I have purchase Dominar 400 on dated 09/05/2017 which has rpm issue. The idling RPM recommended by co is 1500 but the bike is in momentum means in 3rd, 4th gear it does not go down from 2500. This is a major issue and agency mechanics at dada motors Ludhiana tried to sort out but could not and said that engineer would come and look into the matter.

I purchase bajaj v 12 before 6 month ago and 16 november 2017 my bike self and light it not working. And i am going to registered auto service center shiva bajaj auto service center ghazibad. They told me the part is not available and the will call me today is 23 november 2017 and nobody call me. the service of bajaj is very poor. i mistake to purchase this bike.

I am sasikumar my mobile no 9884459098 My bike model V12 Reg.no TN02 BJ 7266. I recently purchased Bajaj v12 on 14/07/2017 and allready have 1st. Service done but the main problem I am facing that my bike self motor problem service changed the new self motor with warranty but I paid some amount for welding charges. I rasied the question what welding you do he said engine inside we done. Again same problem facing problem 2dn service came I go service center on 17/01/2018 I informed again some sound was came when I used self start service person told self start bearing gone I told new self motor chaged how gone bearing. Service person told not self motor bearing enging inside bearing gone again asking some amount. I am not at all satisfied with the service of my Bajaj bike.

I had serviced my vehicle dated (18-01-2018) for Rs 1560, in that they had charged half of the amount from the total for the LABOUR CHARGE, iam very much disappointed about this issue.

I never expect this much amount for labour charge from the company service of my vehicle (PULSAR 220 ,PY-01-BV-8697)
For the earlier service of my vehicle they had charged only Rs 450 below, but now they are charging much cost..

I WANT A SOLUTION FOR THIS
Though if this issue was still continued i may forced to a situation of STOP servicing my vehicle on the COMPANY SERVICE CENTER.. ( AKKASH BAJAJ-Villupuram)-TN

Sir service dept.m bhut bura behaviour kiya jata. customer ki problem ko suna nhi jata. mere auto me problem unse solve nhi hoti 10-15 din m problem hojati hai. maine apne auto ka engine bhi kerwa liya bhut paise lga diye per wo meri koi bhi problem solve nhi kerte. Bar bar jana pdta hai ek hi problem hai lekin unhone koi solution nhi kiya. plz aapse request hai meri help ker do erna m customer court m case kerne wala hun, bhut preshan ho chuka hu. Plz help me.

Very bad service is being provided by the Sai service Agency, Lower parel, Mumbai. They are just making fool that they already Wash the vehicle but it doesn't. Plz do something so that the name of Bajaj company not ruined. There are other more issues also. If u do something it is better for everyone and also for the name of the company.

I did my 1st free service of my Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc KA 03 JS 3255 with Khivraj Motors, Marathalli on 30 June 2018.

We was asked to pay Rs 750 for that, but later on when servicing was done, they denied to provide the money receipt as printer was not working, and said to send in mail id. But although 10 days has passed, i have still not received that. For 1st free service only engine oil change was there worth Rs 390 and as it is a free service i don't think there are any other charges for customer. In addition to that there was no parts added or changed or repaired. Experience is very bad and very Bad Dealership. As they are avoiding to provide the bill that means the entire money has gone to their pocket, and hence they are not able to show the breakup of the amount charged.

Please help me , I Have purchased a pulsar 220 in April 2017 From Delhi with Bike Number DL6S AV9288 and now I am getting issue in chain set and back side tier , Bike chain set is doing so much noise while driving and also back tier of bike is doing bumbling alot. For the concern I went to BAJAJ Service center which is registered with “Panchkula Service Center” in Panchukla (Chandigarh) and explained all the things there, But after service when I observed issue is not get resolved I went again in center and again shared my concern. I am your existing bajaj customer i have bajaj Pulsar 180cc model Sep 2017 Reg no is HR26 DF7437 And i have serviced 10 day Ago but i am very dissatisfied for your service because after service my bike main tyre chain very noise and missing my bike for engine starting. Mr vijay technician is tell me clutch lever very lose and his keep my bike clutch tight and after clutch tight my bike clutch plate is very low and very low pickup. I am anil kumar purchased Pulsar 160 ns in 2017. After raiding 100kms in my bike tap fitting sound occurs i giving for repair the issue not solved. I again gave for repair. upto today issue not solved. i ride my bike15000. i given complaint to bajaj customer care 6 times they telling our concerned department will contact within 24 hours but even single time also they not contact me. for same problem given 9 times for repair still problem coming continuously. and they r taking 1week for repair. every time they r not touching engine at all. simple adjusting bolt and giving back but this time they put a ball in cam tensionor and spoiled my engine. worst customer care and service.

My byk Number is Gj 01 PW 2279. I have complain against bajaj auto many time but we have not getting proper response from your side. In 1 Year my bike battery low 4 times also you have not given kick in byk so we have no any option to start my bike. in 1 Years we reached office late due to bike battery low. We had through many mails in bajaj auto two wheeler but not getting solution.

In also customer care not given proper response and rudely behaviors with customer Mr. Vinay (Sr.Supervisor) (721982111 Customer Care Number).

I have to complain against the showroom dealers... they are not given me any TC number and CF details of my new bike. They are always ignore it. Dealer said... no TC number and no CF details able for new bike.
They are also said... no need to CF for new bike... directly attached number plate from vehicles.

So... please contact the showroom... for my queries.

I am Madhu, I given my Pulsar-150 bike for servicing at Talwar bajaj service center, Kukatpalli,Hyderabad on 18/10/2019. They said evening 7pm delivery the vehicle. I waited till 7.30pm called them, not lifting my calls and no call back. I went yesterday morning to the service center it is closed and hang a board due to RTC srike not working today, come on monday. My bike is in service center now.

What nonsense this, how can I go to office and my personal works for these 3 days. Talwar bajaj dealer and the employees of it are worst and irresponsible persons. They don't have commonsense to intimite on friday night. Fed up with Bajaj and it's dealer Talwar Bajaj, Hyderabad.

Abhi muje 1 saal 10 month he hue Byke liye hue to muje saal m do bar battery problem ho gai hai or mne y byke Chamunda Motor Baijnath se liya gya hai. Aur vo person mre problem ko shortout nhi kr rha hai m vha do baar ja chuka hu pr muje mre baat ka koi b solution nhi mila or na he koi bat dhg se kr rha hai. Please problem ko solve kro muje Baar problem face karni pad rhi hai.

I brought pulsar rs200 in Bajaj showroom in 2021 this year but battery was from 2018. how my every service was kept in showroom only I didn't went any shops. now the problem was battery dead when they r saying battery dead exchange ur battery but there is no warrenty for that. how the show room members kept 2018 battery totaly fraud workers in Bajaj. we trusted Bajaj but u people r doing like this how this helps for me plz reply bajaj
