Dear Sir,

This is very shocking that Kotak sold their product forcefully to their existing customer and I am very disappointed to being a Kotak Customer.

Today on dated 30.10.2017 I have received a sms on my mobile no. 7861852383 that kotak received my Kotak credit card application form no. 1730102000830 has been processed within 15 days hence I never apply for Kotak credit card.

If Kotak Issue any credit card to me, I am not responsible for any transaction, annual fee, interest and any other charges on that card. Kotak will responsible for any credit card and its due amount.

Please do not issue any credit card on my name.

I called on the number given for Mobile Banking for Bangalore (66006022), for pin generation of my credit card, they asked for my credit card number, expiry date, and cvv number as well, and then ask to press the credit card pin. I did as per the instructions but it doesn't get generated after that also, the girl was saying its wrong input . kindly , let me know... if there is no problem in sharing those details on phone.Plz revert me back asap.

I have no use of my credit card and more over i have to pay annual charge for its maintenance, so I request you to please cancel my credit card.

I am Sachin Parab, credit card number 4166464304913932. There is one fraudulent transaction of 3083.07 from ORGANIZEJOBS.COM. I have raised dispute SR# 1-8311501780. Please refund my amount as this was not made my me, Investigate from your side ASAP.

Kotak Mahindra service executive took my documents and signatures on the form and he told me that the card will be delivered at ur home in 30 days. Now around 50 to 60 days have passed and no reply from service executive. i checked online status "please contact administrator". My CRN number is 245737517. Credit card application reference number is 1735202000753. Please do the needful sir.

I am not applied any credit card from your bank, i don't know how it's possible. I got sms from ur bank thank you for expressing your interest in a kotak mahindhra bank credit card we acknowledge your credit card application no:- 1811808692921. if i am not applied also i got this please canceled this application, take immediately action on this. if not taken action ill go for consumer court.

Dear Management of Kotak Bank and especially Card division
My experience is shocking disgusting and iam shortly approaching the ombudsmen to address my grievances. no body has the basic courtesy to call back and no one is taking responsibility. i wonder how your card div is running, the guys like the list is never ending.
Anshuman Khattar gm doesent have basic courtsey to respond
vikash, vishal, rajbir and noor who has left.
to add icing in the cake northern head mr vinay ojha who does not have basic manners and courtesy to at least respond to an aggrieved customer whose plea and request is unheard if mr ojha cannot pick up his phone why is he being paid for.

I am going to escalate and request to contact the m director and share my experience. its really an eye opener.

They are not cancelling the credit card upgrade request after giving the cancellation request, and they cleverly charge 1500 for joining.

Dear Team,

I would like to inform you, I have been credit user in your your bank and requested for credit (×××××××××××3432) card which is received earlier,I wish for your card services,amazing but this is not for my requirement and this card is also chargeable and just provided credit card limit only 60,000/- and card already upgrade.

So, Why I shall be use this card and why will pay Rs-500/- per year from 2nd year of credit card.I have other bank credit cards with good limit.

XXXX other credit card limit is 1,50,000/- and please increase the "credit card limit " other wise I have to submit this card back or stop XXXX bank credit card services after this month.I would really appreciate if you approve my request for increasing credit card limits.

I have submitted the documents required for an increase in credit card limit. I would be grateful if my request could be processed faster.

However, below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, and my neighbors due to your collection representatives.

on 19/7/2022, 3 collection representatives came to my house without any id cards when i ask for their id card they say to me in a loud voice fist you pay then we will show you only 1 person has the id card but all so he doesn't want to show that and they are shooting the front of my house at the time of 8.30 am and they came in the car like a rody then all the neighbors came because of their shooting and they say we all ready send u the legal notice but when i told them i did not get anything and every day your people are calling me and i say my problem but all so you people came to my house without my information say that we don't want anything we need money if not we will sale your kidney they are complete like street rodes and they are not following the RBI Rules and this is not the first time that came they came 3 times and all time say are so bad

This says if i send the mail are i complain they will come to my house every day and they will say bad.

I have a bank Account into the Kotak mahindra bank, manikbagh. Singhgad road pune.. Without my permission I Got a Credit card. Please I want to Closed the Credit Card .. I don't have any credit card and that money go to my normal Account.. 811.
