when i switched on my TV , the volume was suddenly in 250 . when i tried to reduce the volume using remote & TV buttons, i couldnt reduce it . could you please tell me workaround ?

I have purchased Sony Xperia Z3 on 19th Jan.2015 form Jeddah , Saudi Arabia ..I have given this mobile to my son at India. Today it was fall down on the table by his hand & the volume key was goes inside & phone is not working now. Mobile was taken to the service center of SONY at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. They told that it will be repaired here, You have to send back to Saudi Arabia.

Now my question is that when I purchased the shopkeeper told me that is international warranty of 2 years . Why it is not operated in India? What is the solution for make my phone operational? I have Bill & everything with me. The detail of IMEI IME1 no.35616106-483198-5 IMEI-2 35616106-483199-3. I inquired in Jeddah shop & told by him after verifying Imei no. that it is international warranty you can repair any where in India.

Pl give me the suggestion for the said issue.

I hav got my new xperia z2 on april 2015 and ysterday i scrolled down the menu bar once at that time the display ha gone, now i cant see anything even cant switch on the phone, plz help me, plz give a solution.

I got a brand new sony xperia z3. i just use it for only 40 days after i tried to capture a video on the swimming pool for less than 10 secs, the first video is ok then after a few seconds i feel that the touch screen is not working. so i tried to restart the phone but the was not turning on. so i bring it to the service center they do some check for 2 weeks, they said the main problem is there's a leak on the phone which is not my fault. they said the display is damage, so they need to change that part but i will pay for it for almost half the price of that phone.

I am really disappointed because they flagship a waterproof smartphone and yet it is really not a waterproof. so i decided to bring back my phone and i will return it to the store and ask for replacement. i am still hoping for a replacement after this. if not sony will loose a lot of customer.

I purchase Xperia Z3 and its back panel has come off from sides. Sony service guys talked to me very unprofessionally when asked to replace it with new one. What i can do now this set is piece of garbage for me now !

I am facing serious problem with my new xperia z2 handset, After purchased problem started within
2 months, I called sony customer care for 30-35 times to fixed my issue. The problem is with Proximity sensor (Hardware), customer care told me to submit my handset to authorized service center to repair, i did the same and i got my handset after 10 days without fixing my proximity sensor hardware issue.

Sony z1 mobile is getting heated very quickly after using for a very short time. This has a bad effect on the cell phone battery which is getting discharged very quickly.

I have been happly using my XPERIA Z2 since 2015 but recently i have changed my sim card which is not being detected by phone. i had reset factory setting also. i tried new working sim card from my other device also but no response again.

I am a user of SONY XPERIA ST23I, have the same problem but in a different manner... I.e., when I switch of the mobile with headphones being connected and switch it on.. headphones are working, but the external sound is missing. I mean during calls, the voice from other sound is audible unless headset is inserted.

on the other hand when I restart mobile with out headset, entire sound system is normal, but headset s are not supporting. I cleaned the jack with pins n removed lint.. even though no result was obtained.

this is my issue.. hope I would get a solution.

I recently bought sony xperia xa ultra dual, it continuously ask for some update so i just updated it. suddely All the status bar icon are showing two time eg:two wifi icon, two blutooth icon etc.. and next is their is two battery icon each shows different battery status example one is showing 20% and other is 50%. I Purchased a sony xperia phone one and a half year back for a hefty amount now it is handing up. I had gone to the service center there i was informed that only 20% of the money will be paid by the company remaining 80 % has to be paid my me if i want a replacement. Which was the only option as the service for repair is not available for my handset. I am clueless what to do, i relied on the brand and made the purchase and now no repair option leaves me without a choice. I do not want to give 80 % cost for a replaced phone.

Please guide me, a big brand name cannot just make a rule of replacement and that to of such a huge percentage. I trusted on the brand one and half year is a very small tenure for such problems to arrive in a high end phone, Which makes me think further if i should go ahead to use the brand in future.

I am looking at replace but at a better price only. I had bough the phone online and have the bill- papers in place.

Hi, myself purchase a Sony MDR XB450 Headphone from Dewan Shop Bathinda may be in 2015/16. In last month, one side cable of said Headphone has been cut erroneously from the joint. Despite my approach to Sony Customer Care Service located at City centre Gwalior Madhya Pradesh India (Where I presently doing my job) for repair of the same on payment due to it's warranty period has been completed, but they were told that such facility is not available with them.
