Very regretfully say that since 5days we are facing trouble drinking water and about 50 staff from 21st till date continuous a day 5 to 6 time calling above cus no but very irresponsible. Till date no response or action nor their people cared to send someone. Each day just telling coming coming and no proper response even after pleading so many time.

We are ready to pay 250 their charges also we told if warranty or service contract is over but than too. Please see to it.

Absolutely ridiculous after sales service... When we call the service number we are put on hold and not attended to at all. There is no way how to contact someone else no contact numbers of any sales person.. I regret to have bought this kind of a product from such a reputed firm. Please do not give us false products and false commitments.

Two water purifier installed in s&t training center Gorakhpur in july2017. both are out of order and nobody is responding. my worst experience.

Don’t go for their annual contract which costs around 4500. When I was buying it they told me every service will come under it but when the engineer came for sf change they told that only gkk kit replacement come under this contract which costs for 3500. So totally not worth it.

I am using your purit for the past 10 years.During oct. 2014 I have bought your purit classic 23 litres.On 25/10/17 i noticed water leake from the bottom tank.I contacted your toll free number.On 26th a person called me and asked the details.He said that bottom tank has to be changed on payment of Rs.750+ the usual service charge.I again called your toll free no,and informed the details(no crack found). He said service engineer will come and inspect. So far no one has come for which also i have to pay service charge.I have decided to go in for some other brand. Thanks for Hindustan Unilever Limited. It is a ridiculous service by company.. never will go for pureit. staff never cooperates with customers. getting disappointing with service.

From the day we changed the germ kill kit, it’s been a month we didn’t see once the water more inside then in my house all over. Called multiple times and registered many complaint and yes technical person too came and said adjust like this else call someone else to fix the issue. And here we are struggling since a month and yet not fixed. At times, regret using pureit.

I made a compliant on 02/01/2018. SMS came compliant was assigned. On 03/01/18 I was informed compliant will be attended at 9.30 am on 04/01/18.Team leader spoke on 04/01/08 informing technician will attend. None attended. When contacted customer care there is no proper response. Poor service. I made a mistake by buying pure it.

I am living in Aurangabad. I booked order for germkill kit two weeks back but still not received. When called to local service provider, he answered that germkill kit not in stock, wait till purifier completely stopped. Pureit Service after sales is very very poor. I don't know, how to react on this.

After 10 consecutive complaints and 3 emails to the head of customer service because my complaint has not been responded to as yet. I am shocked that I still just received a call from customer service to check if I'm satisfied with the service. Total breakdown of your communication systems and a complete joke. Totally disappointed with the service.

I purchased hero duet on 15.10.17and SO far it has run only 2200kms. Recently I observed that side indicators were not working. I took vehicle to show room. After checking they asked me to pay for the FLASHER which was missing. It missing due to faulty workmanship only during serving.

Disappointed on after-Sale Service of Pureit Water Filter. I wonder whether I had made a gross mistake by choosing Purieit Water Filter over other brands such as KENT / ACQUA-GUARD etc.

For the last 3 months I have had been imploring the Servicing Unit in Kolkata to come and clean + service the filter with no action. Is this the gesture of Goodwill of this Company for which I had opted for this brand??

There is water leakage from the filter and many times complaint but no use after service. Waste servicing and no guaranty and no responsibility to customer service in kurnool district at andhra Pradesh.

I purchased ur product, but service standard of ur company really very very poor. I won't be advice to buy anybody due to no service. But we are watching ad on tv continue.

Please send the required adapter to be replaced. No Water discharge from my Ultima PUREIT, till the required part to be replaced . The adapter is out of stock since one month.

Notice is hereby given to Unilever plc producers of pureit water classic dispensers that urgent steps should be taken in producing the water filter for onward distribution to their customers including me who bought the mentioned product and are stranded/affected by virtue the non availability of the water filter component, else legal actions (class action) shall be instituted against the company.

I have a pureit ro classic, 2 people from the company came and changed the candle few days back. It made the ro worst and we are unable to take water from it because the filter gets overflown everytime we draw water from it.

Worst service, I am very disappointed and planning to go consumer court as no one is responding for calls and complaints.

I ordered for changing of Filters , service agent had attended the call . while replacing the filters he damaged one one filter I ASKED THEM TO replace it with new one. this happened 15 days back, till date no response from the Company.Many times I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THOUGH CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT IN VEIN. I TRIED TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT THROUGH COMPANY'S WEBSITE BUT their system is not allowing even for registering the complaint also.

The purifier was installed in my house only on 9 July and it has been already repaired twice. Both the time adapter was changed. However, it is still not working. Inspite of several calls the response is extremely disappointing. Worst experience in my life. Nobody should buy this product.

I want to tell you that we have bought the pureit Classic G2 Miniel 6 LR + Muff Water Purifiers filled with Flipkart, which has a date of 21-8-18 and the installed date is: -30-8-18, last in my RO Leakage is being done for 10 days. we also complained in the company, my complaint is no: -344876783, I had a message, a technician from druvii enterprises came and no receives the phone in dhruvi enterprises. i request to pureit a solution to my problem.

I booked order for Pureit germkill kit by calling your customer care no from my mobile no. registered with you. The number of your authorised service provider IQRA Enterprises Pune (Viz 9825642563) when dialed is NOT AVAILIABLE. The recorded message comes in Gujarati not in Marathi. so dont know if the no is of Pune or not.

I had called Customer care number and I had no correct answers for any of my questions. The agent was keen to only get a technician to check the issue for just the Classic model that I own but not answering any of my questions.

1, She would not tell where I can buy any of the accessories of this model. But their technician will come to my home where I need to pay him for his travel and his service at my home.
2, I cannot buy anything from their stores as they will not update the nearby store or they don’t have that details.
3, when I asked about any accessories, it’s the same answer.
4, Even about the battery, same answer.

Though i’m Using this product for about 7 years now replacing the battery of my own from one of the known store, still they would send technician for the same.

I’m suprised why I did not make this call earlier which would have triggered me to changed the product long ago.

Let me see if I have anybody who is really wanting to support my query or interested in customer service.

Just a week from here. Will change over and would be a strong anti customer who would be against anybody who is using pure it currently and will change them for sure with 1 just experience that I would get them like what I had.

Hi,
Please don't buy any RO (Ultima ro+uv) from this company. Every month you will find some problem in your device and they will take huge charge from you. Every year you will have to pay around more than 5000 service maintenance charge. Higher authorities will never listen your part. I have paid around 6000 in 2018. They are asking more 4800 Rupees. Management is not good.

It is totally bakwas product. Very regretfully say that my decision to buy Pureit RO was totally wrong . Product is totally bakwas and technicians are bakwas too. No value of their words . They didn't visit properly after register any complain regarding machine. I am totally disappointed.
