I have taken corporate plan Rs.499/- plan 16 hotspot devices from you on August 2017, till now we have not received the usage bill in either hard copy or soft copy.

All of a sudden, all the hotspot devices are been disconnected, the reason stated by your customer care official was nonpayment of bill. We are very much disappointed with this kind of service, we request you to send us the bill copy, so has to make the payment also connect the devices on an immediate basis.

I bought the new connection as 9622653830 in the month of September with the offer of 293 which provides free data upto 180 days(1gb/day), but i got only 84 days validity. I have a proof regarding this as a chart provided by Company which completely shows the offer of 293 with validity of 180 days. So i want my complete benefit.

Sir, yesterday i recharged for a number through my airtel but my mistake I have made small mistake in entering the last digit of the number. So could you please change the number that I recharged.

The worrest network I never seen before, No one can't responded still my complaint when I raised a SR. Even technical support is also responding on this. Airtel is doing robbery of public money, they only working only for money. Airtel says that postpaid promises bullshit.

Using Samsungg J5. Mobile number 9958693303. My office is in CGO Complex Lodhi Road New Delhi 110003 and residence is in Darya Pur Kalan Delhi 110039. Data network at both the destination is very poor. I did efforts to convince airtel through every channel of Communication ,but all in vain. Nothing improved. Very sad to say very poor 4G data service of Airtel.

I am getting irritation on your network due bad signals.what the hell your employees​ are doing.I have given complaint more than 10times but no one has solved this signals problem in our area. Why are playing games​ with us. Can't your employees don't understand what we are saying.

And also we are using 4G mobiles​ with 4G data but we are getting 2G signal. We have these many problems so why we have to use your waste network. As soon as possible I need a solution in these.

Suffering a lot due to this co. Talked 15 times to customer care executive but my outgoing services were not restored now withstanding all the bills and dues were clear. Unprofessional way of communication and grievances are not made to be solved.

I have recharged my number 8859782109 with Rs 448 plan on 12/12/2017 since that day i am able not able to use internet. 3G signals are poor in my area and speed is also poor. I have registered my complain in airtel customer care 3 to 4 times. But no action is taken regarding my complain.

So please take action against my complain other wise i have to go to the other network.

Dear Sir, since from 4 months I am using your. Sorted sim. I am not getting even to use at least 200mb per day. signal strength is very worst. our area is yerrana palya in ramamurthy nagar, Bangalore.

After one hours one person came 9948999968 and collect money 2500. He tell Me that on 25 dec we will arrange connection. I recharged my sim on 9818939325 this no. For rupees-199 on date 31 December 2017.But the recharge of 199 rupee is deducted from my sim.I tried to call the customer care but failed to connect with them.Sir I just wanna ask you why it happened??? I like the service of Airtel but right now it is just letting me down.

I applied for number porting from West Bengal to Haryana Circle. Number was ported after one month after re-applying 3 times. Now only outgoing call facility is available. No Incoming calls, massages or DATA is available. consulted all. everyone palming off responsibility. kindly look into the issue or I am forced to change the service provider.

My Airtel hotspot no. is 7219607406. My bill plan has been changed from Rs.450 to Rs.499 without my intimation .Hence, my bill for the month of Dec 17 is Rs.585. Iam not going to pay this extra money as it has been done without my permission. This should not happen again or else i shall discontinue my Airtel connection. Send me the correct bill.

We are regular customer from since last two years in nagpur, maharashtra. Airtel outlet situated at Mount Road extn, sadar, nagpur. We paid bill for oct 17, nov 17 and recently dec17. Our monthly corporate plan bill come near about 3300 to 3900 not above that. But on 3rd Jan 18 we received call from your office that our bill is pending for last two months i.e. Nov & Dec 17. and we know that we have paid bill of Nov17 only dec17 bill was pending due to not received of hard bill copy.
So I humbly request you to mail us Account Statement for Last 4 months.

hiii i am an airtel user and using the service from previous 2 years . Initially the service was best . and i was happy form that,but from previous 2 months internet speed seems to be worst . It gives maximum 100kb speed on downloading from any surf engine on the other hand it gives 1MB on you tube and play store .
making a hotspot form mobile and downloading a content on lappy provides good speed. i had reinstalled internet setting, also changed the APN but nothing works.

this problem is away from my knowledege .please provide the superior solution otherwise i will switch to another network after the completion of time period of activated planof 199.
hope u will solve the problem.
