile 9822750054 for refund, it says no orders against this number & cuts. How do I speak to the customer care executive, as there are only 4 options & no other way to talk & my money is not refunded yet.

I bought 1 of Lenovo K6 Power (Grey, 32GB) which is not working properly, when i went to the service centre they informed me that IMEI no. of the mobile set (865595031055034, 865595031055042) and IMEI no. The order was delivered in my office to my office boy early in the morning. When i came to office and opened the box there was no watch inside the box. I have received the empty box. I raised the complaint to Amazon customer care on same day i.e 25th June 2019. They told me that they will do the investigation and let me know. I waited for their response for next 6 days there was no response from the Amazon customer support. When i called them back on 1st July 2019 the customer care guy told that they have finished their investigation and not found any issue in packing and delivery of the product. When i called them to escalate the issue the customer care person told that he cannot raise the issue to anyone as the investigation is done and he disconnected my call.

Product not delivered when i call the customer executive. He and his team misbehave during call.detail of your customer executive mentioned below mob. no. 7381721538 & 9007521877.

Product was not delivered while tracking the item was delievered shown i have order furniture KPR queen size cot on 20.01.2021which was not delivered on 26.01.2021 i have been waiting for 10 days for my product. Amazon told me they would refund my money on 2nd February &5th February but they wouldn't refund my money telling me I have to wait for 5 more days (11th February) returned my product or my refund immediately.
