I am satyanarayana komatitipalli, i purchased honda dream yuga bike from veer honda, asansol on 16/10/2017 with full net cash payment, but at the time of purchasing, dealer told me sare guard due will arrange with in 5 days. but till now he is not arranged that and he dont told me when did he will arranged perfectly. i have more problem faced for going school with my children, out side with my family. after 27 days i was travel with my bike only 102 kms with lake of sare guard. so please take action.

Very bad experience with honda 2 wheeler. Honda dealer behavior like a shopkeeper, totally worthless service for honda bike. Compare hero service is too good.

Did not do full service and no free servicing. i will take many heavy amount but rule is a free servicing if any part damage and change part so I will pay.

Very very bad experience. I bought a honda shine from Stirling Honda Pune in December 2015. My bike is 2 yars old and I have been facing problems right from d beginning. First it was jirking and vibration. It went on for a year. Some how d former was solved after so much of efforts. Now it's Shock ups. Surprisingly I was asked to change them after only 2 yers. Even if doing so d problem remains as it is. The company doesn't bother about it nor d customers. Horrible experience. I would advise people not to buy vehicle of this company.

1) When shock-up is punching touch to handle-T & sound come. It's Honda designed shock-up problem.If Honda knew the problems in Honda shock-up designed then why Honda launched bike into whole market.
2) Back break liner is not properly work. Because back break liner quality is very poored. liner is very hard likes to stone.whenever Break didn't work properly. I always told Honda showroom. Honda could not change break liner.

I requested to Honda please resolve my problem quickly & fastly. I'm very much disappointed to Honda service.

As per F2F conversation with your service manager Mr.Sandeep ( Safson Honda Dehradun ) he had confirmed you will get all required details for claim settlement in next 2 days. But still we have not received any response (Call / Mail) from Mr.Sandeep side, 4-5 days already Past.

As per F2F conversation with your service manager Mr.Sandeep ( Safson Honda Dehradun ) he had given the surety to us, You will get the better services from our Side, But again we’re very disappointed with Honda services.

Kindly look into this concern on urgent basis, and revert ASAP.

I paid Rs460on my account number 8433214306 on 3rd november2016 for 84 days. from the company I received messages for the payment as on number 9149391037. I deposited RS 459 on 1st jan2017. kindly inquired the matter and adjust my amount in correct number 8433214306 otherwise i shall approached to the higher authority. please take it as a serious matter.

I had bike service in chrompet Lodha service Center on 30th Dec 2017, I raised complaint for disc pad and engine noise but not adjusted in technician, I asked technician what bro this sound is coming he is telling u not told, manager also support technician only not support customers,very poor customer Relationship.

Activa is top selling product by Honda...bt day by day Jupiter crush activas market. Honda should think about customer health...they not doing n TV's did dat...now a days bcuz only Honda engine customer thinking to buy Activa but what abt comfort? Honda is overconfident abt these products.suspention of Activa is back braker...no latest features like Jupiter given.. that's why day by day 8 out of 10 customer going to purchase Jupiter n they refused Activa after drive Jupiter. so Honda plz wake up as early as possible.. now a days market is mouth to mouth advertising market and if u did not update Activa very soon, next top selling mopet will be different...my many friends want to purchase Activa n after drive Jupiter they purchase Jupiter. so Honda u should update soon like digital display with navigation (navigation is everyone needs now a days), alloy etc...plz update all this.

I am native Hubli. I purchased Honda shine bike bt I going second service bike front shock absorber sound bt shantesh honda service totally not working tell t company difficult I am going to court.

I had purchase Honda CB hornet 160 on 3rd feb 2018. That time dealer committed to me 2500 cash back in 24 hours deposit into your PayTM wallet but when we are went their to delivered bike they said to me actually cashback is 1500 but still I don't have get any cashback. Its totally fraud Commitment. please take action against dealer otherwise I never recommended any other to purchase Honda vehicle.

Honda 2 wheeler management is very bad. I have New bike from Honda dealer hem agencies kandivali west and I am happy up to 1 St service of my bike. after 1st service get problem-sound come from engine. since last one month my bike lying in service center and Honda company have no time to resolve my complain.

Since last one month continue I regular sent mail and also remind on tall free. Very bad management.

I have purchased Activa 3G DLX from Kaizen honda, dealer, solapur, Maharashtra on 09th Feb 2018. In running position bike suddenly stooped and faced in starting problem within 1 year I have faced in said bike. On 8 /2/2018 i purchased a new Honda CB Shine bike in Madhya Pradesh, District Vidisha showroom in 67500 Rs. Its been just 1 month and its engine started to have problems, there was noise coming from the engine. I took it to the service center but they are asking for 5000 Rs to repair it.

Sir, I have dream Yuga purchased 2012.during servicing my bike petrol used for wash chain and sprocket gear and other accessories.plz tell for servicing,service centre provide kerosene or petrol if yes take action. agrawal honda, bandikui, dist- dausa Rajasthan 303313.

I purchased Honda Activa 125 from Aurangabad waluj from lakhaniya Honda. THeir behavior is so rude and this is 3rd month of purchasing bike they still not give me passing. Still my bike in showroom for passing. (I gave hard cash for the bike). I contact for customer care.. from last 15 days I give follow-up of customer care but the did nothing.

I purchase new Honda Activa 4G on january 2018. Scooty first service done on 270 KM and scooty total run 650 km upto 07-05-2018. Between this periods scooty get problem to start. Service engineer 2 time spark plug change but problem is not solved. Scooty is stopped get not start in market.I did call to service engineer. The unable to solve this problem. I m fully disappointed by Honda.

U don't have manner to talk n don't have service quality, Washing is very bad. Problem has not resolved till after complaint also.

I am customer of your Shanti Honda Branch, VISHRANTWADI Pune Maharashtra. Your service centre situated in VISHRANTWADI is providing worst service I have ever experienced. People of Shanti Honda Service Centre don't even find the Job Card after they serviced the bike. Word experience I ever had.

I purchased Honda activa 125 cc just two months ago from Regency Honda Rehari jammu (j&k) but now my Scooter become a piece of scrap and as such it didn’t start... it’s 11:27 pm n i am middle of nowhere and the scooter stopped working. When I tried d customer care number they said service is available from 8am to 9am..... Bad experience.
