sir, I purchased Videocon 32"tv 2years back, now it was not working properly, only pink Color was exposing, please rectify the problem.

I had a fault in my TV so i tried calling Videocon electronics but they have a very bad customer service. It never gets connected to the customer care if it does they never receive the calls. And if they receive they never talk properly.

I (Anu kaul) had purchased a videocon refrigerator Model no. VK 203 on 2 June 2015. After one month it stopped freezing water and cooling was very slow and now it is not cooling at all. We complained about it to the shopkeeper but he did not give any satisfactory answer. I am totally disappointed.

I booked a call for service of my A/C and it was attended by a mechanic on 15.07.2015 and my Service Ref. No. is MAD1507150069. He said that there is a fault in my A/C Remote and promised to get a new one within 2 or 3 days and billed me Rs.450/- without even touching my A/C. More than 32 days have passed by and am yet to get the remote. Am residing in Mayiladuthurai and the mechanic was sent from COOL ZONE SYSTEMS, Kumbakonam,Tamil Nadu. Whenever I call the service centre they are dodging and pretending as if he could not hear me.

This is the worst service I have ever received for which Videocon is known for. I really regret for having chosen Videocon and advise everyone not to go with Videocon. I will move the Consumer forum tomorrow for this worst kind of service. I absolutely endorse the views of Ms.Pooja Shukla posted earlier in this page. You can use any type of mean words for this service.

I have purchased LEDTVIVC32F2-A on Dated- 08-01-2015 ,memo no.- 15/14137 from ADITYA VISION, kankarbagh Yuvraj Palace, near - Gayatri mandir more Patna-800020 . Phone- 0612-2357714.

PROBLEMS - some same format videos is opening with good Audio
some same format videos is opening with bad Audio
some same format videos is opening with No Audio

Complaint about it to your Videocon service centre. Reply of Videocon service centre is - your TV will work on the same way, Videocon service centre can not do anything. Now we feel that we have a very big mistake by not buying Samsung TV, our other friends are enjoying with Samsung TV. But what can we do now is stuck with videocon. I am totally helpless.

I am very much sorry to inform you that we have purchased a LED TV 22" on dated 3/2/2015 vide bill no.2076 from JANTA ELECTRONICS, Salempur chhapra, BIHAR, But I am unsatisfied from your customer service staff to till date. now I am giving in details of my complain and your staff dealing against the delay of service provide to me.

1. first complain-no.0808150125 your technician visited to my home on dated 23/8/15 and clarify by him the panel is not working. again your another technician is visited dated 14/09/2015 and replaced the panel and he also force to me you pay me rs. 3000/= three thousand against the repair charge but i have not paid to any amount to them by fight of discussed. than after two day my TV is not display the picture upto date.

This is to inform you that i have purchased a WASHING MACHINE from VIDEOCON dealer at DEOGHAR {JHARKAND} but the portion of MACHINE which is doing the DRY, THE UPPER LID WHICH CLOSING THE DRY PART IS BROKEN but i complain to my dealer regarding it for more than 3 months, but no body from customer care came to repair it. MY MODEL NO IS...PACIFIC BLUE..LS.601S..KSA601P, SHINE STAR, NS6011KS6012, BLUE DLX...KS6011AQUA DLX. Kindly look into the matter for this problem, I could not dry the cloths as the lid is broken so treat the matter urgent, I am going to pay the amount of money for repairing also the price of the upper lid.

I am unsatisfied with your service because I complaint before 15 days of my LED, no response from you and they confused me to give time on time . They promised to give me new LED in exchange of it. Service very bad and irresponsibility persons for the service centre in kerla. l have complaint for 22 days before but the complaint was not resolved. please contact my mob no.9744174107.

I read your reply but that complaint not resolve at this time(21/12/2015). you enquire what happend that tv and what resolve that complaint.This is the irresponsibility replay for the company.

Sansui 32in LED I have complained on 12/12/2015, still parts pending also engineer and service centre no one responding. very very worst bad service, if I call call centre they give ASM number Satyanaryan and baskar number Ph 7090779815, 9035004728. both person number given from call centre they also not responding. very very very very very worst service, I request to all people please don't buy Videocon and Sansui products.
