Dear Sir,

I am owing one sucking Access125. which is currently completed 6300Km. last week I went to service shop for repairing the speedometer, The following things I experienced there.

1. They ask me to come on next day.
2. They collect 100 Rupee service charge for changing the speedometer cable even though the vehicle is under warranty period.

I would like to know is it common for Suzuki services.

Very poor mileage. I fill full tank and note km. Only 45 km run and tank was empty.

My total experience with suzuki very poor.I have purchase Suzuki Intruder after last 1 year i have faced many problem.

1.in starting time intruder bike automatically engine off in between 60-80 km if vehicle engine off when we are overtake a another vehicle then you think what will be happen next.
2.suzuki all bike have chain set noises start after 2000 km.
3.Engine oils seal leakages,vehicle noises.
4. Main point is very poor services received from Workshop.

Work shop services are very poor they telling bull shit reasons and come back tomorrow for services i went yesterday and today they telling comeback tomorrow technicians are not there in working days. how they not to be in work shop (kakinada kantipudi work shop)

Sir mara ak sujaki hayate EP ka ak bike ha uskha ak problem har month ma bika ka cllach plet o damage hojata ha ay problem ha us me sir pls.

Very bad service Suzuki work shop pragati motors joharipur Extn. Or mujhe local bil diya jiski bajaha se meri gadi ki warranty katam ho gai hai ab mujhe original bil nahi de rahe hai meri bike ka engin karab ho gaya hai pls ab compani wale 9000 rs mag rahe hai pls reply me.

I have purchased suzuki access 125cc on October 2018 but today september 2019 my Scooty was not starting because of self starter is not properly working. I have called to service centre (maa Suzuki Bhopal)but they told me that scotty battery doesnt work and it need to be changed.But it will take too long time to change approx 4day. My question is how can my Scotty battery doesnt work before completing one year and why it take too much time to replace?

I got my scooter serviced 20 days back and the service man at the Dhone Motors Pune left one nut loose due to which now after 20 days of service my SUZUKI Access got jammed and now the repair cost is over Rs.20000 and now one seems to be responsible. horrible service and service network of SUZUKI ....is any one of their SERVICE head listining???

We purchased access 125 scooter in maruti. Its since one year passed and the vehicle have some issues while running. I give vehicle for service in suzuki showroom 4,5 times but they did not reply properly and didnt service correctly.. In one year vehicle battery was changed because of battery problem. After that again now also they told to change the battery. The showroom officers didn't reply whats the problem. So please check and recover the vehicle.

Dear sir/mam,

I am kishan kumar prajapati from sakchi jamshedpur my contact no is 7979930412. I got my Suzuki Gixxer sf motorcycle serviced on 7 th November. When the vehicle was handed over to me after the service, white smoke started coming from the vehicle. I took the bike back to Jwala Suzuki service center where they told me that the engine work is done. Then I got the engine done by those people in which they changed the block and piston etc. And the vehicle was handed over to me on 16th November.
After that they called me for vehicle checkup after 7 days, when I went with the vehicle, they saw the vehicle and said that everything is fine.
Yesterday my bike stopped again engine started making noise and my bike has run only 1000 kms after service on 16th november 2023.
Since yesterday my bike is standing in service center please take appropriate action or scrap my bike. I am not ready to spend any more money on the bike.
