For the kind attention of CEO Mr. Atri Chakravarthy. My car policy no.0150116786. Expiring on 5/10/17. I'm your customer since 12years. Did not claim any amount not even once. Since last one month I'm contacting your company for renewal but no response. I contacted through your toll free no. 18002667780 but they didn't help me. I'M PAYING my premium through internet banking. I'm not responsible if my policy expires. I will seek legal action for your lethargic attitude. Revert back immediately.

I renewed my policy premium with 2780 rupees through tata aig.com from from axis bank. transaction ID LUTI 5890456241 and WIP number isPN004920169. I got transaction is successful. but i did not get policy bond.

I contacted through tollfree no and hyd branch 040-66575095 .No Response. From the last one week i am contacting but no response. So could u please check once forward to me the policy bond. Please Respond Immediately.
