I placed an order for Acrylic 3d Rangoli for Rs. 400/- on 08-11-2017 and remitted the amount in advance. Some parcel was received by me on 13-11-2017 and on opening the parcel, I found an item totally different in design and colour than what was ordered by me. Immediately I returned to amazon and the return item Reference tracking no: 5113 8019 1054. but still I did not get refund of amount paid by me.

I recently 16.12.2017 shifted from Jalgaon to Ratnagiri my native permanent address. Today I booked one order (Rs 898), However, while tracking it shows Jalgaon address. However before placement of order I changed my address, I can accept delivery only at Ratnagiri that to only adjusting my refund (Rs510). pl.help.

I bought a T-shirt but after one day I canceled the T-shirt. And that T-shirt withdrew on December 15. And even today refund has not come☹☹☹.

Why not connecting my call with amazon customer care, i m trying from many of days but not connecting with any customer service staff this is not a good response. If any one will see my msg from customer service staff then call me on this number 9031358911.

First I received wrong item. I raised request for replacement. Schedule for pick up was 3 days back. I received a confirmation call for pickup the item only that day itself. Nobody came yet.

I order a Hercules cycle c 90. delivery date is 26 December 17, but not arrival a time of 1930hr. so kindly solve this problem.

Hello, half of items i ordered are not delivered. The courier say they tried to deliver it to me on 26th December, but i dont think it is true, because I never got any call from anybody. Also, our receptionist takes delivery on my behalf in case I am not there. Delivery is taking is taking so long.

Also, when I call on your customer care number, it keeps on asking to change my number. It sucks.

i have placed an order, number 403-8293939-3833129, which i did on 21st dec, till now i have not received in hand. As per tracking details its been mentioned that the order has received & signed by Mr. Venkat Lakshma reddy, who was not in office at that time.

If you want i can provide amazon delivery guy number (whose number is not reachable now). Expecting a reply. It was a gift, which i expected to be delivered properly.

Sir, when I try to place order on amazon, it says that phone no has to be verified. On verification it says This phone no is linked to another account. How do I delink it from that unknown account. I placed an item vide order No. 407-4387372-9673961 on 02/05/2018 but I was delivered wrong item - Leatherkraft Men's Genuine Leather Formal Slipon Shoe instead of Leatherkraft Men's Black Genuine Leather Laceup Formal Shoe.
